Nathalie the Goulish Gougeon; The Whore of Bablyon, Complicit in City of Ottawa Fraud Scheme

Yes, Nathalie the Goulish Gougeon must be the whore of Babylon in this Universal Product-Sean because how else can One explain complaining to the Auditor General responsible for fraud and waste management that her police are colluding with City of Ottawa employees posing as clerks of the Provincial and Superior Court to proceed against Canada’s People in fraud and without any due process whatsoever, and she does absolutely nothing about it!? This has been happening for the last six years in the City of Ottawa on Nathalie’s watch, so she was previously responsible for her negligence. Now, she is ignoring the fraud so that it can continue, proving that she is complicit with the fraud, and that the Kreling Criminal Cabal has ‘corporate sponsorship’ approved by the Auditor General, Nathalie the Goulish Gougeon, Canada’s most incompetent auditor general – can’t even put fraud to a stop when she sees it taking place in real time!

‘Mr. House von Dehn’? This woman is either the stupidest, most ignorant ignoramus on the planet, or the most Willfully belligerent bitch posing as a public servant I have ever met next to Nana the Nazi Asante of Ontario Works and her morally bankrupt manager, Clara the Criminal Freier.

Even if everything Nathalie the Goulish Gougeon tells Me in her email is True, is it really reasonable or correct for her to pretend it isn’t happening because she’s not the ‘correct’ person to report to? She’s going to allow the harm to continue as if this is no big deal? Clearly, this is an operation she has known about for a long time and is stalling with malicious intent to further antagonize Me, or is stalling because she’s a completely incompetent clown not worthy of her weight in salt.

If what Nathalie the Goulish Gougeon says is True, she should immediately be contacting those institutions to let them know – Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. That means that every single one of these public servants has a legal and lawful duty and obligation to forward My emails to the appropriate Ministry or department to ensure that Justice prevails and that criminals working for the City of Ottawa are apprehended. How reasonable is it to say that You are not responsible for the employees engaged in fraud and deliberately wasting public money for private, unlawful purposes? It is absolutely ridiculous and only further demonstrates that she is a completely incompetent Actor – clueless as a cloud!

“Yeah, sorry about Your luck. I’m just responsible for fraud and waste management in the City of Ottawa, I can’t do anything about the City of Ottawa using the Ontario Provincial Courtroom 101 at 100 Constellation Drive to proceed against Canada’s People in fraud, nor can I do anything about Our local police service threatening and intimidating You when they are Trusted to protect Your rights, those are ‘provincial Matters’. And if the police have decided to wage war against any of Ottawa’s People, I can’t interfere with that, only the police can police corrupt police to ensure investigations are impartial and unbiased.”

Also confirmed by the information it Self! This one includes a ‘criminal record check’, and because nothing comes up, they use information from 1990 when I was still a young offender!!! In Canada, that information cannot be used against Me as an adult! It’s just proof that this entire file is fraud because there is no Way a Judge of the Superior Court would review this information and provide an Endorsement. They would immediately be told to remove the young offender information (though there are a ton of other reasons no other ‘legitimate’ Judge would Sign off on this information).

There is an assault causing bodily harm charge for a fight I got into in grade ten! There is also another young offender charge for ‘escape from lawful custody’. I Will tell You both those stories in another Post so as not to detract from the message of this Post.

The main point is that the criminal record check confirms what I have been telling the Friends in My Microcosm for a long time and suggested a few times here. The background check goes in chronological order, starting with the young offender information (which shouldn’t even be there). Then, the very next charge, is for SEAN ‘VONDEHN’ – the information actually shows the name they’ve been using to proceed against Me in fraud (to get around the Trust Instrument on file with MOJAG under ‘VON DEHN’), which includes the information processed with the Crown by Jenkyn’s. Even the charges from 2019 were entered into the system (onto the Registry) in fraud, not under My proper ‘legal name’ (even the ‘artificial person’s real name) which would be ‘SEAN VON DEHN’. The slightest change in One’s name created an entirely new entity (although in this case it is a fraud because ‘VONDEHN’ does not exist at all).

I’ve also mentioned that they keep getting My name day wrong! They don’t even know the artificial person’s correct birthday!!! Why? Because they are not processing information onto the Registry – all these details would have to match before they can proceed. An incorrect birthday would alert the Department of Justice and Ministry that they have the wrong person because it doesn’t match the information they have on file for Me – so they just don’t process the information!

But they did do a criminal background check and did everything they could to make it look as bad as possible. It shows the charges by Jenkyn’s were ‘stayed’ (I was told they were withdrawn at request of Crown) – but now We know they were proceeding against the wrong person! That’s why they had the wrong birthday on that information as well! They created an entirely new legal entity to proceed against Me in fraud, and I didn’t even know until now – because they are so stupid, they just Keep Giving Me more and more evidence of their fraud and collusion, more pieces of the puzzle to put together to find out how long the police forces in Canada have been trying to frame Me as some kind of ‘terrorist’. That is their goal.

I always wondered why they sent six police officers to come and pick Me up but no other police officers Wished to support Jenkyn’s information? Usually, they Will all file affidavits supporting one another, I was expecting at least three or four. In fact, that was one of the Ways I humiliated prosecution in one of the ‘pretrial’ hearings. In fact, it was the last pretrial hearing before the charges were withdrawn. Prosecution is telling the Court how long they Will require for trial, stating that they have only three witnesses to Present to the Court. The Judge asks who the witnesses are and if they have been Given Notice to witness yet. The prosecution states that she has three police officers who Will testify as witnesses, and I immediately object.

“Objection Your Honour, there is no mention of three police officers, only Jenkyn’s and two Salvation Army staff.”

Prosecution starts shuffling through all of her paperwork, trying to find the list of witnesses in the information and Notices I am correct. The same day (after a few other brief discussions) she chased Me out of the Court and the funniest part about it, was that the Judge ordered her to chase after Me, presumably thing King I couldn’t hear his whispering yell.

She caught Me between the two doorways between the lobby and the Court, locking the door behind her.

“Are You sure there is nothing We can offer You to make this go away?”

Now I’m laughing as I ask, “What did You have in Mind?”

“How about a small donation to a charity of Your choice?”

“How small are We tall King?”

“Could You manage $10.00”.

And of course, this only makes Me laugh that much harder, “You know, I actually happen to have exactly ten dollars in My pocket right now,” as I pull out the bill to Show her. Her face brightens briefly before I tell her,

“Look, let’s be honest. If You are Willing to make this go away for $10.00, You clearly know I’m not a threat or danger to society, and You obviously know You don’t have a very strong case. If You have even read the information at all, which I don’t believe You have, You Will know You don’t have a case. I don’t have to tell You why until the day of trial if You don’t already know. So why don’t You take the weekend to actually read the information and decide if You Wish to go through with this. Remember, there is a Motion of Counter Claim on Record as well.”

She tells Me she Will read the information over the weekend and get back to Me. I never heard from her again but I did go back to the Court the following week Acting as counsel for a Friend and requested the unredacted information. They couldn’t find My file. Of course, it was because they filed it as ‘VONDEHN’, not ‘VON DEHN’, so it only showed up with the file number, not My name! There was a ‘note on the file’ that the charges were withdrawn at request of Crown and prosecution attempted to call to let Me know but could not reach Me. Then I went and paid the fine for trespassing with My thumbprint at the City of Ottawa, and I also had My Friend with Me to witness the clerk accept My thumbprint as payment and assure Me the ticket is PAID. It is not a joke that My thumbprint is legal tender on Record with MOJAG. In fact, the City of Ottawa knows this which is why they are engaging in this fraud – they have probably already cashed the money order for $6280.00.

It was also mailed to them using My thumbprint as a Stamp because it is legitimately the unique Post Age Stamp of My Sovereign body of Land, the ‘I’, land of Sean.
