Tribunal Tribulations: MCSS Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker for the (OW) Administrator

Hello every One and what a Thoroughly Thrilling Thing King Edition this Thursday Edition is, I thank Your Royal, Moral Highness for Your Presence. Yes, We sent a follow up email to the Social Benefits Tribunal today as King of them what form they Wish for Me to fill out if they do not Wish for Me to use the ‘Form 8 Summons’ to compel the administrator to produce documents necessary for litigation at the pre-hearing conference.

Ontario Works agents under general manager, Clara Freier, routinely change case workers so that the new case worker can plead ignorance of all the progress made and contracts Signed with the previous case workers. Each case worker pleads ignorance of everything previously filed with Ontario Works.

This is in fact very similar to what the Ontario Courts are doing to get around ‘due process’ by coveting documents clerks Sign at the Courthouse and keeping them in a Secret folder ‘off the Registry’ so that they can proceed against People in fraud while maintaining the appearance of legitimacy. Some of the documents are even filled out correctly and appropriately signed, other times they are obvious fabrications that lack critical details like the case file number, date, or signatures – details that would never be missed by a clerk of the Court (who would be liable if any of these details were missing from a document that was accepted and processed onto the Registry). This Way they can ‘pretend’ they don’t know that three Courts in the province of Ontario are all proceeding against My father in separate lawsuits, each pleading ignorance of the other (also constituting what is known as a ‘multiplicity of suits’ and a violation of the Ontario Courts of Justice Act). Below is My last email requisition to the Registrar as King to let Me know which form they Wish for Me to use to compel the administrator to produce documents I am as King for. One of the main reasons I have to Appeal to the Tribunal in the first place is because no One at Ontario Works seems to be able to respond to an email appropriately. Geoffrey inherits the Spiritual name ‘Bonehead’ Baker (because the middle name represents the Spiritual Man, the ‘Christian’ name, the Spirit or Will of Man and also why it is the Hand (Will) of the King).

Initially, the Registrar fails to reply and today is My third consecutive day making one follow up request per day (which is perfectly reasonable). You Will also notice that I am taking some care to keep the emails to the Registrar short and to the point. I noticed that Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker and Padraic Ryan (Constitutional Law for the Ministry of the Attorney General) were both carbon copied on My appeal and the Notice of the Hearing and Pre-Hearing Conference, so I decided to request for the Registrar to forward My request to both those parties as well so they can take Notice of the Registrar ‘ghosting’ My requisition for the appropriate form to summons documents for the hearing.

Again, failing to Sign with a first and last name is a sure Sign that whomever is Writing Me does not Wish to be held accountable in their personal private capacity and know they are not Acting in an appropriate, professional manner. Telling Me that form 8 is the incorrect form to summons documents and NOT advising Me as to which form they Wish for Me to use, is contempt and gaslighting. They are lying to Me.

The Summons compels the witness to bring with them the documents I am requesting and the Registrar has a duty and obligation to let Me know when they Will be made available to Me because they are pieces of evidence I require for the pre-hearing conference and the hearing it Self. So I decided to look the individuals up in the government employee directory so that I can forward My requests to the Tribunal to these individuals My Self.

Wouldn’t You know, THAT was successful in soliciting a reply, though it was just more gaslighting by Geoff the Bonehead Baker who is pretending he doesn’t know that trespassing upon a Trust on file with his office is a right violation and a criminal trespass by a public Trustee. He’s trying to pretend he has no idea what I am tall King about and Will continue to try to gaslight and pretend the contracts he’s signed mean nothing and he is in no Way guilty of Signing contacts in bad faith, breach of contract, breach of Trust, desecration of a Trust Instrument, et cetera – because he believes he is above the Law, and the Tribunal emboldens this criminal conduct by sitting idly by while the contempt takes place.

And, wouldn’t You know that Sarah the Liar Lorenz didn’t EVER bother to let People know that the hot water had been restored!? Yup, that’s how much respect they have for their tenants! I thought it might just be Me because they do love to discriminate against Me with such extreme prejudice, but it was one of My neighbours this morning who came to let Me know We had hot water again because she had just discovered it! Not one message went out to any One until more than twenty-four hours after the issue was resolved – and even then, it was only after I sent Sarah the Liar Lorenz another scathing email to tell her what a slumlord queen she really is!!!

Wouldn’t You know, although Sarah the Liar Lorenz continues to ‘ghost’ Me for fear of further humiliate-Sean and exposure of her crimes, the maintenance department did let tenants know the water was back on a few hours later…

They are so morally bankrupt and tasteless, that they even request donations in their emails to tenants for new properties while they exploit the People they are renting to now!!! Please DO NOT donate a penny to this organization. The entire maintenance team is entirely incompetent or negligent in any building maintenance capacity, every property they manage is falling apart and tenants are treated like garbage.

I believe that one of the main reasons the hot water was restored sooner than they predicted (although still entirely unacceptable) is because I have put them on blast by Way of this Blog. I also encouraged every One in the building to call the City of Ottawa to complain and not to take no for an answer, citing the Ottawa Property Standards on reasonable time to fix urgent repairs. No such thing as bad publicity, right Sarah the Liar Lorenz?

If Sarah the Liar Lorenz produces a receipt showing that she repaid the money she stole from the City of Ottawa, I Will humbly apologize to her for calling her a liar. If Sarah the Liar Lorenz provides receipts to show the parts were on back order for four days, I Will believe she was not lying and stalling for time. Until then, MHI’s ‘go to’ excuse for everything is ‘parts’ – including when a fridge goes out. My Friend had no fridge for a week because the parts were on back order (allegedly). Another lady in the community had no stove for over two weeks because parts were on back order. They lie so they don’t have to fix things until they feel like it. My belief is that if Sarah the Liar Lorenz is not a liar, she Will have no problem providing Me with proof of everything she claims to be True, right? I know I would!
