Slumlord MHI Solicits Tenants and Lies to Donors to Promote their Latest Grift, the ‘Tulipathon’

Hello every One and welcome to the Thursday Thing King Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence. Kaneesha Amethyste, Multi-Hustle Initiative’s ‘Community Events Coordinator’ has sent out an email to tenants that are a member of her community. It’s not the ‘MHI’ community – any One who complains about the dilapidated, deteriorating living conditions they are subject to cannot be part of the MHI ‘community’. People have to understand that MHI is a not for profit organization who cannot afford to adequately maintain their properties to remain in compliance with Ottawa Property Standards or the Residential Tenancies Act… What exactly were the tenants expecting from a philanthropist not for profit? Any who complain Will be ostracized from the community and discriminated against with extreme prejudice for expecting to be treated with the same courtesy and respect they would receive from other landlords war King for profits.

Kaneesha the Arrogant Amethyste is a real gem, that’s for sure! She decides who in the community gets to be part of the community by deciding who gets the ‘community newsletter’. She is also responsible for managing the Kinder-Garten Gestapo Garden plots and making sure that all of the Self Appointed Nazis have first dibs on all the best plots. Being part of the ‘Community’ means that just like the capitalist version of communism, the landlord owns all the ‘perks’ in the community and distribute them to all the important ‘oligarchs’ first (the Kinder-Garten Gestapo Army), then tell every One else what they can plant, when they can plant it, when they can harvest it, and how often they must weed their garden. Those who are most easily oppressed and receptive to their abuse Will also be asked to clean and weed the unoccupied plots and pathways while the Gardening Gestapo supervise and bark orders. Mara the Wicked Watson is usually the (self appointed) chief executive officer. Not one of these People was ever ‘elected’ by their community – they are appointed for successfully supporting MHI’s determination to exploit tenants for free labour to cover landscaping costs that are the responsibility of the landlord.

Kaneesha also gets to decide who Will receive a reply to an email and who won’t. If MHI doesn’t like Your Spiritual or political beliefs and finds instead that One is advocating for the constitutional rights of tenants, they Will be promptly ostracized from the community because Kaneesha Will just ignore Your emails, hoping she can pretend You don’t exist or that she Will never be compelled to explain why she is discriminating against individuals with such extreme prejudice.

This arrogant cunt still hasn’t replied to My letter because she serves Sahada the Satanic Alolo and the last thing MHI Wishes to see is an MHI tenant association. Now she is discriminating against Me for advocating for the rights of tenants to form a tenant association to compel compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act. Interfering with a tenant’s determination to set up a tenant association is also a violation of the Residential Tenancies Act and grounds for a complaint for discrimination. Keesha the Arrogant Amethyste has tacitly conceded to Me that she does in fact have a working brain, was endowed with reason and conscience, and is discriminating against Me with extreme prejudice anyway. Here, We call that a NAZI.

But NOW, MHI Wishes to tell any One donating to their ‘Tulipathon’ that all the money goes into the pockets of TENANTS?! WHAT A LOAD OF UTTER BULLSHIT!!! NEVER have any tenants experienced any benefit from the Tulipathon. Tenants have been as King of the landlord to remove bird (vermin) infestations from three of the main housing complexes here at their ‘Haven’ location that has persisted for over eight years!!! The birds got into the rooftops during construction and the construction crew just sealed them in and hoped they would die in the rafters. No, instead they made a hole and now nest in the rafters, filling the floors of the ceiling with feces, fleas, and God only knows what else. And yet every year, they tell the tenants ‘it’s not in the budget’ because they are a not for profit, they don’t have money for those kind of repairs. Really? Then their funding should be (and can lawfully be) revoked for failing to uphold City of Ottawa property standards as a not for profit organization receiving city funding. In order to receive any city of Ottawa funding, One must be fully in compliance with all aspects of property standards and the Residential Tenancies Act.

Can You believe the have the audacity to send this to tenants? What are they expecting tenants to do – help them get funding so they won’t use the money to repair the properties but Will instead put every penny in their own pocket, and into the pocket of parasites like Kaneesha the Arrogant Amethyste who works for Sahada the Satanic Alolo and has obviously been instructed not to respond to My emails because although silence is consent and tacit agreement to the charges against One, it is also arrogant and discourteous, which are hallmark characteristics of MHI and their mission statement which I can only presume is to exploit Ottawa’s most marginalized minorities while social posturing to the public and telling Good Hearted People that the money Will go to tenants so they Will have more money for food and other essentials?! All LIES!!! [I also realized upon re-reading the Post for editing that this is probably My longest run on sentence EVER – so I’m leaving it because I found it somewhat funny. I tend to run on in My sentences when I am furious or passionate about something.]

MHI Will leave You without a fridge for over a week so that all Your food rots and not offer to compensate the tenant one penny for their loss because MHI is only liable for the fridge, food is the responsibility of the tenant (despite the fact that MHI’s negligence regarding the fridge maintenance is what caused the food to spoil – and also why property standards only allows 24 hours). Neighbour across the hall from Me was made to wait two weeks but she is suffering from serious mental health issues and would not have the mental capacity to complain or advocate for her rights – so easily exploited by MHI.

And that is the reason they like to cater to the marginalized minority – because most are not in Good enough physical or mental health to spend time drafting lawsuits and complaints to the Residential Tenancies Act, and even if they did, James the Complicit Campbell, Chair chump for the Landlord Tenant Board, aids and abets MHI’s crimes, allows them to STEAL money from tenants by taking more from the public Trust account then they were authorized by the contract to take! LTB dismissed the claim as having no cause of action while they watched the landlord demonstrate extreme contempt, targeted discrimination, theft of public money, evictions in bad faith with intent to intimidate, and REFUSING to provide receipts to tenants even after discovering they were stealing money. All of this is considered perfectly acceptable conduct as far as treasonous traitor, Jimmy Billy the Complicit Campbell is concerned. Here is his mug shot!

Yeah, doesn’t he look smug. Nothing like using the LTB to launder dirty deeds of corrupt City of Ottawa landlords stealing money from Canada’s People and stealing their natural resources while economically exploiting the People they promise to provide dignified housing to. This organization is nothing but a narcissistic, social posturing band of Nazis. They believe the Rule of Law applies only to tenants, and that rights and living in dignity free from discrimination is a right reserved only for the privileged and the members of their Kinder Garten Gestapo.

Not ONE PENNY of any One’s donation Will go ‘into the pocket’ of even the most favoured, free-labour tenant. MHI Will still be as King People to volunteer their valuable time to do free labour MHI should be hiring contractors to do (and work any other landlord would hire contractors to do) and Will continue to let the birds live in the rafters rent free.

Only the birds and other vermin living at the Haven are free from discrimination and exile from the community.
