The Tribunal ‘pretends’ they don’t understand that the criminal charges are serious and that they have a duty and obligation to report the crimes and or remove the criminal trustee exploiting beneficiaries. Instead, she claims that ‘the Tribunal’ doesn’t even know if these contracts exist. The Administrator is so belligerent by nature, that Adrienne recommends I file a FOI request first, then the Tribunal may compel the Administrator to bring that evidence with them!

We are tall King about contracts Ontario Works agents have Signed and added to a case file promising to Honour. They are claiming the Administrator can plead ignorance of those documents immediately after Signing them and it is in no Way ‘discourteous’ to refuse to produce copies of the contracts they have agreed to Honour when they violate them with malicious intent? One has to file a FOI request to find out why Ontario Works are breaching contracts they’ve Signed and compel them to produce them? This is called using the Tribunal as a cloak for fraud and to withhold evidence necessary to prove the merits of My case. If the Administrator had nothing to hide, I would not need to file a FOI request to receive copies of contracts they’ve Signed with Me and were Trusted to Keep in Good condition?
