Yes, today I have more almost unbelievably bold criminal Acts of corrupt State Actors to Show Case Center Stage in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean, and I only say ‘almost’ unbelievably bold because State Actors in Canada have often demonstrated that they are absolutely shameless in their abuse of power and corruption.
However, this is exceptionally bold because this isn’t an issue that any One at Ontario Works has any legal or lawful right or authority to question; it is an Entitlement Notice. The purpose of the Entitlement Notice is to show Ontario Works how much the Beneficiary Will receive for shelter costs from the City of Ottawa Housing Authority to supplement the maximum $390. shelter allowance provided for by the province. The Notice shows that the Beneficiary Will receive $1192.00 in total for shelter costs, $1132.00 in actual rental costs and an additional $60.00 for the Beneficiary’s utilities (Ottawa Hydro).
If any of the Agents at Ontario Works were smart (I know that’s a big stretch but please bear with Me), they would have responded to say something like, ‘yes, that’s why We discontinued the automatic payments of $60. for utilities from the basic needs portion of Benefits beginning in July and You Will now see the $60 for hydro deducted from the housing allowance portion of Benefits, with the $330. remainder funds for shelter allowance going directly to the landlord. That is quite literally the only reply they could provide that would not be supporting fraud. It would make everything that was claimed in the Entitlement Notice true, and the subsidy would actually be paying the Beneficiary’s utilities as they are claiming to do in the Entitlement form.
No, instead they reduce the shelter portion of Benefits the province is required to pay to offset the sixty dollars the landlord is claiming to pay in utilities so that the surplus does not go into the landlord’s pocket OR the utilities they are claiming to pay, effectively engaging in MORE fraud to cover up Home for Good and Multifaith Housing Initiative’s initial fraud! Technically, the province is now stealing from the City of Ottawa by as King to subsidize amounts they are required to pay! The City of Ottawa did not agree to subsidize rental costs so that the province could satisfy even less of their fiduciary obligation than they already do!?
I was even kind enough to tell both the case worker, Mathieu Regimbald and Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay how to correct the Benefits issued so that the Entitlement Notice is not a document of fraud but reflects a truthful statement of Benefits the Beneficiary Will receive. Instead, Lili engages in more fraud by just plain making stuff up! She tells Me she reduced the shelter portion of benefits because the rent is only $1104.00 – exactly $88.00 less than the $1192.00 they told the Housing Authority they require for rent and utilities for the Beneficiary. So Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay reduces the shelter portion of Benefits to $302.00 so that the Beneficiary only receives a total of $1104.00 (which is allegedly the REAL cost of rent, not $1142. as My rental increase notice stated two years ago, and not $1132. as claimed in the application for subsidy with the Housing Authority), which only constitutes an additional act of fraud in the application to the Housing Authority. Now, NOTHING in the Entitlement Form is true or correct. They are NOT receiving $390. from Ontario Works as claimed in the form, the actual rental cost is $1104., not $1132. as claimed in the application, and the landlord does not require any funding for utilities, that part was entirely fabricated. Remember, this is all by Way of testimony made by Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay!!! Why does Lili believe that the rent is $1104 when the only document she has to rely on says rent is $1132? Why does Lili believe that Ontario Works should only pay $302.00 from the shelter portion of Benefits when they have told the Housing Authority they are paying $390? Why would the City of Ottawa Give the landlord an extra $88. they are entitled to receive from the province? Not one Word of Lili’s email to Me make an ounce of sense, it is simply just aiding and abetting Home for Good and Multi-Hustle Initiative’s determination to avoid accountability for attempting to steal from the Beneficiary while the Beneficiary is harmed by paying the same expenses from his basic needs, effectively starving the Beneficiary by denying him of funds necessary to sustain him Self.
A Trustee for Ontario Works should be Acting in the best interest of Canada’s People. They should be advising any Beneficiaries of Benefits they may be Entitled to receive that they have not applied for. They should be doing everything they can to put as much wealth as the Beneficiary is legally and lawfully entitled to receive into their hands. If an agent of Ontario Works is interfering with Benefits the Beneficiary is Entitled to or unlawfully revoking them, they are clearly not acting in the Beneficiary’s best interest and should be immediately removed from their position of office. Breach of Trust by a public Trustee is not subject to fourteen years in jail because it’s no big deal. It’s essentially an Act of Treason, especially when the Breach of Trust is malicious and intentional, as is clearly the case with Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay. Read the emails for Your self to find out just how arrogant, narcissistic and morally bankrupt this bitch truly is!
I am accustomed to this type of gaslighting because I have been dealing with Home for Good for the last six years or so. Not once has Home for Good ever responded to an email to address any of My questions. In fact, they usually just ignore the emails altogether. The only time Home for Good responds to an email, is when I include the City of Ottawa’s lawyer, Genevieve Langlais because that is the only Way to elicit a reply, they are all such morally bankrupt degenerates exploiting the People they were trusted to provide for so that they actively collude and conspire to help corrupt not for profit landlords pocket subsidy money intended to Benefit Canada’s People. And Sahada the Satanic Alolo hosts ‘the Tulipathon’ where she tells donors that every penny received Will help to alleviate expenses for Canada’s most marginalized minorities – no!!! They Will TELL You (and the Housing Authority) that is what they are doing with the money, but they are actually putting it in their own greedy pockets.
At any rate, I knew that Home for Good staff would run and hide under their proverbial desks when I point out that the Entitlement Notice for subsidy that they sent Me appears to evidence a lot of fraud. I knew they would ‘ghost’ Me and pretend like they have no idea what I’m tall King about. So I just made sure to email the lawyer at the same time to avoid delay. Apparently, they are such criminal clowns that they won’t even provide the supporting documents used to make the application for subsidy to the City’s lawyer, effectively obstructing justice and engaging in MORE fraud (failing to provide the supporting documents to an application is fraud by Way of omission of facts necessary to make an informed decision). The Housing Authority could not have approved the Benefits without supporting documents, so where are they? Crickets from Home for Good and the City of Ottawa’s lawyer because not even the City of Ottawa’s lawyer can convince convicts at the City to come clean on their fraud.
After more than two weeks, I am out of patience and told the City of Ottawa’s lawyer that there is no reasonable explanation for her to take so long to produce the supporting document I am as King for unless she is Willfully gaslighting and stalling for time. I advised her this is unacceptable for a document that should take no more than five minutes for Home for Good to produce upon request if they are maintaining accurate records of their accounting (which of course they are required by law to do). I further advised that if I did not receive a reply by five o’clock today, I would be filing a complaint against her bond with the LSO. Genevieve Langlais advised Me she has ‘escalated’ the Matter to the Home for Good project manager, Jason Cooke. Let’s see if Jason can produce the document in reasonable time. He’s the project manager so surely he Will be making sure that he maintains accurate records of all the application Home for Good has made to the Housing Authority for subsidy and Will be able to explain why they are claiming to receive $60 for utilities they are not paying. He was also placed on Notice of Criminal Liability in his personal, private capacity if he does not produce the document or a reasonable explanation before five o’clock post midi tomorrow.
But the Fun for this Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Lucky Wednesday is not over yet! We also decided to surprise Michael the Villainous von Dehn with a phone call at his place of business. Engaging in real estate and insurance fraud Will effectively cost Michael the Villainous von Dehn his real estate license, especially when he was using his position as a Real Estate agent to perpetrate the fraud. I sent him a Notice of Criminal and Civil Liability and told him that if he does not settle the order and confess to his fraud and perjury before jester of a judge Agent Smith, I Will bring a new claim against him and his Real Estate Agency for supporting his criminal conduct and hiring such a morally bankrupt individual. Of course, I won’t just ‘cry wolf’, I’ll be sure to send a package of documents showing the multiplicity of lawsuits Michael is engaged ‘in care of’ Joachim von Dehn as well as a copy of his affidavit testimony to the Court where he neglects to mention receiving documents ‘in care of’ My father and claims to have nothing more than a ‘Beneficial’ interest in the property. Michael also claims to be a Man with ‘strong family values’ so I have told the Real Estate Agency that I am his older brother and that he is telling lies and has used his real estate license to engaged in real estate fraud so serious, he can’t even talk to Me! I think he was hiding under his desk all day and asking reception to tell all his clients he is in an indefinite meeting.
