What We do is the catalyst of the Thought and the Word. We think it, We declare it, We do it. That’s the natural Law of Magic. However, if We think We Will do something, say We Will do something and then do not do that thing… It actually creates a curse because it is a breach in the natural flow of Creation and now the individual who cast the Spell is essentially intercepting their own Magic. That’s why I won’t even Promise to Write a Post on any particular day unless I am absolutely one hundred percent sure that I Will. After that very long intro, thank King or Queen You very much for joining Me today, I do have a Magical Edition for You today with a couple of new Spells Cast into Man’s Macrocosm to share with You, and Your Presence is the greatest Gift You can bring to My House.
So, what kind of Magical Spells do I have for this Witches, Wizards and Warlock’s Lucky Wednesday Edition? Well, shortly after Sarah the Liar Lorenz stated to Me in an email that Multifaith Housing Initiative didn’t receive any of the utility funds the City of Ottawa was claiming to pay for the Beneficiary (tenant of MHI), they only received the rental portion of Benefits (as they should), Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay continues to demonstrate why she was Gifted with her Stage name in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean by Showing Us that there is no end to her stupidity and incompetence, she is officially blonder than bleach.
I had initially just saved the pdf including My immediate replies but I decided to go back and save this particular email from Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay just to demonstrate how stupid this woman Truly is. When One is caught engaged in fraud, manipulating numbers and deliberately lying to a Beneficiary, the last thing One should do is double down on their fraud! That would probably be obvious to most People, right? Not Lili, and that’s why she’s the Malevolent Moron Mukalay. She just plain made up a rent increase for November to justify her adjusting the total amount of funds they are paying to the landlord which just happens to be exactly the same amount Multifaith Housing Initiative was planning to steal from the Beneficiary in utility expenses they were claiming to pay but putting in their own pocket instead.
I am sometimes slow to put some of the pieces of a puzzle together but I do eventually get there most of the time. It actually didn’t even occur to Me today why all of this would be happening. How did I get so Lucky (good question for a Lucky Wednesday) that Home for Good sends Me a copy of the application proving that the landlord was planning to steal an extra $60 for utilities they are not paying through to June of 2026?! That is like a the legal equivalent of a lottery ticket landing in One’s lap. Then, when I point this out to Home for Good, their Project Manager, Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke is kind enough to provide Us with proof of four more years of MHI fraudulently claiming to pay utilities the Beneficiary has been paying (and why he is the ‘Courteous’ Criminal’ in this Product-Sean).
The reason I Wished to have Lili’s email as a standalone before providing You with My reply was to Show You how much trouble she is going through attempting to cover her fraud. She made up that entire spreadsheet just for Me! The whole purpose is to distract Me from the Real Issue and the simple facts by making everything look far more complicated than it is, while also simultaneously attempting to Give the impression of competence by making things look ‘professional’. But there are a few problems. Once again, the amounts don’t match the Entitlement Forms provided by Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke. Lili’s accounting for ‘docking’ Benefits for alleged over payments doesn’t make any sense, it shows they are taking money but doesn’t say why. How could there be over payments of $5.00 for ten months when he’s owed $60.00 per month for the duration? I really couldn’t tell You the answer, though I honestly think it’s because Lili’s head is so back asswards, that she believes they overpaid the Beneficiary by Giving him $60 for those months when he was only paying $55. I Will almost BET that is her answer. The fact is, it doesn’t Matter!!! Just like the Beneficiary is paying nothing right now because there is a credit on the account that accumulated because the Beneficiary was paying too much, NOT the City of Ottawa!!! It doesn’t change the fact that the Beneficiary was Entitled to receive $60 and just to add insult to injury, the Beneficiary was actually trying to have it increased to $60 the entire time and they said they couldn’t do it until they receive a disconnection notice. Another blatant LIE they told Me so that they could deliberately default the account because THEN the Ontario Works Act allows an agent to take the payments from their basic needs portion of Ontario Works. Technically, they were not even legally allowed to do it before then, which is why they deliberately did not pay enough so they could default the account while requesting the correct amount from the City in the application for his subsidy (and keeping it from him). All of it done with intent.
But why did they make these mistakes? Well, I just put the pieces together today (Tuesday) because it was only while Writing yesterday’s Post that I realized they had put a stop to new Housing Subsidy applications because of the ‘Kickback Scheme’ reported by CBC. My very Good guess is that Ontario Works and Home for Good are being audited as part of the investigation! They asked to see the records for last year and that’s when they decided they better put some money in My account to replace some of the money they stole before they are ordered to do so, probably hoping to make it look like an honest mistake.
Because Home for Good is under investigation, they won’t want to risk not sending Me the Beneficiary’s copy of the Entitlement Form which explains why I got one for the first time this year that exposes their fraud!!! No Way they would voluntarily produce it – some One told them to make sure I get a copy.
Perhaps that’s even the reason they paid back SOME of the money they stole from Me, hoping I would see this year’s form and they would play dumb, pretending like they just discovered the utilities are covered by the subsidy for the first time this year explaining where the previous payment came from. They figured so long as I didn’t ask for any accounting, I would be too happy to receive a little over a thousand dollars I didn’t know I was Entitled to receive to be as King any questions.
The problem is, even without the accounting I knew the math didn’t add up and they would never give Me MORE than they are required to Give Me because I saw how much extra money Multifaith Housing Initiative had on their books (above and beyond what they should) in an LTB claim and it was too much money to have only accumulated over a year. I knew they were taking $60 extra per month from what I could see and that they had a surplus of over $500 above and beyond last month rent on deposit. So how did it get to be over $1000 and why a random number like $1018? Randomly repaid to Me without any further explanation except that there were over payments to the landlord (landlord was stealing from Me). A full year would only be $720. and two years would be $1440. The only value that has ever changed, has been the cost of rent which has increased almost annually with a one year exception. The subsidy has always been for the full cost of rent PLUS $60 for utilities. That value has never changed, MHI have received that money for four years now without paying a penny of the Beneficiary’s utilities and NOW Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay Wishes to decrease the shelter portion of Benefits to avoid having to pay the Beneficiary’s utilities for the upcoming year and has done so for July and August with intent to do so again until she is compelled by some One with a working brain to pay the $60 from the shelter portion of Benefits as the Entitlement form indicates they Will do until June of 2026.
The math is actually very simple. The utilities have been approved for $60 since June of 2021. That’s four years or forty-eight months times sixty dollars. 48x$60=$2880.00. Lili does concede that the money I received is a repayment of (some of the) misappropriated money that went to the landlord instead of the tenant. She explains that’s what the $1018.00 is for and shows her work – but none of the deductions she makes are legitimate or justified ($5x10mos and $28 for a total of $78).
Well, I’ve babbled enough about this brainless bimbo for one day. Tomorrow I Will be attaching her email and My replies to another email to the City of Ottawa and Multifaith Housing Initiative to advise them that Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay has indicated to Me that the extra funds for utilities DID go into the hands of MHI which is why I received the first payment of $1018.00. They Will receive a new, revised total amount owing. They have been doing this for four years at sixty dollars a month, every penny of that money rightfully belongs to Me, less the $1018. already repaid. It’s really that simple. Hopefully, the City Will find some One competent and intelligent enough to explain this to Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay.
Tomorrow I’ll be back with a new email with the corrected value of the immediate claim plus what I Will be claiming from the City in Court if they do not Wish to sit down to discuss resolute-Sean possibilities. If they do not Wish to settle amicably, I Will be pushing very hard for criminal prosecution against every One involved even if I have to file private, criminal prosecution against each individual separately.
