Reporting Fraud to the Fraudster: A Converse a Sean with Kelly the Criminal Kritsch, City of Ottawa

Hello every One and welcome to the second Post for this Sensei-Sean all Saturday Edition, thank Your Royal, Moral Highness for being here, I am Honoured to be Gifted with Your Presence.

I mentioned that I was going to be sharing My phone call to Ottawa’s Housing Authority to report the fraud in Applications that have been sent to them by Home for Good, a program set up to help Ottawa’s homeless obtain stable housing by securing subsidies to help with rent and additional housing costs not covered by provincial social programs like Ontario Works.

I could not find a phone number for the Housing Authority online anywhere. It also seemed as though very few People working for government had any idea who the ‘Housing Authority’ for Ottawa might be. I found a phone number in My email lists and the message sounded promising, it did say that I had reached the voicemail for the Housing Authority, instructing Me to leave My name, address of the rental unit for which the subsidy application was made, and My phone number. The message ‘Promises’ to return My call within twenty-four hours. That call still hasn’t come.

There is so much damning evidence of Home for Good’s fraud in the Entitlement Forms that it can prove to distract some One as attentive to detail as I am from Noticing the most critically damning detail of all. One of the Entitlement Forms had a phone number and an extension to contact with questions or concerns related to the Entitlement Form! I thought it was very strange there was no phone number on the first Entitlement Form I received this year and found it especially strange when the email contact provided in its place also had nothing to say about Home for Good and Multifaith Housing Initiative’s racketeering operation, pirating public funds into the coffers of not for profit oligarchs like Sahada the Satanic Alolo and her little Kinder Garden Gestapo of community volunteers. She doesn’t even have to hire hit Men officially, the Kinder Garden Gestapo volunteer their time to antagonize tenants who do not Wish to get in line with Sahada the Satanic Alolo by providing them with Special privileges reserved exclusively for her most fascist followers.

However, in this instance, I hadn’t Noticed who the Signature on the Entitlement Form belonged to until I went through them all for what must have been at least the third time. The name Signing the Entitlement Form is Kelly Kritsch!!! Is every One picking up what I’m putting down here? The contact phone number for any questions or concerns related to the Entitlement Form should be addressed to Kelly Kritsch? Home for Good and the Housing Authority are the same organization operating under two different names. It’s kind of like Ontario Works performing internal reviews to police the people in their office exploiting Beneficiaries for their own personal gain – how likely is it for that internal review to be impartial and unbiased? Exactly zero.

Home for Good collect information from tenants and make applications for subsidies based on the tenant’s expenses, review their own application for subsidy, approve or deny their own application, then receive the money awarded to the Beneficiary in the Entitlement Form and are responsible for distributing the subsidy in accordance with the Entitlement Form. The only One policing any of this is the tenant who is supposed to receive an Entitlement Form every year, though I only received one for the first time this year, and I believe only because they are under some kind of internal investigation related to other schemes City of Ottawa employees are involved in as a result of Nathalie Gougeon’s (City of Ottawa’s waste management Auditor General) investigation in the landlord tenant ‘kickback scheme’ reported by the CBC.

Although I’m somewhat impressed that they did release at least one City of Ottawa employee name, I definitely suspect there to be a lot more People involved and that this is probably just one of many scams these organizations have managed to network together. As Cathy Curry stated, ‘just the tip of the iceberg’ with respect to the actual criminality taking place in the City of Ottawa and their not for profit grift. There was an 83% rise in complaints of fraud from City of Ottawa case workers after the CBC article was published, further convincing Me that the $1018. repayment I received voluntarily was related to Ontario Works case workers being under investigation themselves and hoping to repay some of the money they stole from Me before the whole house comes crashing down on them.

Anyway, although it’s a little anti-climactic because We know We are not going to get very far reporting the fraud to the People responsible for orchestrating the fraud, but the phone call makes for entertaining podcast content and My Podcast is starting to take off. Still very few listeners and followers but a few five star ratings are the only ratings My podcast has so far, which is an excellent start, so thank You.

Without further ado, here is a complaint to Kelly the Criminal Kritsch about Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and her criminal cabal at Home for Good conspiring to steal utility funds from tenants so they can line the pockets of not for profit landlord, Mutlifaith Housing Initiative and their criminal Kinder Garden Gestapo – who are now also guilty of kidnapping, unlawful confinement, assault, torture, and cruel and inhumane punishment. The (fraudulent) charges the officer was Acting on were withdrawn at the request of Crown which means the entire thing was unlawful and I am now entitled to compensation for the unlawful arrest.
