Apparently the John Howard Society is equal in authority and jurisdiction to ‘the Bench’, so John Wyatt and Conan MacIntryre can violate My right to the presumption of innocence and subject Me to any conditions they Wish in violation of My rights because the Courts are (according to John and Conan) not there for Justice or to protect the inherent rights of Canada’s People, they are there to help John Wyatt and Conan MacIntyre threaten and intimidate the accused until they are coerced into compliance in violation of their rights so they can continue to perpetrate their harmful terms and conditions on individuals in violation of every principle integral to justice in a free and democratic society. Because We are not living in a constitutional democratic Monarchy, We Live in a fascist dictatorship that uses the Courts as a cloak for fraud by hiring corrupt prosecutors to proceed against People using fake names to engage in identity and Registry fraud, and bail supervision programs support and endorse the criminal trespasses upon as many constitutional rights as these two clowns can get away with until the date of trial, apparently. Fucking cunts is what they are!

I really Wish for You to listen to the conversation. One can tell that John Wyatt knows I’m correct and has zero reasonable cause to compel Me to come to his office in person except to inconvenience Me and cause Me harm – that makes the Act criminal and a breach of Trust because these clowns are supposed to be Acting in My best interest and making sure the Courts don’t violate any of My constitutional rights by Way of the Judicial process. If I am harmed by the Judicial process, then the Courts are acting in a Way that is contrary to their purpose which is a breach of public Trust.

John and Conan are not here to make sure the Judicial system is fair and respecting the rights of the accused, they are there to psychologically, economically and emotionally abuse People by violating their rights with impunity and treating them like hardened criminals who apparently have no entitlement to fairness and equality or their Constitutional rights. Right Conan and John?
