It is absolutely wonderful when the Luck of Lucky Wednesday is with One the day he is Presenting to a tribunal! I can tell You that it was a very Good hearing, perhaps the best hearing to date! Absolutely the best hearing before the Social Benefits Tribunal.
Eric Brown: Social Benefits Tribunal
Eric Brown has been a full-time member with the Social Benefits Tribunal since 2020. Mr. Brown has 13 years of experience in the social services field including 10 within the Ontario Works organization in a variety of roles. Eric holds an Honors degree in Law and Society from York University and is currently an active member in the Waterloo community.
That’s Eric’s official professional history as posted by the Social Benefits Tribunal. I was pleasantly surprised by the meeting and found Eric to be both impartial and professional. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean I’m any more confident that the correct decision Will be made, though it made for a much more pleasant and civil hearing.
However, I do encourage every One to listen to the hearing all the Way through. Nana the Nazi Asante Gives a demonstrable performance of her best Nazi attitude, demonstrating absolute contempt and moral bankruptcy on the Tribunal Record. It doesn’t take long for Caroline the Fascist Forget to follow suit. I have absolutely no shame in calling Caroline the Fascist Forget because she states in her own submission (and to summarize her closing arguments) that there is no specific legislated amount for medical travel allowance, it is to the discretion of the administrator.
They are so accustomed to presenting arguments that don’t consider the weight of their moral implications that she doesn’t even realize that her closing arguments are self defeating in a hearing for rights violations! In short, she should have just told the Tribunal that there is no legal requirement to reduce the travel benefit and there was no requirement for the Beneficiary to return any medical forms, they only do these things because they know there is no consequence for cutting off benefits for as long as they can get away with it, and the longer they are able to get away with it, the more harm they can do to the beneficiary. Nana the Nazi Asante Wished to demonstrate to Sean that she doesn’t have to apologize to Sean for desecrating his Trust instrument because she is in a position to cause him as much economic harm as she Wishes and can use her discretion to do so if he doesn’t shut up about her malicious breach of his Trust. A fucking cunt is what she is! And a fucking Nazi!
That goes doubly for Caroline Forget, though I am as King God to bless her soul because she looks like she might have cancer. Maybe she’s just sick, but it looks like chemotherapy her hair is much thinner than last time I saw her and her skin looked paper thin! It was a little creepy, she looks like a walking corpse. It appears as though God may already be exacting his revenge on some of My adversaries. Cancer is One of God’s favourite weapons because it feeds on fear.
