Ottawa Hydro on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability: Meet Melanie the Lawless Lefebvre

It is an especially Fabulous Freelance Friday for Me because it is also the Celebrate-Sean of the best month in My blogging history! A Fabulous Way to start a new year and excellent Motive a Sean for My Free Lance Friday Edition because it seems that the world is most interested in the latest Acts perpetrated by the State Actors of Canada’s corrupted capital and criminal cabal, more commonly known as the City of Ottawa.

In My last edition (which was also a Tribute to all of You for making it such a Fabulous year), I was tall King about My suspicions regarding Ottawa Hydro and their organization’s potential collusion with City of Ottawa staff, breaching serious Trust and privacy rights. Would You believe that no employees war King for Ottawa Hydro are required to provide their name upon request? Not even when One is requesting it for the purpose of litigation because they are violating privacy rights. Apparently, they are the only organization Trusted to Keep meticulous records of personal, private information that are not required to disclose the name of the individual One is expected to Trust with all of that sensitive information. Every One war King for the organization has the right to complete anonymity. That sounds very suspicious to Me because generally, only criminals engaged in nefarious conduct are afraid to Give their name. Why would any One Acting in Good Faith and with clean Hands be concerned about Giving their name? They wouldn’t. Only criminals do that. Right, Melanie the Lawless Liar Lefebvre?

To Give some brief background, I requested for the credit balance on the account to be paid out sometime in October. This request goes hand in hand with Chuck Ng (Charles Ng) of the local Legal Aid Clinic in Ottawa who suggested that I would be made whole for five years of Ontario Works colluding with Home for Good and Ottawa Hydro to funnel utility subsidies I was entitled to into the Hands of My landlord – embezzling public money, effectively.

The only ‘consent’ I ever provided to any Ontario Works was to acknowledge that Ontario Works has the fiduciary obligation to ensure household utilities are paid as an additional housing expense and should be included in the subsidy. Instead, Ontario Works interpreted that to mean that they should pay Ottawa Hydro directly from the basic needs portion of Ontario Works, effectively depriving the Beneficiary of suffient wealth to satisfy his basic needs.

Ontario Works agents, Home for Good agents, and the landlord, Multifaith Housing Intiative’s management team, conspired together and lied to Me for over five years, refused to let Me pay the bill My Self (because they were also taking too much, depriving the Beneficiary of even more wealth that what was required to pay the utilities resulting in a continuously growing credit balance on the account).

I honestly think that it was only by error or possibly by an internal investigation after the CBC found that City of Ottawa employees were engaged in ‘kickback schemes’ with local landlord’s. For whatever reason, Home for Good sent Me a copy of the Entitlement form they are supposed to send Me every year (but hadn’t been because they were giving the utilities Benefit they said I wasn’t entitled to receive to the landlord, Multifaith Housing Initiative instead) which proved that not only are utilities covered by the subsidy I’m Entitled to receive, but rental insurance expenses as well! [Frankly, I am also Entitled to telephone costs because a phone is required to activate the security buzz code for entry which makes it an essential part of the housing cost by legal definition.]

Since then, Ontario Works and Home for Good have been gaslighting as they do. Kelly Kritsch of Home for Good conceded that I am Entitled to recieve all the utility benefits that were paid to the landlord from My basic needs and even went as far as to suggest that ‘all I need’ to know how much was stolen from Me (or misappropriated by Way of their egregious negligence) is a complete statement of all utilities paid from the basic needs portion of Ontario Works, minus the $1018.00 that the landlord had already conceded to having recieved in ‘error’ (fraud). Redirecting the attention to Ontario Works and Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay. Of course, Lili the Moron Mukalay, team lead and supervisor for Ontario Works refuses to produce those documents and fabricates an excel spreadsheet instead, attempting to suggest that utilities were not paid by any One for the majority of time the Beneficiary has been receiving the utility service and that the Beneficiary was ‘made whole’ by the $1018.00 he has already received by the repayment of stolen money returned to the City of Ottawa by MHI. The recieps from Ottawa Hydro go back almost four years and show a total of $3025.00 was paid from the basic needs portion of Ontario Works while the landlord was putting those utility subsidies in their own pocket. I don’t know about You, but $3025 minus $1018.00 is not ‘to be made whole’.

It was the criminal clown complicit in the City of Ottawa’s fraud, Chuck the Negligent Ng of the communityh legal aid clinic of Ottawa who said to Me that I’m not completely made whole yet, but I Will be once I receive the outstanding balance from Ottawa Hydro and to request to have the balance paid out to Me.

That brings Us to sometime in October when I make the first request for the outstanding balance on the Ottawa Hydro account. Meanwhile, while ‘gaslighting’ and insisting I don’t know what I am tall King about, they do exactly as I had advised them they should have been doing for the last five years two months later, paying utilities directly from the Housing portion of benefits with the landlord receiving the balance – as it should be! For now, they have even agreed to add the surplus amount (because they were paying $45 too much every month) to the basic needs portion of Benefits, effectively increasing that amount by same ($45) and decreasing the amount to avoid a surplus credit balance.

Ever since, Ottawa Hydro has been lying to Me, Giving Me the run around, and refusing to provide the names of any employees continually lying to Me.

But for any One who suggests that My letters and Notices accomplish nothing? Pay close attention to the timeline once I lose My patience and finally get fed up waiting for a manager to call Me back to explain the situation and place them on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability and Letter of Demand for payment by Way of email.

On January 22nd, I send My first Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability and Letter of Demand for payment on the balance owing.

How did Ottawa Hydro respond? With more silence and gaslighting. I heard nothing at all. No manager calling Me with anything new or offering any explanation for their continuous trespasses. But what was happening in the background over at Ottawa Hydro? They were scrambling…

Two days later, Ottawa Hydro pays a courier to deliver a check to Me priority post, exactly as I am as King of them to do in My Letter of Demand. Probably just a coincidence, right? I’m sure they always send mail by Purolater.

But We also know that Canada Post employees in the City of Ottawa can’t be Trusted either because they Will collude with City of Ottawa employees to ‘fake’ service of documents on People who are never served. Who knows WHY it still took another six days to arrive, but it did. The package finally arrived on Lucky Wednesday morning, making the day True to its name once again…

In the meantime, I continue to send them Notices, advising that they Will be Noted in Default by Friday of this week (today) if I don’t receive the check, and that’s after Giving another week’s grace after a manager called promising Me that a check has been sent to Me Express Post.

The check finally arrive on the 28th of January, 2026. But of course, two days later (this Fabulous Friday morning), the belligerence of Ottawa Hydro and Melanie the Lawless Liar Lefebvre continues with their ‘senior legal counsel’ serving Me with a Letter threatening to cut of My utilities for placing them on Notice. What a fucking cunt she is!!!

So they FINALLY send Me the check but rather than acknowledge their wrongdoing and apologize for their egregious trespasses and continuous contempt and lies of their service staff, they instead choose to double down and threaten to revoke My utilities for placing them on Notice, attempting to characterize legal action as ‘unacceptable behaviour and harassment’?! What a fucking cunt she is!!!

This is how One responds to a contemptuous, belligerent bitch like Melanie the Lawless Liar Lefebvre. You Give her ONE LAST CHANCE!!!

And Melanie the Lawless Liar Lefebvre is too incompetent and contemptuous to reply like an Honourable individual would be expected to do, though the anonymous privacy department was kind enough to provide reciept and confirm that Melanie the Lawless Liar Lefebvre’s has received My Notices and chose to retaliate with threats in reply rather than attempt to resolve the Issue or address any of the points made in My Notices to her. A lesson in professional gaslighting by the lawless society of liars, Ontario and their Starring Actor for Ottawa Hydro, Melanie the Lawless Liar Lefebvre.
