The Continuous Criminal Contempt of Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker, Law Society of Ontario 43218D

Hello every One and welcome to the Thoroughly Thrilling Thing King Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Geoffrey ‘the Bonehead’ Baker was Given a final notice of complaint to the Law Society of Ontario for his determination to support and endorse the criminal conduct of his client (the Ontario Works Administrator) helping them to cover over their crimes (aiding and abetting).

I’m not going to Write too much today because I have been very busy in My Microcosm and still feel I am behind on reporting some of the Good News taking place in Man’s Macrocosm on the world stage. I Will try to Write a Post about Anti-Christ Trump and his determination to lead Us all into WWIII another time. For now, I am simply going to publish the latest from the Social Benefits Tribunal who appear to once again be ‘ghosting’ Me or taking an exceptionally long time to confirm receipt of My emails. The Province of Ontario Service Standard says ‘State Actors’ should respond within 24-48 hours. A Tribunal is a professional, judicial body and branch of the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General – they should be setting the standard, not demonstrating the most incompetence.

One thing I Will say just to ‘credit’ State Actors when credit is due, is to say that every time I file a complaint with the Social Benefits Tribunal (this is the second instance), a new case worker is assigned shortly thereafter. The new case worker is Mathieu Regimbald, and it’s also the first male case worker I’ve dealt with since I moved to Ottawa in 2017. So far, Mathieu has been absolutely fabulous!

I decided to get a phone because not having one is just a major inconvenience when I have so much business to take care of. The first time I called Mathieu, he picked up on the first ring! Initially, Me and My Friend both suspected it might be because they don’t know My new phone number yet and didn’t know it was Me. However, he has consistently returned My emails and phone calls in VERY reasonable time – I’ve never had to wait more than an hour for Mathieu to return My call or email! Very impressive considering what I have become accustomed to from Ontario Works agents, though Orsolya Vancsody had a Good run for awhile, and I’m reasonably sure that she was removed from My case file because she didn’t Wish to do what her superiors were as King of her to do (which was to breach contracts she had agreed to Honour, pretending they don’t exist). So they had to find some One more heartless and cruel to take over the file.

Otherwise, I’m really just going to share My recent emails to the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Notice of Liability and Notice of Complaint to the Law Society of Ontario against Geoffrey Baker, Adrienne Curran and Brian Killick – all lawyers who are allowing criminal trespasses to continue unabated, aggravating the harm done to a Beneficiary (and with malicious intent).

The first email was addressed to Adrienne Curran and Brian Killick of the Social Benefits Tribunal. Brian Killick is a vice chair for the Tribunal, and Adrienne Curran held the pre-hearing conference. Both pleaded ignorance of their obligation to report the public Trustee’s criminal breach of contract and trespass upon a Trust Instrument, suggesting they do not have any legal or lawful obligation to Honour their contracts or the Trust (never mind moral or ethical because these People are clearly morally bankrupt).

The Tribunal has not confirmed receipt of any of My submissions yet, and I have requested receipt of service for every email (which is typical for any Honourable or competent Court or Tribunal anyway). I also advise Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker that the email applies to him, too because the Rule of Law does not allow for liars posing as lawyers to help their client avoid accountability for their crimes. They should be advising the Administrator that their crimes are serious, and they should cease and desist immediately and offer some kind of reasonable resolution. But no, too much to be as King of a narcissistic lawyer protecting the criminal trespasses of the public Trustee. You can tell by his reply that Geoffrey is not happy with Me and suggests the Appeal should be tossed as ‘frivolous and vexatious’ the number one ‘go to’ for narcissistic liars posing as lawyers. It is called admission through projection. They accuse the other party of what their client is guilty of with intent to distract from the real issues at hand and confuse the Court or other Judicial body (like a Tribunal).

Here is Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker’s reply.

This is passive aggressive, abusive, narcissistic behaviour. Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker complains about My ‘behaviour’ in the pre-hearing conference but does not qualify the statement by clarifying what ‘behaviour’ he is tall King about. We Will presume he is still in the denial phase and believes I am lying about the Administrator breaching four contracts with impunity and malicious intent. Each count of breach of contract is subject to five years in jail according to Canada’s Criminal Code – that’s twenty years and doesn’t include breach of Trust with malicious intent, or destruction of My personal, private property (the Trust Instrument was desecrated by Nazi Nana Asante). Instead, he escalates the Appeal by suggesting that complaints of criminal trespass and breach of contract is a ‘frivolous and vexatious’ thing to complain about? What an arrogant idiot this Man is! Notice that he didn’t mention anything about My conduct or behaviour at the pre-hearing conference which would have been the time to address it.

I can virtually guarantee that Geoffrey Bonehead Baker and Adrienne Curran are colluding together to help Ontario Works gaslight the serious nature of the claim while attempting to antagonize and demoralize the Appellant. Geoffrey STILL suggests his client is NOT guilty of the criminal charge for breach of Trust and breach of contract? That is not just contempt, it is an insult to the Appellant who is presumed to be telling the Truth until disproved by factual evidence. He’s acting with contempt while suggesting I am guilty of violating the Tribunal’s code of conduct? What a narcissistic sociopath he is! He certainly has big kahunas!

I’ve met a lot of stupid, corrupt liars posing as lawyers in My time, but Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker takes is probably the stupidest I’ve met so far. He’s not even attempting to address any of the real issues hoping to gaslight his Way to the finish line.

As I promised My legal and lawful adversaries and their counsel, if the hearing is ‘in person’ I Will Record the video as well as the audio just to piss off Geoffrey Bonehead Baker. You see, it is only important for Geoffrey to Keep everything private because he is engaged in criminal conduct unbecoming a licensed, legal professional.
