Canada’s Criminal Clowns: Starring Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay and the Ontario Works Act, Scene II

Hello every One and welcome to the Thursday Thing King Edition, thank King or Queen You for being here, it is always a tremendous Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence. Just when One thought One could not possibly demonstrate any more criminal contempt and incompetence than Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay, team lead for Ontario Works did in her last email to Me… Well, she seems determined to prove Me wrong! Let’s review yesterday’s Post first, just to refresh how criminally negligent Lili’s first reply to Me proved to be.

The City of Ottawa’s Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay Conspires with Not for Profit Landlord MHI in ‘Kickback Scheme’

Instead of taking a few notes and being Mindful that I’m publishing her fraud for the world to see, Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay doubles down on her fraud, invents more fantasy scenarios to suit her fictional narrative, and simultaneously acknowledges that I am correct – the Beneficiary is entitled to receive utility and rental insurance expenses should he Wish to exploit the available Benefits, and the shelter portion of Benefits Will reflect $330 going directly to the landlord with the remainder $60. available to the Beneficiary for utilities and rental insurance (sounds remarkably like what I was telling them they MUST do if they Wish to ensure the Entitlement Notice does not evidence fraud and theft of public money). Of course, the main difference is that Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay fabricates more information by stating that she is doing this not because it’s what the Entitlement Notice says they Will do, but because rent is increasing in November?! There she goes, just pulling fiction from thin air, plain as day making stuff up! She just keeps telling more and more lies which further discredits everything she had stated previously!

There’s no ‘rent increase’ in November, the landlord increases rent at the same time they apply for the subsidy for the coming year and the Notice of rent increase is usually Given a couple of months in advance – always effective (at least in My situation) July of the coming year. The only reason Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay decided to invent the new story about rent increasing in November, is so that she can make an excuse to not pay utilities until the surplus credit owed to the Beneficiary by Ottawa Hydro has expired. November just conveniently happens to be the month that the $300 or so in surplus credits with Ottawa Hydro Will expire. A surplus that exists because Ontario Works was taking too much money!!! That money belongs to the Beneficiary, they Wish to use it to pay the utilities from July through October, effectively stealing $240 from the Beneficiary’s Entitlement to benefits and taking it from the credit he is owed by Ottawa Hydro. That is fraud to engage in theft.

I’m telling You, I didn’t it was possible to demonstrate more criminal contempt and incompetence, but Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay shows there are no bounds to her criminal contempt and incompetence.
