Rex Verses Sahada the Satanic Alolo and the Kinder Garten Gestapo: The Digital Disclosure Hub

Hello every One and welcome to the Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, I have a quite a Picture to Paint for You today. Your Presence is a Gift to My House and I am always Happy to have You.

Well, it was quite the day at the Ottawa Courthouse, let Me tell You! We were at the Courthouse to hear a Motion from My previous counsel, Mr. Justis Danto-Clancy to hear an Application to be removed as counsel. You’ll Notice I’m not Calling him by the prefix ‘fantsy pantsy’ anymore. That’s because I think I broke him, so I’m trying to go easy. I’m not sure he Will real eyes how Honourable and tasteful ‘fantsy pantsy’ is compared to some of the other ‘nick’ names State Actors have received in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean… Like Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay, Kelly the Criminal Kritsch, Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke… It could be a lot worse than ‘fantsy pantsy’ Danto-Clancy.

My guess is that he was really hoping that Avery Barrington’s last email to Me as King for Me to be at the Court at nine o’clock Monday morning (moving the time up five hours from the previous notice) under threat of arrest would really get under My skin – which it did. He’d planned to ghost My emails of protest all weekend and if I had just defiantly decided not to show up until two o’clock as previously agreed, he was going to try and have an arrest warrant issued for Me. When I called to protest, Bruce Elgen (owner of the firm) took over and was immediately agreeable. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with and equally accommodating. Frankly, he demonstrates the difference in experience and maturity.

I told Bruce that I have tremendous respect for Justis, and I honestly do. But his ego may be more fragile than I had previously real eyes. I figured that because he’s a lawyer and especially because he’s absolutely an alpha male who is driven to succeed in his profession, that the scathing Blog Post would be like water off a duck’s back – I’m sure I’m not the first client who hasn’t been thrilled with how he Wishes to proceed with a case. The unusual element to My situation was that I couldn’t fire him because of the Registry/Identity fraud, so I had to do something to ensure he would ‘fire’ Me (rather than to continue yelling at Me, suggesting I fire him).

I guess he didn’t understand that it was just part of My strategy and nothing personal. I legitimately believe he would probably be a fantastic lawyer for any One else, I just happen to have a very unusual situation and level of knowledge that is probably more than a little unsettling for a junior lawyer. Every single lawyer opposing Me in any civil claim has always had a juris doctorate or equivalent (the highest legal degree One can obtain).

But he had to take it personal and try to bully Me under threat of arrest just to show how much of a big shot he is. It turns out that he had scheduled a hearing for the Court for nine o’clock and that was probably the whole point to Avery emailing Me about it at twenty after five – there was no time to change the time of the Motion until Monday.

What does that mean? Well, it means that Bruce Elgen told Justis that he is going to change the time by going to the Court at nine o’clock and stand the Matter down until two o’clock when I arrive because nine o’clock is not convenient for Me and letting Me know about it at twenty after five on a Friday is unreasonable. He was furious!!!

That was the only thing that was crystal clear about Justis today, he was furious with Me! After tall King with Bruce, I figured that Justis’ tone would be more receptive, We’d laugh about it, shake hands and part Ways.

I do arrive nice and early and find Justis in the lobby outside the Courtrooms. I approach with a cheerful tone,

“Hello! So, are We having the party in Courtroom five or seven?”

“Five, two o’clock.”, he barks back.

He disappears before I can even respond, so I just kind of laugh to My Self and make My Self comfortable until closer to go time.

When the Courtroom doors finally open, I don’t even perform any of the usual tricks I like to Play with prosecutors, (like making My Self comfortable at the same tables beyond the bar that the lawyers do). Without even looking at Me, he waves his arm to the back of the room,

“You go sit over there.”

I don’t even respond except maybe to smile to My Self at his arrogance and make My Self comfortable in the first row of benches closest to the aisle, resting one arm on My briefcase, the other hand nursing a coffee.

It’s another ‘nothing’ day, the Justice isn’t there to hear anything except an Application to be removed as counsel and can’t speak to any details of My case. As hopeful as I was that this might be an opportunity to finally get the Registry fraud sorted, experience has suggested otherwise. The ‘Court’ (as an impartial body) is one of the best professional gaslighters on the planet! Courts can’t hear anything they don’t Wish to hear. The justice only asks Me how I feel about the decision and I tell her that I respect his decision and feel it was the correct decision under the circumstances. I even said I thought he was a great lawyer, just not a great fit for Me.

On the bright side, I deliberately traveled light expecting this outcome, leaving My laptop at home reasonably sure I wouldn’t even have the opportunity to pull it out. I was correct. However, the Justice was as King of Justis if I have My complete disclosure package before scheduling another Judicial Pre-Trial where I Will allegedly be able to address the Registry fraud. Justis suggested that I make a request for the full disclosure package from Crown directly so that I have the most up to date Record.

I don’t know, Ladies and Lords, but this may be why he was trying so hard to get Me to fire him the other day. And potentially also why he’s so angry that I Writ such a scathing Blog Post about him.

There is an icon for documents and when I hover over it, I can click on the icon (presumably to view the documents).

However, when I do it brings this page up!

No documents to view?! Where is the disclosure? That is the correct file number We are looking for (24-122310) and the correct name! Again, I might not like the expression of My name in ALL CAPS, but that is the correct Spelling in the wrong Style (spelling is the order of letters in a Word, Style is the case (upper or lower) the letter is expressed in). It’s the incorporated version of the natural person. That’s the name that is incorporated and has a public insurance policy by which public Trustees are bound. This is the ‘real’ entity that can be charged and tried legally in a Court, not ‘VON-DEHN’ or ‘VONDEHN’ – those Characters do not exist.

We can all agree, it is not the same as the case file name and number below that We found in the Court Case Look Up Tool.

Case number is different, even from the ‘scope id’ number on the Homepage, name is completely different. My guess? This was entered onto the system for My Benefit only – to try to convince Me that there is a Record of the charges in the system.

Now, I don’t know, it’s possible that they just haven’t sent Me the disclosure yet, but this is already very strange because the email I received literally says that they have sent My full disclosure package and I can now view it by logging into My account. It’s possible that the account was just set up today and I am only able to look at the Title of the file but again, without sharing the exact email (which I can’t for security reasons), I can tell You that it very explicitly states that I can now view the full disclosure related to the above charges. And there’s nothing to see?

A couple of other interesting details I did not Wish to mention so long as Mr. Danto-Clancy was still Acting as counsel, is that the Court Case Look Up Tool has not been updated since. That’s exactly what would happen if it was just a fake case entered onto the system to satisfy My curiosity, attempting to convince Me it is the Record of what is before the Court. What I am provided with through the Digital Hub is allegedly the entirety of the disclosure package I’m responding to on the eighth of October, three o’clock in the afternoon.

I Will log in daily to see if anything changes. For now, it appears whatever they do have for Me for disclosure is entirely different from what I have received so far

Finally, I can tell You that Nana the Nazi Asante and Rita the Criminal Khavich have both received a SUMMONS to appear before the Social Benefits Tribunal to Give testimony and to bring with them the documents requested, and advised that failing to do so may result in a warrant being issued for their arrest.
