Ontario’s Welfare Fraud Hotline: Just Another Cloak for Criminals Engaged in Fraud

Canada appears to be one of the most corrupt countries in the Commonwealth if not one of the most corrupt on the planet. Every single organization I have ever contacted that is allegedly ‘Trusted’ to ensure State Actors are not using their position of office to exploit the People they are Trusted to care for, enables the criminal Acts of State Actors, allowing them to continue their criminal conduct with impunity. One great example is Beth Lambert of the Ombudsman for Canada Post. She observed that Kelly Kritsch of Home for Good had conspired with agents of Canada Post to have a package intended for Me returned to Kelly Kritsch, Signed by a City of Ottawa staff member (D. Cote) to fraudulently Show it was received by Me, and were provided a receipt by Canada Post claiming I had Signed for the package at My home! The fraud was deliberately perpetrated so that Kelly Kritsch could lie to the City of Ottawa’s lawyer, Genevieve Langlais, incorrectly advising her that My subsidy had been revoked because I am an irresponsible individual who failed to return the renewal package she didn’t send Me. Fucking cunt is what she is – and Beth Lambert of the Ombudsman, too. Beth Lambert confirmed everything I’m telling You here in her investigation, but was not able to take any Action because the Canada Post Act that the treasonous Canadian government legislated states that Canada Post is ‘not liable’ for mail that is not delivered as Promised. Canada Post can literally steal Your mail and if You complain about it and find out that they did in fact steal Your package, there is no recourse because they are not liable for delivering the product as Canada’s primary mail service. It is in fact His Majesty’s mail company, ‘Royal Mail’ – Canada only had the right to change the name as a franchise corporation of Royal Mail. So the King allegedly doesn’t make any guarantees that his mail service Will not steal Your package and in fact provides the Canada Post with impunity to create fraudulent receipts to show that packages were received in fraud. The City of Ottawa’s main strategy for taking advantage of People is to fault them for not responding to documents they don’t send You but Will bold faced lie to a Court to say that they did, and the corrupt court clerks, justices and judges are in on their grift, so they believe the State Actors because they are such ‘upstanding’ characters who would never lie. Every single State Actor I’ve known so far is engaged in some kind of fraud, money laundering or violating the constitutional rights of Canada’s People – especially clerks war King for the Courts. Your constitutional rights are the last thing the Courts are interested in protecting. Just be as King of Stephen the Liar Lichti.

Rexall ‘Wrecks All’: How Rexall Agents Conspire with Canada Post to Steal Your Mail (You Don’t Know what You’re Missing!)

The City of Ottawa’s greatest gritf, is telling the Courts that Canada’s People are irresponsible and incapable of maintaining their housing when Kelly Kritsch and her band of criminals are deliberately not sending renewal packages so they can paint Beneficiary’s as irresponsible in fraud so that they can then compel them to provide consent to Home for Good to ‘verify that One still qualifies for subsidy’ so that they can instead find out how many other expenses the Beneficiary has incurred with their housing so that they can take those additional funds from the ‘basic needs’ portion of Ontario Works, effectively depriving them of their basic needs so that they don’t have the financial resources or physical health to hold the criminals exploiting them accountable. Fucking cunts is what they are!!!

I also received an email from Duty Counsel and I am going to spare You her name until she decides whether she Wishes to collude with all of these criminals war King for the Court, or if she Will Honour her Oath as duty counsel and hold the corrupt prosecutor accountable for violating every principal integral to justice and every Rule of the Court pertaining to criminal prosecution. Yes, believe it or not, even prosecution for Crown has ‘Rules of Criminal Procedure’ they must follow and service of documents on parties with an interest in the outcome of the proceeding is consistent with the Rules of Civil Procedure – and why wouldn’t it be? Is criminal prosecution not expected to Act ‘civilly’ and ‘Honourably’? Not if You work for the Ottawa Provincial Court of ‘just is’ whatever the corrupt clerks feel like doing that day (or not doing as the case may be).

William Coyte is the manager for the Ottawa ‘Virtual Crown’ email address, so he is the one responsible for his staff ‘ghosting’ My emails requesting disclosure and as King for an explain a Sean as to why there is no public Record of their fraud. I guess they don’t Wish to concede in Writing that it is because they have no excuse and are engaged in fraud, but that is what the Court presumes anyway if they continue to ‘say nothing’ – no protest to any of the accusations against them, and they have a legal and lawful obligate-Sean to reply to ALL email inquiries, so they are presumed to be guilty and in default already. When I bring a form 1 application, I should only need to request for Stephen Lichti to be apprehended that day because he has had not protest of the accusations against him and expect him to default on the Form 1 Application, too.

I’m going to serve the Form 1 Application on the VirtualCrownOttawa email address for Stephen Lichti and if he doesn’t reply within the required fourteen days, THEN I Will follow up by filing the Notice of Default with the clerk at the physical Courthouse, providing an Affidavit of service to Show that Stephen Lichti was served and failed to respond within the required time.

But today’s Post was not supposed to be about all the criminals war King in Canada’s Courts to deprive People of their access to justice, it was supposed to be about the other institutions Canada’s treasonous State Actors have created to give the illusion of accountability. Like the ‘Welfare Fraud Hotline’. The Welfare Fraud Hotline was provided with a complaint and evidence of Lili Mukalay conspiring with Home for Good and Multifaith Housing Initiative to steal My benefits and Give them to the landlord while taking the same funds from the ‘basic needs’ portion of the Beneficiary’s welfare so that they are deprived of the resources essential to their survival – literally starving the People they were Trusted to Act in the best interest of to ingratiate slumlord Sahada the Satanic Alolo who is conspiring with local police and corrupt clerks of the Court to bring fraudulent charges against Me for reporting their crimes to You. Lovely fucking People!

Anyway, here is the latest email to the ‘Welfare Fraud Hotline’ who appear to be aiding and abetting Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay’s theft of public money, endorsing her fraud and exploit a Sean of Beneficiaries Trusted to her care. Fucking cunt is what she is!
