Order in Council 1414/2025
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas James William Campbell (Jimmy Billy the Colluding Campbell) was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective March 31, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1497/2024;
And whereas Jimmy Billy ‘the Colluding Criminal’ Campbell tendered his resignation effective August 23, 2025;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1497/2024 be revoked effective August 23, 2025.

What was going on in August, 2025?
I just happened to randomly pick this feature Image for today because it is the LTB that is colluding with City of Ottawa criminals for a third time (that I have first Hand knowledge of) to not only gaslight an applicant before the LTB and remove Me as counsel (request made by Michael the Tyrannical Thiele for My ‘inappropriate’ comments regarding his decision to allow the slumlord MHI to steal from Me with impunity, discriminate against Me with extreme prejudice for My health care choices, ostracize Me in the community for My advocacy work for other tenants and My Self) and dismiss all that evidence as having ‘no justifiable cause of Action’ and ‘no clear rights violate-Sean’s, unlawfully removing Me as counsel for no legitimate ‘reason’ (aside from knowing I Will kick his ass and not tolerate his bullshit gaslighting techniques before the LTB). I guess because Jimmy Billy the Colluding Criminal Campbell chose to ignore all the evidence?
At any rate, BEYOND unlawfully removing Me as My Friend’s counsel in violate-Sean of My Trust obligate-Sean’s to the Beneficiary, Trish the Colluding Carson also ‘re-characterized the Blog Post’ (fraud) to omit the part that Jimmy Billy the Colluding Criminal Campbell had turned a blind eye to the theft of thousands of dollars in subsidies intended for the Beneficiary, allowing the fraud to continue financially exploiting the Beneficiary to unjustly enrich the not for profit slumlord, Multifaith Housing Initiative.
Furthermore, the attacks against My Friend did not stop there! She attempted to secure legal counsel from the Legal Aid Society and was refused but denied the letter of refusal so that she could appeal the decision or Show the tribunal, Actively obstructing My Friend’s access to any counsel at all and with malicious, constructive intent!!! Right Clarisse the Treasonous Titus?
But don’t worry, Doctor Tess the Hideous Hebb and Linda the Satanic Sumbo are war King very hard to restore MHI’s repute a Sean in the community and helping them to cover up their fraud by revoking the subsidy of at least five residents and advising MHI to unlawfully increase rent by hundreds of dollars – ironincally, exactly the amount they have been stealing from tenants!!!
Hebb, Knights and Associates are war King very hard with slumlord MHI to help ensure that their investors don’t lose interest or they might go bankrupt if People were to discover they were deliberately exploiting marginalized minorities, many struggling with serious mental and physical health issues and economic restraints, not despite these limitations, but because of those limitations specifically!!!
Five tenants have been threatened with eviction this month alone if they don’t agree to pay unlawful increases in violation of the RTA, municipal property standards and their basic human rights – they are literally telling any One who can’t afford to pay the increase from their basic needs that they Will be served an N4 (intent to evict for non payment of rent), knowing every single one of these individuals is fully dependent on Trusted government officials to responsibly manage their subsidies.
These marginalized minorities consent to let the City of Ottawa subsidy provider, Home for Good (managed by Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and Jason the Courteous Criminal Cooke – he was very pleasant about Giving Me all the evidence I needed to Show that I have been entitled to Benefits Ontario Works have lied to Me about for SIX years (and still do not honour and continue to gaslight before the SBT, refusing to produce the OW documents necessary to prove exactly how much was stolen from Me) and Ontario Works, Ottawa Hydro, Ontario Disability and other organizations for ‘the purpose of ensuring the tenant’s subsidy is never ‘arbitrarily’ revoked. The consent forms are a gross violation of MFIPPA if any One were to refuse, but when One consents it is perfectly lawful so long as they are using that consent in Good Faith!!!
Instead, they are using it to find out how much People pay from their basic needs for utilities so they can syphon those subsidies into the slumlord MHI’s pocket!!! Right, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz?
And of course, let’s not forget the Star of the Show, Sahada the Satanic Alolo, who has her hands in every piece of City of Ottawa pie she can stuff her fascist face with!!!
Carolyn the Fascist Forget has ‘redacted’ all the names of the criminal from Home for Good that are complicit in their racketeering operate-Sean so that they can’t be held publicly accountable – that is also fraud and criminal obstruct-Sean of justice but the SBT had nothing to say about that which means that Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby is either complicit… Or reporting all of this to the RCMP and CSIS right now? What’s Your guess?
Trish the Colluding Carson Will be next to go down and I’m not going to say too much more except to say that there is another hearing tomorrow for a Friend of mine and I do not think the adjudicator yet knows that the file is part of a criminal investigate-Sean, so it Will be interesting to see who is next to implicate their Self at the LTB!!!
