E-mail Response to Letter of Complaint from Deanna Vecchiarelli

The city of Ottawa finally responds to My Letter of Complaint with the following e-mail:

Good afternoon Sean,

My name is Deanna Vecchiarelli and I work for the City of Ottawa as the Program Coordinator for Community and Family Shelters.  Your complaint has been reviewed by the Director of Housing and the Program Manager of Community and Family Shelters and has been assigned to me for follow-up.

I would like to schedule a telephone meeting with you to discuss your past placement at the Salvation Army Booth Centre.  Is there a time and day that is best for you?  I work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Please note that I am unavailable December 24^th and 27^th, and our office is closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Please let me know what day and time works best for you and the best number at which to reach you.
