Volume CCLXXXII: The Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition; The Interrogate-Sean of Tanja Johnson

Hello every One, and welcome to the Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always fabulous to have You. No Matrix Interpret a Sean tonight, though I am plannning to watch the film one more time tonight to see if I catch anything new – just to take My Mind off the Motion Record I’m preparing (and maybe pick up some easter eggs while I’m at it).

Today I’m Writing a second Post because I am just so excited about My upcoming Motion. My sister has told so many lies that she’s beginning to forget what she’s already sworn to be True. I received two conflicting factums, both containing Sworn affidavit statements by My sister; one stating she had no knowledge of a Will until she received the Certificate and was contacted by Tiffany’s lawyer, the other stating that she’s had knowledge of the Will since prior to making the first application (that’s True), and that it was mutually agreed and presumed that Tiffany had revoked the Will and her Claim on the Estate (also True). That is what Michael told Me, claiming she wouldn’t respond to texts, phonecalls or email. I told Michael I believed it was because she tried to get a lawyer to bring the Will before a Court to have it tested, and either the lawyer told her there is no Way it Will stand (there are too many reasons to list here), or she was told that she Will not be able to receive her share until she addresses the $3 million in claims for the car accidents on his insurance. They’re just waiting for some One to be appointed as My father’s lawyer of Record (Trustee), and the Claims Will proceed.

That’s the other reason You know My sister’s application is a fraud – there is still no ‘lawyer of Record’ for My father, and that Will automatically be updated by the Registrar when the Certificate is duly appointed to some One. If You are sensitive to course language, stop reading now – because My sister is seriously fucked.

She is trying desperately to cover her tracks and making more mistakes, which is typical criminal conduct. It is far more likely that Michael and Tanja were told that Tiffany is out of the picture whether she likes it or not as a result of the outstanding claims, and they both already know that they are trying to Keep the Application off the public Record to hide the money so THEY could receive their share, conspiring with the National Bank to quietly sell under power of sale without any judicial oversight! Brilliant, right? Well, some One always gets stuck holding the ball (like Lucy from the Peanuts comic, finally getting her medicine maybe), and I’m not so sure these other claimants are going to be so keen to let the bank, Tanja and Michael off the hook so easy. People generally Wish to Claim an amount like $3 million, right? So who gets stuck with that Claim when it’s all said and done? Whomever is holding the (fraudulent) Certificate.

Here’s the additional inform a Sean I am as King for, and the email thread I Will be Presenting for discuss-Sean at the Motion hearing.

What Will she do? I’m very curious to know what explain a Sean they have for the fake bank account address.

This is also the problem with Tanja’s agreement to administer according to Tiffany’s Will – one of the beneficiaries is dead. So who is Tanja planning to Give that share to? My guess is that Tanja believes she should receive Detlef’s share, Michael receives his own, and Tiffany receives hers. That gets Tanja out of trouble, pays off Tiffany for not Noticing her lawyer for Tanja’s (fake) Application, and Tanja gets her Wish, Sean gets nothing.

Why else are they both so ready to administer according to the Will of an ex-girlfriend stripper (I think she prefers exotic dancer, but I prefer trash, so We’ll call it even) when they BOTH know My father would NOT Wish for Tiffany to have a share, and (even more importantly) they were both furious that Tiffany had been named in the Will before Tanja (or Me, allegedly – but that was obviously a lie). Tanja was allegedly even more furious about Tiffany thing King she had a share than I was. And I presume that is what motivated Tanja to take Act-Sean.

What I believe now? I’m not sure, but I have a feeling Tiffany has no Idea this is all going on, they just solicit the law firm as King them to send the email to make it look like Tiffany is back in the picture when all he really has is a Will that was revoked by his client. I honestly think it’s because they are getting very desperate and consider it evidence against Me because I’m not named in it – but neither is My sister and I was last to visit My father, and the last to Write My father a Letter promising to take care of his house ‘no Matter what’.

Yeah, but they haven’t mentioned that letter, either – except to attack the integrity of its Sentiment. It’s a legitimate ‘promise’ in Writing, which is legally and lawfully a ‘testamentary instrument’, and all the lawyers know this, but like to pretend that they don’t.

I’m going to take My Mind off things and see if I can learn anything new from the Matrix. 😉
