Hello every One and welcome to the Sensei Sean al Saturday Edition, thank King or Queen Your Royal, Moral Highness for being here, Your Presence is a Treasured Gift in My House. I have been very busy over the last week so it’s been difficult to make time for Posting, though there is no shortage of things to be tall King about! In My Microcosm (which continues to merge with Man’s Macrocosm more and more each day), Caroline the Fascist Forget, ‘case Presenter’ for the City of Ottawa’s Ontario Works public Trustees was advised that if she continued to ‘dodge’ questions, gaslighting the True nature of the complaint, I Will be appealing her ‘decision’ and incompetence with the Social Benefits Tribunal. I do like to be Good to My Word, despite also trying to do everything I possibly can to allow those individuals to redeem their Self and do the right thing – Caroline the Fascist Forget appears to be completely incapable of doing the right thing, continuing to ignore My requests for copies of contracts they’ve Signed promising to Honour obligations to Me. Eventually, sufficient incompetence becomes indistinguishable from malice.

So We escalated the Claim to the Social Benefits Tribunal. You can read the previous Noticed served on Caroline the Fascist Forget in the previous Post above. Below You Will find My Appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal, along with the Forms for Rights Violations and to the form to Summons Caroline the Fascist Forget so that she Will be compelled to answer Me rather than ignore Me, and produce the documents I am as King for or be guilty of spoliation of documents and destruction of evidence Trusted to their care (which would be a number of offenses under Canada’s Criminal Code).

Although it sounds confusing (and the system was legitimately designed to confuse – the land of ‘babble-on’), ‘Sean von Dehn’ is the correct name of the Appellant. The Appellant is the Beneficiary of Ontario Works and the artificial ‘legal person’ the State Created, expressed as a ‘natural person’ in Law (which represents a Living Man rather than a corporate sponsor or franchise agent for the Crown corporation). Think of the name like a proxy for the Man, rather than the Man him or her Self. It might even be easier to consider ‘identification’ more like a playing piece on a board game – like Monopoly, maybe (and the ‘Rat Race’ expansion)? There still needs to be a Trustee or Agent Acting for that person’s Benefit, and Ontario Works Trustees are certainly not doing that, so I, King Sean of House von Dehn am the One bringing the Appeal on behalf of the Beneficiary/Appellant. [In case any One is wondering why the Signing name is different from the Appellant’s name.]

The Rights (Code) Violation:

The Human Rights Code Claim is another legalese term I could contest but have chosen not to (as I opted to do in My first Claim to the Tribunal), though I feel it’s important to explain what they are doing – ‘they’ being the ‘State’, which in this particular case is the ‘province’ of Ontario. Basically, the ‘provinces’ have asserted the same sort of ‘rights’ that independent States have asserted in the United States of America – that Ontario has the ‘right’ to ensure constitutional protections of Canada’s People independently from the federal government, or ‘Canada’ as a whole. They are not Giving Me the federal protections of the Law, they are maintaining provincial jurisdiction (which is not subject to Canada’s Constitution without a Constitutional Rights violation being clearly expressed), which is protected by different legislation, the ‘Ontario Human Rights Code’. However, the reason I am ‘okay’ with them averting the federal jurisdiction, is because the Human Rights Code specifically states that it endeavors to protect all of Canada’s Constitutional rights as well as those ratified by the UNCCPR (United Nations Covenant on Civil and Political Rights), so it is equally bound to Honour My inherent rights protected under both federal and international law. I’m going to Give them an opportunity to Show that they can before appealing any decision with a Divisional Court (which officially constitutes a ‘Constitutional’ challenge and is bound by Canada’s Charter and the Provisions of the Court under 24.1 for relief and remedy of Charter violations).

Here We can see that King Sean, House von Dehn is a clearly distinct entity separate from the Appellant. Generally, they try to associate both as One and the same, ‘Self re-Presented’, showing up both on paper as a fiction, and ‘in the flesh’ as a Living Man. The Law knows and comprehends logic and reason better than most of Man, so the Law recognizes that if the ‘Self re-Presented’ Character is claiming to be both an artificial character on paper and a Living Man, he must clearly be insane and unfit to stand trial. The only Way that the ‘artificial person’ can relate to the Living Man in any Way, is if it is evidence of a Fiduciary obligation; it was either Created by the State to deceive the Man and exploit him economically, or it was Created for his Benefit and to evidence ‘inherent’ rights (determined by the collective constitution, or Charter in Canada) which the State have sworn to protect above all else – the ‘Highest’ law of the land.

Alright, that’s all for today because it catches You up on events in My Microcosm that Will affect Man’s Macrocosm. Although ‘tribunals’ are not considered Courts and are not said to be of ‘concurrent and congruent’ jurisdiction, they are a branch of Canada’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General, which means that there is a Record of every claim I have filed with a tribunal at the federal level. The Ministry of the Attorney General and Department of Justice know the City of Ottawa is engaged in all kinds of nefarious criminal conduct, but they Will plead ignorance as ‘immovable’ bodies incorporated until the Law compels them to take Action (which is where the Divisional Court Will come in).

We’ll see if the Social Benefit Tribunal demonstrates any more professionalism and competence with the International Criminal Court of Justice observing.
