Getting to the Hart of the Matter, Part II: Ottawa Associate Attorney General on Notice for Registry Fraud

Unfortunately, the only Vision I have to share of Canada’s metropolis City and Nation Capital of Ottawa, is one that resembles something out of the Batman franchise, Gotham City. It is nothing more than a group of gangsters in suits, an efficient and well organized racketeering operation where every One from the clerks of the Court accepting documents at the Courthouse to the Justice Masters Office and the Attorney General of Canada’s Superior Courts, are all complicit in conspiring against Canada’s People to ensure that claims harmful to the City of Ottawa’s reputation or that of the State Actors putting on such a Spectacular Show never make it before a Court of competent Jurisdiction. Ironically, only the Superior Courts of each of the provinces and territories of Canada are of competent Jurisdiction according to Canada’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General, and in this particular case (as I suppose is True with most things in a defacto legal system) they mean that quite literally. If the provincial and municipal courts are not required to be of competent jurisdiction, then what motive do they have to be that? (Rhetorical, the answer is zero.)

So today I’m not going to waste too much of Your time or mine with the latest criminal in Canada’s Capital of Ottawa colluding with the Kreling Criminal Cabal’s racketeering operation and other corrupt prosecutors to proceed against Canada’s People in fraud and ‘off the Court of Record’, instead I’m going to share the Notice that was served upon the Associate Attorney General for the Ottawa Superior Court who is now responsible for all the corruption taking place in his courthouse constituting the conspiracy against Me. I am also ‘shopping’ for a Good criminal law firm and Will Keep You posted on that.

In Canada all People involved in a criminal conspiracy are ‘jointly and severally’ liable, which simply means that the victim can be as King of any of the tortfeasors for the full Value of the Claim and it is up to the individual to collect from his co-conspirators. I advised Hart Shouldice that this level of corruption is worth not a penny less than one hundred million dollars Canadian, (payable in Silver and Gold). I hope he lets his insurance provider know or he Will be spending a lot of what he doesn’t have in Canadian cash he Will be spending in jail.

My Friend thought I was being a little harsh after such a ‘nice’ introductory email. I told My Friend that there is no excuse on the planet that Will explain why an Associate Attorney General is not responding to My email to at least confirm receipt and advise that he is investigating My complaint immediately upon receipt. If the Associate Attorney General is ignoring their email for an entire day, that is also an unacceptable level of incompetence considering the serious nature of the crimes. They are literally using the Courts as a cloak for fraud and due process – what could be more corrupt from a Court than that?

I hope to be back tomorrow or Thursday with an update on Ottawa’s newly Crowned Slumlord and Sahada the Satanic Alolo’s Multi-Hustle Initiative and their latest exploitation of the People they are allegedly ‘benefiting’ in the community (which includes placing marginalized immigrants who can’t speak the language into apartments that are entirely unfit for living, knowing the individual can’t complain because they don’t have the funds, language skills, and probably feel like if they complain they might get deported like Trump is doing in the United States of Satanism).
