And what a Lucky Wednesday in Deeds it was for the tenants of one of MHI’s properties at ‘The Haven’ (a ‘Haven’ for Self serving, Satanists, maybe) who finally had their hot water restored after four days!!!

Management and maintenance don’t work weekends, which is allegedly why MHI ignored all the complaints from tenants on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, MHI delivered the following notice to tenants by quietly jamming it into the outside handle of their apartment door. They didn’t even bother to knock to let tenants know it was there.

Why is this professional ‘gaslighting’?
“Please do not contact after hours emergency services for this issue during the repair period. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.”

They know that City of Ottawa property standards allow only twenty-four hours for the landlord to fix an urgent issue related to essential services such as hot water. That is how long the City of Ottawa has determined to be a ‘reasonable’ time frame to remedy the problem. Otherwise, the tenants are being deprived of an essential resource necessary for basic human dignity and are entitled to compensation in the form of an abatement of rent for each day they were without the service. Surely, MHI knows this a corporate, not for profit landlord and has issued this Notice because they don’t Wish to hear every One telling them that the Notice is not REASONABLE or correct! The whole purpose of sending the notice was to silence complaints from the tenants who are furious.
I won’t paraphrase or describe how incompetent and clueless Sarah the Liar Lorenz is, You can read the (very long) email thread Your Self and see just how many times she responds to an email without answering questions.
This is textbook gaslighting – I almost wonder if they have a course on gaslighting that every State Actor or state sponsored corporate employee must take before they can be part of their criminal cabal? What do You think? Narcissism seems to be a systemic problem within the culture of Canada’s State Actors with Trudeau Treason and Carnage Carney taking center stage, proud as peacocks.
Sarah the Liar Lorenz is an incompetent clown and should be removed because she is also withholding receipts from tenants and a receipt to show that MHI paid back over $500 in extra funds they stole from the City of Ottawa by overcharging rent, revealed to Me by their own records as ‘evidence’ against Me in an LTB claim! Those emails and the evidence are still on Record with the LTB, proving that James the Colluding Campbell is war King with MHI to help cover over their crimes, using the LTB as a cloak for their fraud. Now, Sarah the Liar Lorenz does not Wish to produce any receipts for tenants in violation of the RTA and she wonders why I call her a liar? I bet You any money that if MHI repaid the City of Ottawa, it would NOT be a receipt they would lose track of! They know I have proof of them stealing money because they provided the evidence – I’m sure they Will also Wish to have proof on the ready that the money was paid back in the event they are audited. If she’s lying about paying the money back… Well, that’s even worse isn’t it?

I officially believe Sarah the Liar Lorenz is a professional liar. I don’t believe the parts were not available in Ottawa and that they were told it would take three to four days to receive them – that has already proven to be false, so why did they believe it would take three to four days? Why did they tell tenants that they would have no hot water until Friday?!
More likely they were testing tenants to see what they could get away with, how long tenants would tolerate the abuse. DID MHI keep every One up to date on the status of the repair? No, of course not!!!
No, People had to discover they had hot water by repeatedly trying the hot water tap. Any who haven’t tested the hot water yet today Will have no idea because they didn’t even bother TRYING to Give Notice to the tenants that the water is working again! How inconsiderate and careless must they be? Does that ALONE not speak volumes with respect to how little regard these fascists have for the People they were Trusted to benefit?
They do this explicitly because they know they are dealing with People like Manon the Bulldog Bastien and Laura the Shyster Schinck who have been so abused and demoralized by the system, they can be bullied into submission because it is easy to convince them they should consider their Self ‘lucky’ to be able to volunteer their time to an organization that doesn’t Wish to pay People to maintain the property.
MHI seems to forget that if there were no housing crisis, there wouldn’t be a penny in the public Trust account for greedy not for profits that are also not for the People, but for the oligarchs purchasing the land and exploiting Canada’s People. The People MHI rent to are literally the SOURCE of every penny they receive.
My belief, is that considering the property MHI purchased didn’t rightfully belong to the City of Ottawa anyway (like Israel, they have no legitimate land claim) and allegedly belongs to the People of Canada (State Actors are just Acting as Agents for the People, public SERVANTS), it seems to Me that the money they paid for the property should be going to Canada’s People, not a not for profit corporation. Every rental payment should be a share in the overall ownership of the property until the tenants own their units outright. How else are Canada’s People going to increase the GDP and create generational wealth from nothing?
Anyway, before I go too far off on another tangent, I Will also let You know that We have received confirmation of Our SBT Appeal, a hearing date for the Appeal, and today I also received Notice of the pre-hearing conference, June 17th, 2025.
I also received confirm a Sean of My complaint against liar posing as lawyer, Mr. Hart Shouldice whom We reported Registry fraud to and has since been ‘ghosting’ Me – just like every Court in the province of Ontario!

I won’t share the SBT documents and emails with You in this Post, I Will Write a new Post on the subject Matter sometime later this week. So far, the SBT is ignoring My request for a form to subpoena documents the administrator has signed for the Beneficiary, but the fact that they have set a date and confirmed receipt of the Appeal is a step in the right direct-Sean.
Many tenants in My building still have no idea they have hot water because they were told not to contact MHI about the Issue anymore until it is resolved and Promised to Keep every One up to date. The only thing MHI is Good at, is lying at any One’s expense but their own. No One here Trusts a Word ‘management’ from MHI have to say.
We are also requesting the community conference room to host an MHI Tenants Association Meeting to inform and educate MHI tenants on their rights and the obligations of landlords, even if they are not for profits, they are not allowed to play the narcissist and blame their victim for their inability to adequately maintain the properties in accordance with Ottawa Property Standards.
Their funding should be revoked immediately – but Nathalie the Goulish Gougeon (City of Ottawa Auditor General) is also complicit in their theft of public money, so don’t hold Your breath!
