I’ve been very quiet over the last week or so but this International Public a Sean has been getting a lot of global attention! In fact, it has been very busy for Me in My Microcosm, too.
Last week We had another Order Issued from the LTB in violation of their own Rules. It is one of the most ridiculous decisions to date by LTB Stool, Trish the Colluding Carson, though I’m not going to get into the Order today except to say that she actually includes the legislation she’s relying on for her decision, despite the fact that it does not support her position! The legislation Stool (what We call a chair that Acts like a piece of shit) Trish the Colluding Carson relies on states very clearly that exceptions to the Rules against Recording the proceedings include ‘journalists publishing to the public Record’ (paraphrasing). Don’t worry, I Will share the exact verbiage and decision with You and My thoughts and opinions on the stool’s decision another time, though I Wish to redact inform a Sean that would effectively ‘dox’ My Friend first – so I’m not sure how long that Will take as I need to find a Way to do that effectively. All I’m saying is that she literally makes statements she herself proves to be incorrect by Way of the legislation she relies on to support it.
37. “I do not find it appropriate to allow King Sean, House von Dehn to act as an unlicensed
Representative as he demonstrated a clear disregard for the Board’s rules and the
Statutory Powers Procedures Act. He stated he openly intended to record the hearing

Yeah, classic gaslighting by the LTB!
35. “There are exceptions to the prohibition as outlined below:
b) the making of an audio recording, unobtrusively and in a manner authorized
by the tribunal, by a representative, a party acting on their own behalf or a
journalist, for the sole purpose of supplementing or replacing notes; or…”
Now of course, Trish the Colluding Carson Will argue that I can Record unobtrusively as a journalist but cannot publish the Record to My Blog because it violates ‘the sole purpose of supplementing or replacing notes’.
Unfortunately, however, Trish is not Acting in Honour, so she does not Wish for all of You People reading this Blog to know how corrupt she is, so she cannot make an impartial decision related to this Matter because other exceptions include:
“… a recording can be made:
i. if it is required for the presentation of evidence, the making of a record or
any other purpose of the hearing,
ii. with the consent of the parties and witnesses, or
iii. in connection with any ceremonial proceeding.
Both of the last two apply here because the landlord is not an individual, it is a not for profit corporation receiving public money to fulfill fiduciary obligations, so they are open to transparency and accountability – they have no right to a private hearing! Only My Friend can request and insist a hearing be private to protect her anonymity – the landlord is open to public scrutiny and the purpose of the right to a public hearing in Canada is for transparency and accountability of state Actors like Trish the Colluding Carson so that I can advise You that she is a shill for not for profit landlord, Multifaith Housing Initiative, helping the not for profit landlord to steal from tenants and gaslight their obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act. The purpose is government accountability – that includes Trish the Colluding Carson who has just violated My client’s right to freely choose her own counsel. Trust Me when I tell You that a liar posing as a lawyer Will NEVER request to have counsel removed for ‘incompetence’ – they would love nothing more than for their opposing counsel to be ‘incompetent’.
Although I Will not include the full order until I can redact the relevant inform a Sean, I Will tell You that Trish made fifty-two points in her Order, every single one was about ‘King Sean, House von Dehn Acting as counsel’. Not one Word yet has been said about My Friend’s maintenance request which has still not been addressed. They said they were coming back to fix her unit and she didn’t hear from them again until a week before the hearing, at which time the maintenance team ambushed her with a notice of inspection by Way of an unlawful Notice of Entry, as King of her ‘how is everything working’?
I guess they were expecting the unit to fix it Self. To the best of My Friend’s knowledge, the unit was shut down so that it would stop making noise and although the noise has ceased, she’s had no air conditioning since (two years) and they also left her without a working fridge for over a week, causing her to lose over $200 worth of groceries – they just don’t care!!! They are narcissistic sociopaths who thrive on gaslighting tenants and circumventing their obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act. Vermin living in the rooftop rafters of all three buildings since the time of their construction (going on ten years now, I think) and Will likely be the only tenants not subject to unlawful notices served in bad faith.
Anyway, I didn’t really mean to get into that whole ordeal today, what I really Wished to share with You is what the world has been reading over the last week. It is very interesting in Deed! First, lets start with today’s top Posts.

For any One who believes that a Notice of Liability means nothing, they should probably read the above Post and Notice that was served upon Shoppers Drug Mart corporation’s head office. Within one day it was clear that My Notice had been received! In fact, that particular Shoppers Drug Mart location became one of My favourite places to shop during the early stages of the plandemic. Not only did no One ever mention a Word to Me about not wearing a mask in their store ever again, the staff stocking shelves would avoid Me to the point of removing their Self from whatever aisle I might be in when they saw Me coming! They would see Me, notice I have no mask and turn and walk the other way! Clerks on cash were exceedingly friendly – like over the top friendly. The fat slob manager who called Me on to fight him as I was leaving the store was never seen again. I can’t say for sure that he was fired, but I never saw him again and I used to go there quite a lot because they had the best price for eggs and milk in the area. I eat a lot of eggs!
Yeah, no coincidences here.
‘The March of the Elephant’ was the name of a previous Art Exhibit Sean that was on display for a week at the Guelph Public Library. In fact, that is one example of how I’ve made beneficial contribute Sean’s to My community. The upstairs lobby of the library is just a large foyer balcony with vast, white walls until one enters the library itself through a glass doorway partition. I thought it would look so much better with some artwork on display, so I went in and asked the librarian for the manager’s email and asked if I could display My artwork on their upstairs foyer wall. Long story short, manager thought it was a great idea, gave Me the space to show My work for a full week, then advertised for other local artists to show their work for free, too! My best Friend who ‘died suddenly’ last year (fully poisoned, all doses up to date) even had a showing of his soapstone carvings in their downstairs cabinet display. I’m not sure if they still do it, but if they do, it was started by Your truly. 😉
See, when Multifaith Housing Initiative discovered that I am a ‘talented’ Artist, competent chess player (1525 rapid, 2000 correspondence) and prolific Writer and rights advocate, I became their enemy number One. The last thing they Wish to see is Me teaching children how to play chess and setting up a community chess club, or hosting a painting class (even though I don’t consider My self very Good, other People certainly do if I am perfectly honest with You – I’m My own worst critic). I could even teach an English creative writing class, probably up to grade level twelve. However, none of that Will mesh very well with the City of Ottawa’s determine a Sean to paint Me as some kind of community terrorist. They have to convince People in the community that asserting One’s rights is an Act of terrorism because One should not expect a not for profit landlord to be in compliance with City of Ottawa property standards or the Residential Tenancies Act, that is an unreasonable expect a Sean – these People should be thankful to have any housing at all! And that’s exactly how Multifaith Housing Initiative and Sahada the Satanic Alolo see things. They should be able to steal from tenants with impunity, and how dare they be as King for receipts!? The nerve of these People!
Of course, the above Post is the proof and evidence provided by Home for Good showing that they were in fact conspiring with the landlord and Ontario Works to make applications for utility subsidies in fraud based on the amount the Beneficiary is paying from his basic needs, depriving Beneficiaries of the wealth necessary to provide for their actual basic needs – and with malicious intent! And to add insult to injury, Ontario Works lied to the Beneficiary insisting that utilities are not included as part of the subsidy Entitlement for housing. All while they go behind My back and provide those amounts to Home for Good so that Kelly the Criminal Kritsch can give that money to Sahada the Satanic Alolo instead. How many People does MHI steal from? Remember, they provide receipts for rent to no One!!!
In fact, Charles the Negligent Ng, Legal Aid lawyer ignored all the Entitlement Form provided to the disclosure email address, acknowledged that the Beneficiary has been Entitled to utility and rental insurance subsidies from the day he acquired housing and that they were going to the landlord instead, but states that the landlord repaid $1018. of those funds to Ontario Works which was Given to Me, so I have been made whole?! What?! The Hydro receipts I provided to him show that over $3025. was paid in utilities and that’s only going back four of six years because that’s as far back as One can request retroactive receipts without paying horrendous amounts per month for the remainder. Then I looked up Charles of the Legal Aid office for Ottawa and discovered that he is also a City of Ottawa employee!!! Imagine that! What a coincidence that he would try and gaslight such an egregious breach of Trust, too! He doesn’t even sound surprised to hear these agencies have been colluding together and won’t return emails. Acting like delinquent children is apparently appropriate conduct for Canada’s State Actors and Trusted public servants.

What are My plans for tomorrow? Well, to read to the Judge and the Court everything I am sharing with You today, as well as the email Notice of Default Judgment, Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata that has already been lawfully served upon Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti and confired by William the Courteous Criminal Coyte. We also have a ‘Courteous Criminal Cooke’ at Home for Good (the project manager who is well aware of the fraud and collusion of all of his staff but believes it’s no big deal, no harm done) but there are so many City of Ottawa criminals colluding against Me that it’s hard to come up with new and appropriate nicknames that accurately reflect how they are Playing their Part on the world stage. So many bad State Actors should be cut from this product-Sean. I guess We’ll wait and see what the Universal Conductor has in store for Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean.

I have been playing chess again as promised in one of My recent Posts, trying to match My rapid rating to My correspondence rating of 2000. When I last Posted, My rapid rating was 1396 and I am very proud to say that I am currently sitting at 1526 which is down a little from a new benchmark set just yesterday of 1544! I’m hoping to hit and break 1600 soon!
