As reported by the CBC recently, corrupt landlords were colluding with City of Ottawa staff to steal money from the public Trust by increasing rent values (up to 63% reported by the CBC) and putting (at least a portion of) the inflated value into their own pockets. Of course, they don’t name names, so I am always skeptical. This is a serious scandal involving Trusted public servants, their names should be known and published for the Record because the public are the True ‘jury of peers’ and a public Record is a higher jurisdiction than a Court Record because a publication (like a newspaper) IS a public Court of Record. That’s why if People publish things about People that are untrue, they can be sued for defamation (or in My case, defame a Sean).
Well, it looks like My landlord, MHI, or Multifaith Housing Initiative may very well be one of these landlords. They happened to be stealing an extra $60 a month from Me and I couldn’t even tell You if they are still doing it because they refuse to produce receipts for rent upon request (which they are lawfully required to do according to the Residential Tenancy Act, including one year retroactive from the date the request is made). Again, $60/month might not seem like a lot but they manage over a hundred units – if they are taking just a little extra from every One, that works out to be a pretty Good grift. All at the expense of Ottawa’s most vulnerable. Not for profits like MHI are the ultimate narcissists and corporate oligarchs, the new slumlords on the Ottawa block, looking to take the title from Ottawa’s reigning champ, Ottawa Community Housing (OCH), turning taxpayer funded housing projects into future ghettos.
Because this is a not for profit organization which receives public money from the City of Ottawa, the crime is even more serious because City of Ottawa employees must know they are taking more than the cost of the unit, so the fraud would not be possible without collusion. And (perhaps obviously) such a crime would disqualify any entitlement to city funds. Once an instance of fraud and theft of public money is observed, they are open to a full forensic audit of all accounting to ensure it is an isolated incident.
James W. Campbell, ‘Mr. Chair’ of the Landlord Tenant Board (LTB) as he likes to be called, is hereby referred to as ‘Mr. Stool’ for being a collosal piece of shit and colluding with landlords to dismiss a claim where it was reported by Way of evidence (produced by the landlord’s liar posing as lawyer Michael the Tyranical Thiele in his own materials) that the landlord was stealing money from the public Trust! James W. Campbell doesn’t seem to think that’s a big deal. I call that collusion.
Another instance of King Sean getting fed up with a fascist pig posing as an administrator of justice. I do not believe for one second that his collusion with the landlord is a mistake or unintentional, I believe he has been personally covering this grift for some time, dismissing any claims that report on the collusion between City of Ottawa employees and corrupt landlords because… Well, what are Ottawa’s most vulnerable minorities going to do about it when the Law Society of Ontario is conspiring against them?

I did place him on Notice of criminal liability in his personal private capacity for collusion if he does order to have the claim dismissed, and in the amount of $3,500,000.00, one hundred times the original value of the claim for the aggravated circumstances and his position in relation to the aggravated harm and ability to put the harm to an immediate stop (a rest the culprits).
