The John Howard Society of Sociopaths: Meet Manager Wendy the Malicious McHenry

When the manager of an organization is Willing to demonstrate as much contempt for the rights of the accused as Wendy the Malicious McHenry, manager of the John Howard Society of Sociopaths, it is easy to understand how the rest of the agents of the John Howard Society have come to develop so much contempt for the rights of the accused they Promise (or a ‘pro’ miss in this case) to advocate for. Right, Wendy the Malicious McHenry? A fucking cunt is what she is!

Key aspects of the John Howard Society’s obligations:

• Human Rights Legislation: As an organization and employer, the JHS must ensure its operations, hiring practices, and service delivery are free from discrimination and harassment based on protected grounds like race, national or ethnic origin, sex, age, and disability.
• Organizational Values: The JHS has a long-standing commitment to human dignity and explicitly states in its core principles that every individual has intrinsic worth and the right to be treated with dignity, equity, and fairness.
• Client Confidentiality: The JHS is committed to respecting the confidentiality of client information within the limits of its legal obligations.
• Advocacy for Rights: Part of the JHS’s mission is to advocate for the fair and humane treatment of all people involved in the criminal justice system and to ensure that their legal and human rights are protected.

One thing I am going to say here is that the Ontario Human Rights Code and those who are Trusted to enforce the rights protected by ‘the Code’ should probably know that the legal fiction loves to gaslight by suggesting that the Human Rights Code doesn’t apply to any One if there is no ‘specific grounds’ for the discrimination. If they are discriminating against You because they just don’t like You, that is NOT a protected grounds for discrimination, so the Code doesn’t apply! Isn’t that amazing. I suggested that OW were discriminating against Me for ‘creed’ and or ‘nationality’ but the fact of the Matter is, I don’t have the slightest clue WHY or upon what grounds they are discriminating against Me, only that they are clearly doing so with malicious intent to cause harm – that is not a protected ground, so Eric the Bonehead Brown of the Social Benefits Tribunal believes that it is acceptable to discriminate against some One as long as they are not doing so based on ‘protected grounds’. Eric found there is insufficient evidence to suggest the discrimination is based on ‘protected grounds’ and so they can discriminate and violate the rights of the accused to fairness and equality before the Law by pretending the Trustee Act of Ontario does not apply to the public Trustee or the Trust the Beneficiary has expressed on Record with Ontario Works.

I was not able to find any photos of Wendy the Malicious McHenry but I am able to find plenty of photos of their Executive Director, Allan Reesor-McDowell. It is only reasonable to presume that the Executive Director Will be civilly and criminally liable for agents like Wendy the Malicious McHenry violating the rights of the accused with intent, and in violation of the John Howard Society’s own ‘Mission Statement’, which is to advocate for the rights of the accused? Did Wendy the Malicious McHenry, David the Little Shit and John the Wacko Wyatt forget their ‘Mission’? Or did they take these positions to infiltrate the institution with malicious intent to violate the rights of the accused? Certainly doesn’t look like they are ‘advocating’ for any of My rights, so what Will their excuse be? That they can discriminate against Me with extreme prejudice because they are doing so not based on any grounds protected by the Charter, but because they love to violate the rights of the accused and cause as much harm to victims of the Judicial system as they are able to get away with. Right Wendy the Malicious McHenry?

The Quest-Ion is, do the opinions of Wendy, Conan, John, and David sound like they resonate with the goals of its director, Allan Reesor-McDowell? Is this how Allan Reesor-McDowell Wishes for People to perceive the John Howard Society, seemingly proud to be exploiting My rights? Would Allan condone this conduct? I am thing King it is time We find out because My guess is a resounding ‘NO!’. I encourage You to check out the link to Allan Reesor-McDowell’s page because I have always said that I Wish to be fair and to Give People the benefit of the doubt. My belief is that the opinions of Wendy, Conan, John and David do not reflect the opinions and beliefs of Allan Reesor-McDowell or the John Howard Society as a whole so long as he is Acting as Executive Director. Honestly, he sounds like a pretty upstanding guy who is passionate about protecting the rights of marginalized minorities and I don’t believe he would support any of this conduct whatsoever. We’ll find out if I am correct very soon.

Here is the Default Judgment already served upon Conan the Malicious MacIntyre, now served upon his colluding colleague, Wendy the Malicious McHenry. With criminal clowns like these treasonous traitors advocating for One’s rights, who needs enemies, right?! Can You Imagine if I were a timid, ignorant and incompetent Man? Can One even begin to imagine how sociopaths like this must violate the rights of every One abused by malicious prosecutors like Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti? The John Howard Society sure as shit won’t help You, they Will help Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti to collude against You!!! They Will impose conditions on You more onerous than those imposed upon the individual by the Court under threat of arrest in violation of the Release Order and every Principle of Justice in any legitimate judicial proceeding. Fucking cunts is what they are!!!

And the original Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability for violating My right to the presumption of innocence and to not be held to penal conditions or harmed by the Judicial process without being found guilty of a crime in a fair and public hearing. No One is ever subject to bail or other penal conditions when they have not been found guilty of a crime without the Crown being egregiously liable for violating the rights of the accused to his presumption of innocence. Now, they Will try to provide all kinds of ‘legal’ exceptions and excuses to impose penal conditions upon the innocent in violation of their rights, I am asserting that none of it is lawful – and any One who knows this Will be entitled to compensate-Sean when all is said and done, especially if the offending party was Given Notice that they Will be held civilly and criminally liable for their trespasses. And finally, Our E-filing of the Form 1 Application for a hearing for an Order to dismiss for frivolous and vexatious, malicious prosecution and Motion of Counter Claim for the criminal misconduct of the prosecutor, Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti.
