Hydro Ottawa: Doubling Down on Delinquency and Double Default Judgment

Hello every One and welcome to the Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Lucky Wednesday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence. Yes, We already know that Hydro Ottawa chose to double down on the delinquency of their agents rather than take accountability for their wrongdoings, but what do We expect from a corporation that is owned and operated by the City of Ottawa’s Kreling Criminal Cabal? Of course they Will double down on their fraud, try to flip the script and deflect accountability by accusing the victim of their criminal negligence and contempt for their clients as the aggressor while failing to address the subject Matter of the complaint. This is what sociopathic, narcissistic behaviour looks like in the legal profession and it is not only a popular strategy, it is the only strategy I’ve ever seen any liar posing as lawyer attempt to employ. Not one liar posing as lawyer has ever conceded that their client is in the wrong and acknowledged they have a duty and obligation to apologize and right their wrongdoing. Not once. Liars posing as lawyers seem to think that their job is to defend the criminal acts of bad State Actors. No. That is actually a breach of their Oath to Honour the Courts and Principles integral to justice, to not use their legal profession to their own advantage or exploit others. Those would be immoral Acts and the Rule of Law does not allow for immoral Acts, ‘Contra Bonos Mores’. I might be a litte off on the Spelling of that Magic, but it is a Maxim in Law that means ‘Contrary to Good Morals’. Nothing immoral can be lawful.

At any rate, I’m still trying to take in the overwhelming evidence provided to Me by Hydro Ottawa. It really is incredibly damning and I still haven’t listened to the audio files yet, though I am making progress as I have them downloaded and in a playlist ready to go. I haven’t counted the number of calls provided yet, either, but I am confident it is more than ten and I am confident that there Will be at least ten instances of Me requesting an agent’s last name and advising them I’m as King for the purpose of litigation because I believed they were lying to Me.

The Truth is, I accused them of privacy breach for communicating with third parties without My knowledge or consent (in fact I had told them directly that they do NOT have My consent to contact Ontario Works specifically about anything). They told Me they had My consent on file. Of course, that is infuriating because I wouldn’t know how they would have obtained that consent because it certainly was never provided by Me or even known to Me!

The evidence provided tells a different story altogether! It doesn’t appear as though Hydro Ottawa was contacting any third parties! They lied to Me and told Me they were communicating with third parties because they needed another excuse to not send My check and didn’t have any other internal, believable excuses… So they decided to make stuff up. They didn’t Wish to send the check (probably because they are complicit with the City of Ottawa ‘off Record’), so they told Me that Ontario Works had put a stop on the payment and made up a name, probably even knowing that the name they provided doesn’t exist.

Worst still, after I place them on Notice of Liability (by email) on January 19th, they begin communications with Ontario Works attempting to obtain the consent form that would allow them to discuss the account with Ontario Works for no other reason than to try to make the lie about Renee putting a stop on the payment sound more believable. They were never in communication with Ontario Works, they were just a bunch of lying cunts who had no intent to send the check they kept promising Me, so they blamed it on an innocent, anonymous, non existent personality at Ontario Works to defer liability.

Fucking cunts is what they are. And so is today’s feauture photo, Elvis Erharuyi. There are six People at Hydro Ottawa who have access to the dislcosure file provided to Me, so those are the individuals responsible for the inappropriate and criminally negligent reply by their ‘general counsel’s legal department to My complaint and Notices of Liability. The fact that the disclosure provided to Me reveals that the only communications they had with Ontario Works were to cover over the lies they had told to Me is absolutely Mind numbing. It’s almost as bad as Michael the Tyrannical (and Terrible liar posing as lawyer) Thiele who provided an account ledger as ‘evidence’ in an LTB claim that showed the landlord was stealing a $60 utility benefit (in addition to full rent) and claiming to pay it in subsidy applications made to the City of Ottawa without My knowledge or consent. They got away with this for roughly five to six years according to Records provided to Me by Kelly Kritsch and Jason Cooke at Home for Good.

Of coure Hydro Ottawa is compromised and in on the grift, right?

I’m not really sure what their ‘general counsel’s strategy might be, but I did follow up with every single one of the individuals with whom the disclosure was shared with. It’s worthy to note that they Wished to remain anonymous, too, which is why I Will continue to follow up on this Story until I have published a mug shot of each of the criminals representing their organization. So far, all Hydro Ottawa has done is tacitly concede to all the charges against them, failed to provide any legal or lawful excuse for their agents or an apology, and can’t claim they didn’t receive the Notices because they did respond with a threat to discontinue services if the ‘inappropriate conduct’ continues.

But at least We have some fucking names! If they Wish to protect all the criminals war King for their company, they Will accept lie-ability instead.

Fucking cunts is what they are.
