Hydro Ottawa Complicit in City of Ottawa ‘Kickback Scheme’: Starring Cathy the Colluding Curry

Although it probably won’t be perceived to be quite the same kind of Luck for Cathy the Colluding Curry, City counsellor for the City of Ottawa who was found to be meddling in My business by as King of Hydro Ottawa not to release a credit balance owed to Me by Hydro Ottawa for overpayments that were ‘autopayed’ from the basic needs portion of Ontario Works, depriving the Beneficiary of essentials so that they could funnel his utility benefit into the hands of not for profit slumlord, Multifaith Housing Initiative. Only ‘Lucky’ Wednesday would be capable of providing Me with such damning evidence of Cathy’s collusion in the City of Ottawa’s ‘kickback scheme’ with not for profit slumlords.

Cathy the Colluding Curry is also on the police board, so We are reasonably confident that it is Cathy Curry colluding with Habib A. Sayah and other corrupt members of the Ottawa Police service weaponizing the local police against Me. After reporting the City of Ottawa’s theft of public money to Cathy Curry, she claimed to have ‘reported the crimes’ to Habib A. Sayah who is the executive director of the Ottawa Police Service. Instead of calling Me back to tell Me what he was going to do about City of Ottawa employees stealing subsidies from beneficiaries, he sent four goons to My house to intimidate Me, as King of Me not to contact Habib A. Sayah ‘or else’… I guess the ‘or else’ meant that they Will make up bogus charges and proceed against Me in fraud if I don’t keep My mouth shut and stop reporting the crimes of the City of Ottawa’s criminal cabal. Too fucking bad, Habib, You are a treasonous traitor to Canada’s People and Your own police force. A fucking cunt is what he is!

And when I said that the disclosure provided to Me by Hydro Ottawa is damning for them, I didn’t even know the extent of their stupidity until last night when I finished listening to the audio recordings provided to Me in the disclosure package. Not only did they (accidentally) reveal to Me that Cathy Curry was the individual instructing Hydro Ottawa not to release the credit on the account to Me, but they also included a telephone call relating to an entirely different Hydro Ottawa client. So now they have a second count of privacy breach for their criminal negligence. They had their legal team go over the disclosure package thoroughly enough to redact all the names of city of Ottawa employees discussing the account in violation of the MFIPPA (Municipal Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act) to conceal the identity of criminal war King for their company and the City of Ottawa, it was not thorough enough to protect the privacy of other Hydro Ottawa clients. They are so egregiously criminally negligent, they can’t even be trusted to provide disclosure without breaching the privacy of other clients Trusted to their care (and under duress because they hold a monopoly on utilities).

So Cathy the Colluding Curry was not just going on a hunch when she told fraud and waste management’s Natalie the Goulish Gougeon that the City of Ottawa’s ‘kickback scheme’ with local slumlords was “just the tip of the iceberg“, she has insider information as a co-conspirator to the fraud and theft of public money.

The City of Ottawa are just a bunch of criminal clowns posing as public servants. Right, Cathy the Colluding Curry?

Later today I Will try and get a copy of the phonecall uploaded to Spotify and I Will create a new series for the Hydro Ottawa calls exclusively for any One who Wishes to find out just how belligerent these People are. I was also somewhat surprised to know that I was exceedingly patient and courteous with every One until they started lying to Me. The moment I started as King questions, they started acting more suspicious – not providing last names, or the last names of any supervisors or managers? It sounds like one of those telemarking scams where they rent out a warehouse until a customer figures out their grift, then they up and disappear the next day. Discussing business with Hydro Ottawa employees feels just as shady – these clowns cannot be trusted and have zero honour or integrity. Right Michelle the Lawless Liar Lefebvre?
