Hello every One and welcome to the Good News Journal and the Second Post for this Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition, thank King or Queen You for being here, Your Moral Highness is always welcome. If You’ve been paying attention and are an avid reader of this Public a Sean, You Will know that today was the first of three days set aside for a mock trial! Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti created an artificial legal person by the name of ‘VON-DEHN, Sean’, and Gave him a birthday of May 6th, 1973 (not coincidentally, the reciprocal of My actual name day, June 5th) and was hoping for Me to Give Life to this hideous creation!!!
This is what it looked like on the ‘docket’ for the day. It was never Rex Verses ‘VON-DEHN’, it has always been Rex verses Sahada the Satanic Alolo and her Kinder Garten Gestapo but Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti likes flipping the Script. He’s charging Me with criminal harassment which is in FACT exactly what he and his co-conspirators were doing to Me! The beautiful thing about Canada’s Justice system is that when People conspire together, they are jointly and severally liable. I can sue any One of My accusers for the hell they put Me through and every One involved Will pay (the onus Will be on whomever I charge to collect from his or her co-conspirators).
I was Lucky enough to have at least one of My own witnesses there with Me today. We made it to the Courthouse in plenty of time and mosied into Courtroom number ten at roughly ten minutes before ten o’clock this morning. The lady presiding over the Court (but wearing a red sash which was encouraging because it means it’s a judge, not a justice of the peace) briefly interrupted the proceeding to tell the clerk to ask Me and My Friend to leave. I didn’t object but was obviously confused. She asked Me what Matter I was there for and I told her I was under the impression I was there for a hearing at ten o’clock. She assured Me there was no trial taking place in Courtroom number ten for ‘VON-DEHN’, but asked Me to go out into the lobby and wait while she checks the system to see if there is anything on the docket. About a minute later, she scurries back out to tell Me the hearing has been moved to Courtroom number four.
This was already seeming dubious to Me, especially considering all of the other dubious tricks Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti likes to Play. There was no posting to indicate what Matters were being heard in Courtroom 4, either. Usually, I make My Self comfortable beside the lawyers on the other side of the gate but because I had My Friend with Me, I sat with him in the peanut galley until the Judge entered the Court. As We were sitting there My Friend asked Me if I recognized the prosecutor and if he was one of the three lawyers that were beyond the gate and I nodded to the back of Lawless Liar Lichti’s head. As if on queue, he turns in his chair and addresses the Court as if he has no Idea who I am,
“Is there a Sean von Dehn here?”
I answer with nothing more than a glaring smile and brief nod of My head. I was hungry and had an appetite for eating liars posing as lawyers for lunch. I Trust My subtle express-Ions and I’m sure he got the message loud and clear despite My silence. Surprisingly, he returns My smile with One of his own and I only remember how stunned I was to see him do it so naturally and authentically. I swear to God, this Man is a legitimate sociopath! Only some One completely lacking a Soul and conscience could greet Me with a smile after what he has done to Me. I can’t Imagine being that… Void of compassion. There People are Truly the perfect metaphor for vampires. An ounce of Silver is sufficient to offset any measure of debt at face value, and the Spiritual Man judges all things but is judged by no Man.
Shortly after, the Judge enters the room and every One stands. One gentlemen had a Matter he Wished to adjourn before the trial, I was next on the docket. The Man was done within a couple of minutes and I made My Way over to the chairs beyond the gate, taking My seat. One thing I can say I am thankful for that I feel is worth mentioning, I did NOT try to have any expectation of how things would go. Often One may Wish to Imagine all the arguments One Wishes to make (which still happens in the background of One’s Mind) and how it might Play out. In fact, I’ve made the mistake of doing this many times in the past and it only makes it more frustrating because it never goes as One might Imagine it Will – at least not in My experiences and I am somewhat known for ‘manifesting’ the outcomes I Wish to see.
The Judge addresses Me for the first time as I’m about to take My seat, telling Me first to wait. So I kind of stand beside the chair for a moment, arranging My laptop on the table and placing the carrier on the floor beside Me. Then the Judge appears to realize I have stopped in My tracks as if awaiting more instructions and he tells Me,
“No, it’s okay, sit down if You like. I’m just not sure which Matter We’re dealing with next.”
Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti gets up and says he only has one Matter before the Court today, the Matter concerning ‘VON-DEHN’. I feel My teeth clench as I hear the Words, eagerly awaiting My turn to pounce.
“Uh, well, Your Honour I’ve uh, I’ve had a chance to interview the witnesses and I can confirm that there have been no other issues since the initial event which occurred… uh, almost two years ago now. There are three days booked for this trial and considering how long this case has already been before the Court, prosecution is moving to withdraw the charges.”
“You Wish to withdraw the charges?”
“Yes, Your Honour – considering the time and the resources for a three day trial…”
“All the charges? There’s three counts, right?”
“Yes, Your Honour, We would be moving to withdraw all charges at this time.”
I don’t say anything but the Judge can tell that I Wish to speak and motions to Me with his Hand to wait. Then he turns to Me and says, “You understand that the Crown has the right to withdraw, We don’t require Your consent for that.”
“Uh, yes Your Honour…”, and I kind of shake My head in disgust.
“But You have something to say?”
“I would like to make a Motion of Counterclaim.”
“Okay, well You can’t do that here today, but if You have something to say, I can Give You some time to say Your piece. How much time do You think You Will need to say everything You Wish to say?”
At first I said no more than fifteen minutes but although the Judge had seemed agreeable to that, I changed My Mind and said, “Actually, Sir, I don’t need more than five minutes, I just Wish to be heard.”
And the Judge granted Me My Wish, checked his watch, and Gave Me the go ahead. I started by telling the Judge that if the prosecutor had not already requested to have the charges withdrawn, I would have been as King to bring a Motion for frivolous and vexatious proceedings and abuse of process. I told him Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti has been using the name ‘VON-DEHN’ on the Registry and ‘VON DEHN’ on the information to prevent this file from being ‘flagged’ for violating the Courts of Justice Act for multiplicity of proceedings. This was done because they knew I had a Matter before the LTB complaining about the discrimination I have been subject to at the hand of these neighbourhood bullies. That’s why Stephen waited eight months to tell Me about the charges because they were waiting for the LTB claim to be resolved first to make sure it went their way. The fake name made it impossible for Me to know what was going on with My case or when the next hearing was scheduled and both Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti and the Courts themselves ‘ghosted’ every requisition I made to the Court as King for the date of the next hearing or anything at all. All communications were received from virtual.crownottawa@ontario.ca, NOT the official address, virtualcrownottawa@ontario.ca, which the fraud department did confirm that if it is not intentional fraud, it is a breach of Trust and violation of the Rules. I advised him there is an official complaint about these proceedings with the Anti-Fraud Department for the federal government, a complaint with Sean Fraser and MOJAG, and that while Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti was in receipt of all of My email requisitions for Court dates and disclosure, he ghosted Me while as King of the police to have Me arrested for failing to appear for dates he doesn’t tell Me about. If You review the information, You Will find that not one of the summons, undertakings or any other documents produced in the disclosure were ever SERVED upon the accused. There is not a single signature on any documents they were required to serve Me with, one document specifically stating on the document ‘could not serve’. I mentioned the entire ‘investigation’ was conducted with a pre-determined outcome without interviewing a single impartial witness or the accused. I finished by saying I frankly believe he should be charged criminally as well as being liable to Me for civil wrongdoings.
Somewhere around this point he told Me I had used My five minutes and I conceded I had said enough. I knew that I had said enough because the Judge did not appear to be gaslighting Me. He appeared to hear every Word and immediately requested for one of the Court clerks to Show him how the case is listed on the docket and in the Registry. And when he looked at the docket showing the scheduled cases for the day, he immediately gave Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti a stern glance, indicating that he had just confirmed what I had told him.
When I conceded My time, he thanked Me and said, “I’m not sure if that Will amount to criminal charges –maybe” he hinted, “but You should certainly put all that into Your Motion of Counterclaim – You have been heard on the Record for this Matter, and You may request a transcript for Your Records.”
“Thank You.”
Then he looks over at Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti and asks if he would like to say anything in response to Me.
Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti leans forward in his chair as if he’s about to stand up but sits down again after muttering, “I have nothing to add, Your Honour.”
“I think that was a wise choice”, before turning back to Me, “Your charges have been withdrawn, Sir and You are free to go.”
“Thank You, Your Honour.”
I am still in shock but Wished to share the Good News with You while it is still hot off the press!!!
