As the city of Ottawa’s City councillors stated in 2024 when they first heard about Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme, the Acts of the guilty State Actors were described as ‘disgusting’. Kelly the Criminal Kritsch engages in conduct her own peers deem to be disgusting conduct, so I believe she deserves to be known as Kelly the Criminal Kritsch because silence is consent and complity. So is funding the organization guilty of the exploit a Sean of Canada’s People by the Way. One does not watch a Man murder another and say nothing without being complicit. In this scenario, it is like Kelly the Criminal Kritsch enabled the criminal Act by Issuing subsidies I was clearly not receiving into My slumlord’s bank account.

If ‘Records’ and consent are so important, where is the evidence that MHI has EVER paid utilities for Me? How could that mistake possibly get made without receipts or some kind of evidence to Show they were actually paying that expense?

Yeah, that’s the problem – it isn’t possible, it was done deliberately.

So We offered her the Role ‘Kelly the Commendable Kritsch’. I decided not to make it a subtitle because it was a Role that was ultimately rejected in favour of Kelly the Criminal Kritsch. I suppose sometimes the Spellings I Cast upon People are so strong the Spell can never be broken.

Kelly the Criminal Kritsch chooses to ‘ghost’ or ‘gaslight’ the Quest-Ion. I figure I Will Give her one more opportunity to recognize that she is making a conscious decision to collude with criminals and deprive Me of subsidies owed by her specifically. It is explicitly Home for Good that owes Me the equitable Value of the subsidies I was unlawfully deprived of and Kelly the Criminal Kritsch is attempting to deflect to Ontario Works? She is supposed to be using the consent forms to ensure the subsidies I am awarded are set up correctly by Ontario Works, not to collude with them to lie to Me and Give the subsidies to My landlord instead. The only reason I am claiming the money from OW before the SBT is because they are the ones that paid back (part of) the money the landlord stole from Me which only further proves the three organizations are colluding together. The funds were Given to Me by Ontario Works to deflect from Kelly the Criminal Kritsh’ liability but all parties complicit in the fraud are jointly and severally liable in Canada so I can be as King of any of My tortfeasors to be made whole.

Keep in Mind, this also makes her complicit in all the rest of the City of Ottawa’s crimes against Me (unlawful arrests and fraudulent criminal complaints by the slumlord MHI against a fraudulent entity), all made possible by the Ottawa Police Service’ protection of this criminal racketeering operation. So I figured she deserves one more chance.

Casting Call Concluded – Now Show Me the Money

Alright, enough games, I’ve been patient and was hoping that with a little bit of compassion and for Give-ness, offering a more Honourable Role as One of the State Actors to help Me bring down Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme and the Kreling Criminal Cabal that Kelly the Criminal Kritsch might be Willing to change her Tune.

Kelly ‘cannot speak’ to the Acts of the criminals she colluded with and does not believe she has any Duty of obligate-Sean as the one Issuing the subsidy to make Me whole for the six years I was lied to about the subsidies I was Entitled to receive? Is she Truly that thick in the head that she doesn’t real eyes she is the primary conspirator who is essential in making the entire grift possible? The ‘aggravated’ circumstances regarding her Role specifically make her the most crucial part of Ottawa’s entire Kickback Scheme – a city of Ottawa subsidy administrator fully aware of the grift, complicit in making it happen, and conspiring against Me to deprive Me of My remedy.

Continuous Harassment by Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz

All this belligerent bitch knows how to do well is lie like a rug! She Will make up shit out of absolutely nowhere based on nothing but fiction.

Some of You might remember that on August 27th I was assaulted by Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz superior, Sahada the Satanic Alolo who doesn’t actually have a ‘sitting’ position with MHI as an employee, only as a ‘board member’ responsible for ‘Community Engagement’. She is so unhinged that when she heard Me telling People in the community that MHI cannot fine tenants for incorrect garbage disposal, she chose to get up from her desk in the office, enter the community room heading straight for Me like she means to do Me harm. No One says a Word about her body-checking Me out of the Way, causing Me to spill My own coffee (all over My hand and My phone) before I dry off My phone on My shirt, attempt to refill My coffee only to find out there is nothing left (Sahada has taken the last drop in the meantime). I didn’t even call her a cunt because there were children in the room, I just gave her a hard stare, emphasizing the mess she’d made all over the counter (and Me) while as King of every One if they witnessed what just happened. No One says a Word!

As I turn to leave and walk away, she throws the hot, black coffee she just filled her cup with and throws it at the back of My head less than three to five feet away! The entire cup explodes all over the back of My head, My shirt, My arm – still, no One says a Word. The entire community is paralyzed with fear. Some of the women are screaming for Me to leave because they are concerned about what Sahada the Satanic Alolo might do next. I immediately go to a Friend so she can bear witness to My injuries and call 911 to report the assault. Police are so complicit, they refused to accept My report.

But of course, I did place MHI on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability for their most recent assault, which Kelly the Criminal Kritsch is now jointly and severally liable as she is funding this criminal slumlord mafia, Mafia Housing Initiative.

MHI Criminal Contempt for RTA Continues, LTB Complicit

Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz Continues LTB Application in Bad Faith

There were a few more emails earlier in the week sent out to Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz which I am sure I Will find soon enough to include in another Post that Will be exclusively dedicated to this cunt’s contempt for the RTA, the Rule of Law and the Tenants she was Trusted to Act in the best interest of, and to comply with the RTA, the City of Ottawa’s municipal property standards, and respect the inherent rights and diginity of every One. MHI literally does none of those things. They don’t even pretent to comply because the LTB is as complicit as the SBT. This I can prove from the Spells Cast today.

Never Mind – I found the document! It WAS an email sent earlier this week that I finally followed up on today.

New Spells Cast on the LTB for Complicity in Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme

I’m not mincing My Words at all and I’m not really sure what’s going on to be honest with You because the complaints at feedback Ontario are also being served with My correspondences to the LTB to demonstrate how the LTB are ‘ghosting’ My emails and pleading ignorance to their contents. Once again, this is Called ‘Willful Blindess’ which does not fly when it is done on a Court of Record (which is what the Official ‘ltb@ontario.ca’ IS! That is the official email Registry for all communications with the Tribunal. That means no One Acting as agent for that organization can plead ignorance of any inform a Sean before them. But the LTB sure do try.

LTB Proved Complicit in Kickback Scheme

Believe it or not, later today the LTB attempts to serve Me with another Application (God only knows what for now) after the slumlord MHI have just been placed on Notice for Civil and Criminal Liability for colluding with the city of Ottawa to steal subsidies and assaulting Me with scalding coffee ON THE LTB RECORD!!! That is textbook filing of an Application in retaliation for asserting My rights under the RTA, Ottawa Property Standards or any other inherent right guaranteed by the Attorney General and Department of Justice under 24.1 Remedies for Charter violate-Sean’s. This is a violation of Section 83 of the RTA (previously mis-cited in one of My emails as Rule 84 – shit happens).

LTB can’t plead ignorance because they have received My emails. This is a violation of the RTA Section 83 which prevents a slumlord from using the LTB as a means of retaliate-Sean for asserting some One’s rights. The LTB is not even lawfully allowed to evict if MHI has outstanding claims with Me. They have been place on Notice of liability as jointly and severally liable to Me with the City of Ottawa and the Kreling Criminal Cabal for $137,000,000.00 on the Ottawa and Guelph Superior Court of Record. LTB’s preferred method of legal and lawful service is by Way of EMAIL!!! (Exactly what I have been as King of Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz to do so that she cannot engage in fraud and communications ‘off Record’.)

No Consent to Invite a Sean to LTB Online Portal

Can You Imagine just HOURS after One advises the LTB that We do not consent to the online portal the same organization is as King of You to accept a NEW invitation to participate in the same fraudulent tribunal? The LTB is not allowed to even consider any new filings to evict a tenant until the previous outstanding Issues and violations of the RTA by the slumlord MHI are resolved. We have experienced the adjudicators ignoring the evidence uploaded to the portal and making decisions that are not on the LTB Registry (Order Catalogue) and based on evidence that is never seen by any One because all the hearings are ‘private’ (in violation of Canada’s Charter which requires for Courts and Tribunals to be public venues, not PRIVATE). When Tribunals are allowed to Act without eyes to see, they engage in all kinds of fraud and money laundering, appartently.

LTB Pleads Willful Blindess to RTA Violations and Abuse of Process

It is impossible for the LTB to plead ignorance to an email that I am demanding a reply to, complaining about fraud, harassment, theft of subsidies and numerous RTA violations without being complicit. Only hours after I protest the legitimacy of the LTB for fraud and its demonstrable contempt for Section 83 of the RTA, they invite Me to a virtual hearing for another Matter (I have no Idea what it might be about)?! This isn’t just contempt for the RTA, this is collusion and harassment – what People call ‘lawfair’.

Tribunals Complaints Office Acknowledges Receipt of Notice of LTB Complicity in Fraud

This is really the highlight of the day because although it is a small Victory, it is a Victory none the less. This is a positively damning confirm a Sean of receipt if no Action is taken and Will make an exceptional piece of supporting evidence to support My Application to a Divisional Court and for My Claim against the City of Ottawa and their slumlord Mafia Housing Initiative.

I am still war King on My review of the Allison Inquiry which might take some time because I am watching each day over and each day is seven hours and some change in duration. I guess I have only seen about half of it because I watched four days the first week but I was only watching half days.
