Today I am going to Show You how two coordinated criminals—Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz—conspire against some One to antagonize and provoke. They use a psychological operation designed to give the ‘illusion’ that their coordinated attacks are unrelated, all to gaslight their victim into believing they are the one who is incompetent and irresponsible.
Step One: Annual Renewal and Threat of Evict-Sean
Although I usually don’t receive one, I always hear about these forms because they are sent out to just about every One in the community at the same time. The entire form is an insult to any grown adult because it is Writ in language One might expect in Kindergarten orientation, ‘Guess what? It’s renewal time again!!!’, is how the letter starts, asserting that exploiting People’s privacy rights under MFIPPA under the threat of subsidy revocation is… Fun! One Way the City of Ottawa and MHI like to demoralize and exploit some of Ottawa’s most marginalized minorities, it to advise them they have no privacy rights and if One were to complain about it, ‘We’ll kick You to the curb, You degenerate letch!’.
Step 2: Tell the Beneficiary the Subsidy was not Renewed
All the attachments are included in the above email that was served upon the SBT, Ontario Works and ‘Home for Good’ subsidy administrator, Kelly Kritsch. To make doubly sure the subsidy would not be arbitrarily revoked this year, I actually picked up the phone and called Kelly the Criminal Kritsch who picked up right away (surprisingly) and was very courteous and polite! She assured Me the subsidy is already approved, she just needs to verify how much I require for the utilities (is what I am currently receiving enough?) and if I Wish to set up the apartment insurance (because they had lied to Me about that benefit and said it was NOT included for the first five years and would need to be paid from ‘basic needs’ portion of Ontario Works which is actually unlawful except by consent of the Beneficiary which is obtained under duress for threat of subsidy loss). So Kelly says to Me just to ‘Notify’ My case worker, Mathieu Regimbald and let him know what the new amounts are and Kelly Will make sure the form is processed.
The reason I decided to send My reply to Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and Mathieu the Repulsive Regimbald to the Social Benefits Tribunal is because it does not seem to Matter how explicitly I follow up on these renewal forms or how many People at the City I am tall King to, how many consent forms they request for Me to Sign under duress for threat of economic harms to ensure the subsidy is never unlawfully revoked, it seems to get unlawfully revoked every single year anyway!?! It is absolutely astounding!!! I guess they are just that incompetent?!
Even with this email thread taking place on the SBT Registrar’s public Record docket, Mathieu cannot respond in Good Faith!!! Why? He is a criminal fucking clown!!! And also because the SBT is complicit, so he already knows he can violate the Trust of Beneficiaries with impunity because there Will never be any consequence. You know, some countries HANG public servants for deliberately exploiting marginalized minorities? I’m starting to think that maybe Canada should enact such statutes, do You think public servants would behave better? Let Me know in the comments if politicians should be hanged for this degree of contempt for their People.
That message was sent as an Urgent message to Mathieu the Repulsive Regimbald who does everything he can to respond to Me in a separate thread so that he can continue to plead ignorance of this email thread and ‘pretend’ like he didn’t receive the inform a Sean in time. Hes not negligent, I AM!!! I simply cannot maintain My housing subsidy because I am too irrresponsible and don’t get the renewal forms filled out on time!!! This is the excuse they use for every One and they DELIBERATELY ghost their pleadings exactly like all the government institutions are ‘ghosting’ a legal and lawful order RIGHT NOW, causing compounding, aggravated harm to two of My Beneficiaries!!!
These judicial bodies, governed by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General, are hoping to plead IGNORANCE of the above Order so that they can imply they ‘didn’t know’ that a Beneficiary is suffering egregious, compounding harm as a result of corrupt State Actors negligence and their determination to engage in treasonous conduct, conspiring against Beneficiaries to steal their entitlements.
Ingrid Windsor Joseph didn’t just have her subsidy stolen, the city of Ottawa advocated for her, won $5 million, then refused to Give her any of the money they won and tossed her to the curb, effectively stealing her money in a position of Power of Attorney!!! Where is that Power of Attorney now to be held account for his breach of the Beneficiary’s Trust? They don’t Act as Power of Attorney to help People, they do it to exploit People and steal their money! Fucking cunts is what they are!!!
The city of Ottawa is nothing more than a professional, highly sophisticated racketeering operations syphoning public money into the hands of not for profit landlords that only have the right to receive money from the City in the first place because the City of Ottawa have failed in thier fiduciary obligations to Ottawa’s Beneficiaries and have contracted third party not for profits to fill that fiduciary gap. Except they are not doing that, they are just diverting public money into corporate bank accounts under the false pretense of fiduciary obligation to divert accountability for failing Canada’s People to not for profits who the city of Ottawa Will defend over their own Beneficiaries. Treason, frankly.
Step 3: Threaten to Evict
Today is July 16th. Mathieu Regimbald has still not responded to the email, pretending he has no obligation to or ‘didn’t see it’? And of course, his negligence is the cause of this effect.
I am recieving this Notice for one reason, and one reason only. Because Mathieu Regimbald REFUSED to comply with the Order he was Issued to make sure the subsidy renewal form is completed according to My instruction. He was explicitly told to do so by Kelly the Criminal Kritsch, the Entitlement Form clearly indicated to Mathieu what I am Entitled to receive but he MUST plead ignorance of this Entitlement Form now or he has to acknowledge that Ontario Works have been doing this every year for every individual subject to these narcissistic sociopaths under duress for their most basic subsistence every year since the program was Created, which is exactly what they HAVE been doing!!!
Why does every One think Clara the Freakshow Friere receives a quarter million dollar a year salary? That is GANGSTER income for keeping quiet about the exploit a Sean and encouraging all OW staff to exploit Beneficiaries. It’s what they call ‘hush money’ in the racketeering world.

I went with the ‘Mona Lisa’ express-Sean to CAPITALIZE on the narcissism.
They lie to the Beneficiaries, tell them that utilities, phone and apartment insurance are not covered when they very much are – but the City of Ottawa can’t tell them that because they are Giving every Benefit not claimed by the Beneficiary to the slumlord MHI instead.
After I tell Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz that I don’t care what the fuck she does because if they cut off My subsidy, SHE (and MHI) are liable. Bitch is SO stupid and incompetent, she first requests for Me to send her a copy of the lease where it states that. Now, why would I do that? The landlord should have a copy of the same lease, I should not need to show mine. So I tell her ‘no, You Wish to see the lease, please try to evict Me and I Will humiliate You and Your liar posing as lawyer at the LTB – again.’
Well, that succeeded in shutting up Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz but now they are going to be on the line for the rent if the subsidy is revoked, so NOW they really have to make sure that the subsidy is restored, so Kelly the Criminal Kritsch comes to the rescue.
Wow, so Kelly Wishes to restore the subsidy but doesn’t Wish to respond to the SBT Claim and repay the $2027 they stole from Me over five years, never mind the $360/year for rental insurance I was also entitled to recieve!? Orsolya the Vile Vancsody at Ontario Works said that apartment insurance is not covered by the City of Ottawa subsidy, lying to Me with malicious intent to ecoomically starve Me in violate-Sean of My Trust instrument on Record with their office and Orsolya Vancsody specifically Promising to Honour that Trust with her wet ink signature. A fucking cunt is what she is!!!
Oh, and these are two of the supporting Trust documents that Ontario Works have destroyed so they can continue to feign ignorance of the Trust, compounding their criminal Acts and aggravating their sentence for breach of public Trust. Why? Because they are narcissistic sociopaths and the last thing the City of Ottawa believes in is transparency and accountability. It’s all about covert, exploit a Sean!!!
And We’re just waiting for Elizabeth the Criminal Kirby of the SBT to confirm that no crimes have been committed by Ontario Works because destroying documents from My case file or pleading ignorance of them to avoid criminal prosecute-Sean for breach of Trust is the province of Ontario Service Standard for treasonour traitors. Right Doug the Delinquent Ford?
He’s going to pretend he has no Idea his entire province is corrupt and that not for profits are stealing from the public purse to pirate Canadian money into offshore bank accounts of not for profit predators! Why? Because the fat, fascist, fuck is also just that incompetent!!! His brother was also connected to organized crime, do We believe found on road dead is any better? He certainly has competence more akin to roadkill than a trusted public servant.
Now, AFTER receiving this Notice of Intent to evict served upon Me unlawfully (a Notice of rental arrears must be made known to the tenant immediately – You don’t wait until there is already a deficit on the account so that One can follow up with an N4 to evict before People have time to resolve the Issue), I served the SBT to show them the pattern of contempt and negligence, attaching the Renewal Form showing that I am still waiting on Mathieu the Repulsive Regimbald to reply to My urgent email dated May 29th so that the subsidy is not arbitrarily and unlawfully revoked. He’s been ‘ghosting’ Me on a reply ever since.
This is what they do – ambush litigation to maximize the stress level of marginalized minorities by causing them to fear for the loss of their subsidies. They fill out the forms under duress, provide all their utility, insurance and telephone bill receipts and OW processes the form and makes sure those extra benefits go to the slumlord mafia criminals, MHI in fraud! Really nice fucking People!!!
And how do they respond to the above email served upon the SBT to Show them how criminal and contemptuous these People are, Kelly the Criminal Kritsch calls Me on the phone from a ‘private number’ as King for ‘King Sean, House von Dehn, please?’.
“Speaking.”
“Hi Mr. King Sean…”
“What the fuck are You doing? Are You really trying to suggest You don’t know that King is a Title that is distinctly different from King? King Sean, House von Dehn, Your boss!!! Who is this?”
“It’s Kelly from the City.”
“Then this is entirely inappropriate because I just responded to You on the SBT Record. Good bye.”
And I hung up. But the antics don’t stop there. Of course, Kelly didn’t get what she Wishes, so Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz had to follow up with another threat so that I don’t know that it’s the same intention being expressed by two colluding and conspiring individuals…
Amazing that she is no longer threatening an N4 to evict, just as King if I Wish to resolve the arrears on the account. If there are arrears on the account, they are the result of the negligence of Kelly the Criminal Kritsch and Mathieu the Repulsive Regimbald and their failure to process the inform a Sean I already provided them with including explicit instruct-Sean’s but they MUST pretend that they did not receive those requests on the Court of Record so that they can continue this criminal obstruct-Sean game. The Idea is to make it look like these are innocent emails with no context or history, avoiding all the questions (and all the money they stole from Me) that they would be compelled to answer in the original thread. Distraction tactics to divert from what they were initially instructed to do EXPLICITLY. Those very explicit instructions on how to issue the subsidy are still on Record with the SBT if they Wish to claim I was negligent, I have a Court of Record that says otherwise.

That’s the latest criminal contempt from the City of Ottawa, their favourite slumlord Mafia leader, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz and Kelly the Criminal Kritsch who makes sure that maximum subsidies are funneled into the pockets of not for profits in favour of the Beneficiaries they were earmarked for. Tess the Hideos Hebb Honours Her Word to Report Me to the Criminal Slumlord MHI’s Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz
Well, can You believe that roughly half an hour after the above Post went Live, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz actually showed up at My front door to deliver a physical N4-Notice of Intent to Evict-Sean, Giving Me a physical copy of the threat implied by Way of email. It’s one more piece of evidence for My Carleton University Claim because this is precisely what Tess the Hideous Hebb was threatening to do if I did not ‘shut up’ about MHI’s unlawful theft of tenant subsidies and agree to ‘withdraw My survey (evidence) from the campaign’. Translate, Sean? ‘We’re going to remove Your email and complaints about the criminal contempt of the landlord from the campaign so We can please plausible deniability to their crimes, and You are going to agree to let Us do that or I Will report You to the People exploiting You’. And when One the individual is reporting on happens to be a landlord, well, what is the greatest threat a landlord can make to a tenant? Evict-Sean!!!
However, We always try and see the Good through the bad. What We really have is physical evidence to support Carleton University’s follow through on their threat. It also appears that Hebb, Knights and Associates are actually helping MHI and the City of Ottawa to cover over their fraud by cutting off subsidies to EVERYONE so they can reset the fraudulent ledger and start taking the rental amount they are authorized to take. They have been stealing so much money that isn’t covered by the subsidy, they are forcing the tenants to pay what they were stealing so that they don’t have to alter the legder, revealing the fraudulent rental costs. At least five tenants have received one of these this month (which is extremely unusual already) but I hear there may be hundreds more!!!s
This is the Scene in Goodfellas where the guy is driving around all over town with a helicopter watching his car and hoping to get home to get all the cocaine in the toilet before the police make it to his house. Not exactly thing King clear at this point. So unclear, in fact, that the above ‘accounting’ just proves more fraud that any One reading this can easily verify, though Ontario Works stopped sending Me reciepts, too.
If the subsidy was revoked, they should only have receied $330.00, the rest is paid by the subsidy. So why does it say they received $412.00. In no accurate accounting ledger on the planet should it Show that they received $412.00, so Sarah has some explaining to do, but that’s when One can be sure she Will disappear and ‘ghost’ every One.
Also on the Good side, the community is outraged and coming together, the days of MHI exploit a Sean are coming to an end.
