The International Criminal Court of Justice: The People of Canada Verses Vera Etches, Nathalie Gougeon, Wendy Stephanson, et al.
Hello every One. This is the International Court of Record for this Matter which Will include My initial filing of information with the International Criminal Court of Justice at The Hague.
Although these trespasses have been ongoing since the start of the Covid ‘plandemic’ (which is Truly what I believe it was now), which primarily involves gaslighting at stupendously spectacular proportions, the coordinated conspiracy and extreme discriminate-Sean I have been subject to since the start of the plandemic and the depth, scope and magnitude of the institutions involved and complicit (including a corporate ‘not for profit landlord’ MHI (or ‘Multi Hustle Initiative’ ), countless City of Ottawa employees, corrupt prosecutors, judges, justices and police), have become such that I doubt very sincerely that I Will ever receive any kind of fair and impartial hearing in any of Canada’s Courts. If they Will attempt to do this to some One as well versed in Law as I am, Imagine how other Canadians who resisted the jab may have been treated and consider the importance of escalating to the ICC.
Of course, all relevant documents related to the full public Record are on My Blog, this Page Will be more specifically related to My queries about ending Hero Helen Grus police investigation into the harms and spike in infant deaths, and Canada’s reluctance to share the data from the Cleveland Study showing the Covid ‘vaccines’ increase infection and mortality rates (by increasing the likeliness of an adverse event including death) with each consecutive jab – all while Canada’s People were encouraged to take boosters, and People like Me were demonized in society for not Trusting State Actors, and or Trusting in God and their natural immunity. This is for all of those People in Canada who felt coerced, intimidated, or compelled to take a medical product they did not Wish to otherwise take and were egregiously misinformed about and especially those who were harmed.

The Notice does in fact apply to any One in Canada’s government in virtually any capacity because these Notices were served upon the Ottawa Superior Court of Justice as impartial witness to due process in a Common Law Jurisdiction, and Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, so the second Vera Etches is placed on Notice as the City of Ottawa’s Health Advisor, she has a legal and lawful obligation to inform all other Health Agencies in Canada of the Notices she has received, the same Principal applies to Arif Virani as the Minister of Justice and Attorney General to communicate this news to all relevant Ministries within the Canadian government to ensure no more harm than necessary is done. Notice to One is Notice to All – that is how the Common Law works in a Constitutional Democratic Monarchy.
Vera Etches, the ‘Health Advisor’ for the City of Ottawa was placed on Notice way back in 2021. But do You think she responded?
Of course not. I served a second notice reminding Vera that their own website says I should be able to expect a reply in 1-3 business days if it concerns ‘health related issues’. But NOTHING!!!
Yeah, sad but True. So Vera Etches was already Noted in Default for failing to respond which is breach of Trust at the very least, especially when it concerns such serious inquiries.
Relevant Posts Will be included here, as well as the most recent string of emails leading from the Notice of Liability to the Notice of Default and Finally, Default Judgment it Self.
Because We know that Vera Etches is in Default and not interested in responding to the People of Ottawa’s concerns about the bioweapon posing as a vaccine as Ottawa’s Trusted Health Advisor, We figured maybe We should let all city Councilors know about the Cleveland Study results to Show State Actors just how much data is coming out proving the product was not ‘safe and effective’ as We were Promised.
We Wish to presume negligence, not malicious intent (which would constitute genocide), so We Give all City councilors, the Mayor, Mark Sutcliffe, the City of Ottawa Manager, Wendy Stephanson, the City of Ottawa’s fraud and waste management auditor, Nathalie Gougeon, the City of Ottawa’s liars posing as lawyer, and also every single Provincial Court in the Province of Ontario and the Ottawa Superior Court as impartial witnesses to My due process in a Common Law Jurisdiction. All I have received since then, are threats, intimidation, and economic exploitation (cutting off medical benefits without Notice to Me and in violation of a Trust Instrument on file with MOJAG).
And of course, I figured I may as well at least include Vera Etches in the second Notice of Liability for Crimes Against Humanity, Give her a chance to redeem her Self with all the rest of the City’s State Actors bearing witness to her contempt.
And of course, if We leave out the additional threats confirming receipt without addressing a single point in the Notices, We serve every One with a Final Notice of Default.
Stuart Huxley responded with a few threats… So We responded with a third ‘Final Notice’ (in case Stuart’s limited memory caused him to forget what it is he is responding to), though it was only followed up shortly thereafter with another email of threats courtesy of Caitlin Salter-MacDonald.

It appears I even included the Third and Final Notice twice in the last email. At least they can’t claim they didn’t get the memo. And then… What else is there to do? I’ve got City of Ottawa clerks obstructing My access to the Courts, so We appeal to the International Criminal Court of Justice at the Hague, as King for support.
Frankly, I believe any One in Canada’s government associated with the World Economic Forum should be tried for #treason and #CrimesAgainstHumanity.
