The Social Benefits Tribunal – Just (another) Cloak for Fraud?

Sometimes One has to wonder if the Tribunal is there to protect the Beneficiaries of the Public Trust from rights violations, or if the REAL job of the Tribunal is to make sure rights violations are never heard in favour of the Ontario Works Act, enabling, encouraging, and by default colluding with Trustees breaching the Public Trust with criminal intent.

That’s kind of what it seemed like by today’s meeting, what are You thing King?

I’m going to be sharing this audio a lot because it is the most extreme example of contempt I have ever witnessed, never mind that this individual claims to be sufficiently competent to hear such matters and is the vice-chair of the Tribunal it Self? It is CLEAR that this hearing was about trying to convince Me that Trust Law and Canada’s Criminal Code is not binding on agents of the public Trust, including him Self!!!

So I followed up with another Notice to the Tribunal advising them that I have zero confidence in the Tribunal after today’s hearing, and the level of contempt and incompetence is unacceptable. I am as King of them if it is necessary for Me to file with the Divisional or Superior Court, or to file for private prosecution for the criminal charges against each party to this claim in their personal, private capacity, as all are in breach of Trust and not even entitled to their insurance bond (which would cover criminal negligence except in breach of Trust), so their personal, private property is liened to cover the claim against them if I file for private, criminal prosecution for breach of Trust.

His position with the Tribunal only exaggerates the criminal charges against him because he should (DOES) know better, but is choosing to ignore complaints of criminal trespass and breach of trust on a Court of Record.

So now I’ve advised Brian that he and Caroline Forget are now criminally liable too because they have not provided any reason why the Ontario Works Act should not be subject to Canada’s Criminal Code, so We are in agreement on that fact – they are NOT!!! Yet the harm continues, perfectly acceptable to Brian Killick.
