Final Notice Served Upon Brian Killick – Gross Criminal Negligence Causing Harm

Yeah, enabling criminal Acts of the Public Trustee and suggesting they are not subject to Canada’s Criminal Code, is the CAUSE of the belligerence, arrogance and contempt for the Rule of Law demonstrated by Ontario Works agents. Apparently, Brian Killick and the Social Benefits Tribunal believe that Ontario Works agents are above the Law, and can use the Ontario Works Act to cause as much harm to Beneficiaries as possible, and the Ontario Works Act also allows Ontario Works agents to trespass upon Trust Instrument with impunity and immunity from prosecute-Sean. I disagree and let Brian know this morning.

The longer it takes, the longer they Will serve in jail for aggravated circumstances and their arrogance believing they are ‘above the law’ and not subject to Canada’s criminal code for breaches of public trust with criminal intent to cause harm. This is why there is so much corruption in Canada because this tribunal is typically the ‘last’ Court of appeal for wrongdoing done by Ontario Works agents and they have no regard whatsoever for abuse of the Act to perpetrate criminal trespasses.
