Ontario Provincial Court Issues Arrest Warrant for Habib A. Sayah, Executive Director, Ottawa Police Service

And a one million dollar REWARD for the arrest of Habib A. Sayah, Vinicius Oliveira, Yvonne Goebel, Kimberly MacDonald, Cathy Curry, detective Dawn Neilly, and constable Kimberly Duggan. We are also as King for the arrest of the Justice of the Peace in Courtroom 101, 100 Constellation Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, on March 11th, 2025.

There is a lawful bounty of $1,000,000.00 CA for the arrest of any individual involved, and another $1,000,000.00 reward for the first police department to make an arrest.

Please also be advised that every public servant involved MUST Give Notice to their insurance provider that there is a Claim upon their performance bond in the amount of five million Canadian dollars for egregious, criminal breach of the public Trust and abdication of their Oath to the Court and the Crown.
