Moral bankruptcy, on the other Hand, is the Motive a Sean for today’s Post as Multi Hustle Initiative steal Ottawa’s slumlord Crown from the previous Kingdom of corruption, Ottawa Community Housing (OCH).
Being subject to Multi-Hustle Initiative and their Willful negligence and incompetence regarding routine maintenance and serious violations of the Residential Tenancies Act is quite literally for the birds! The birds have been living quite happily in the rooftop rafters of 320 Via Chianti for over eight years!!!
“In Ontario, landlords have a duty to maintain their rental property, including preventing and addressing vermin infestations. This includes treating pest infestations, establishing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan, preventing conditions that attract pests, and providing tenants with information about pest prevention.”
Don’t tell that to the two gentlemen who live directly below one of these bird houses! They tell Me the noise and feces surrounding these infestations are unbearable – the landlord doesn’t care!!!

There are birds living in the rafters at 320 Via Chianti, 435 Via Verona, and in the townhouse units which are reported to also be infested with mice (tenants complain they hear them running around in the walls at night, how lovely).
Again, this birdhouse has been here for at least three years, and the tenants tell Me they have made several complaints to management who tell them that ‘it is not in the budget’ and that major repairs like this one are ‘not even reasonable’ for tenants to be as King to have fixed because they are a ‘not for profit’ organization. They need all the money donated to them to pay their board of directors, Sahada the Satanic Alolo’s salary and secure new housing ‘projects’ to turn into future gangland ghettos like they are doing with the Haven. Tenants were promised balconies on every unit but they ‘ran out of money’ so they cut the balconies out of the budget and decided to leave the birds in their new home to keep the tenants company.
One can tell that no expense was spared installing these stairs! It’s a tripping hazard for the feeble and the elderly, minorities MHI claims to cater to specifically – but don’t expect the entrance stairways to be soundly installed. In fact, People should not even expect to be able to enter and exit the building as they Wish in the event of a power outage because the entrance ‘FOB’s don’t work if the power goes out for even a second. MHI maintenance doesn’t like to work on weekends so the entire building at 320 Via Chianti had no keys to enter the building last weekend and had to prop all the entrance doors open for the entire weekend! It’s not a security lock to keep tenants safe, it is a security lock to keep MHI in control and tenants dependent on the landlord for the enjoyment of their most basic rights – like being able to leave One’s home and know they Will be able to get back in.
Seriously, how inconsiderate, incompetent and fueled by fascism does a landlord need to be to NOT know that in a building that uses electronic security that they must also provide every tenant with a manual key to open any common areas in the event of a power outage? They are either the most incompetent landlord EVER, or it is done with malicious intent. Not one individual from management even responded to tenant complaints until Monday when the building manager returned to work! Last weekend, the entrance doorways to the building were propped upon with stones and no One was able to use the laundry or garbage room for three days!
But that’s not all that One can count on Multi Hustle Initiative to do to demoralize the People they profess to be ‘Benefiting’ from their not for People organization. They also like to make sure that those who are subject to basement level apartments get no sunshine in their apartment because blocking out the sun causes depression. MHI certainly wouldn’t Wish for any One living in a basement apartment to have a ‘sunny perspective’ of their situation, right? So, to make sure that as much sunlight as possible is prevented from piercing the eyes of any depressed souls, MHI decides to plant some of the most invasive and prolific leafy bushes in front of all the ground floor windows. Welcome to the dark side of the earth!
It’s early yet! I’ll share a few more photos when the bushes have reclaimed all their leaves and sprouted a few additional feet! But to let You know this wasn’t just a mistake or oversight, this is consistent anywhere there are basement level apartments.
And when the bushes are not enough, plant a couple of tall, bushy trees as well! These Will eventually block out the sun for most tenants facing that side of the building. Yay! Is this the wonderful landscaping work Sahada was bragging about recently? Does it look like the landscaping People have a clue what they are doing? No. Please come and visit, I am not doing the mess justice, it is far worse in person.
While Sahada the Satanic Alolo was neglecting her maintenance duties and keeping People locked out of their apartments last weekend, she was also actively advocating for more funds for MHI so that they can buy some new property. Do not Give this slumlord mafia gestapo a single penny more until they maintain the properties they already have! They are literally turning Canada’s communities into gangland ghettos, deliberately polarizing the community against each other on social, political, and even maintenance issues. The ‘Kinder Garten Gestapo’ Will tell People complaining about routine maintenance that MHI are a not for profit corporation and ‘People need to understand that and be more patient’.
And here are the famous ‘Community Gardens’! And they wonder why People call them the Nazi Gardening Gestapo? They TELL every One that these are ‘Community Gardens’! There is nothing ‘community’ about them! They are private gardens for the Gardening Gestapo exclusively. They make ‘raised gardens’ for the Gardening Gestapo and Give these regular, ‘ground plots’ to every One else. Wouldn’t You know, most People don’t want them because it means the Gardening Gestapo Will tell One what they can plant in their garden, when they can plant their garden, when they must harvest their garden, and how to plant their garden. It’s not about community, it’s about control and privilege, making sure that the ‘volunteer tenants’ feel Special because they are certainly not getting paid to maintain the property and take care of the landscaping jobs that MHI should be paying professionals to do. If MHI really ‘appreciated’ their Gardening Gestapo and community tenants, they wouldn’t take advantage of demoralized tenants like Manon the Bulldog Bastien, they would pay them at least twenty-five dollars an hour for the work they do which is what the industry standard would be and what it would cost MHI to actually PAY People to do their routine landscaping.
This is the newest recruit of the Kinder Garten Gestapo. This kind Man is Willing to do all kinds of work for free which immediately gains him a leadership position in the Kinder Garten Gestapo gang where he Will get first dibs on one of the most prized and coveted, raised garden plots – a True status of privilege within the Kinder Garten Gestapo ranks. He’s old and feeble, which is why he, Laura the Shyster Schinck, Manon the Bulldog Bastien, and Mara the Wicked Watson must have a raised garden bed. They are all more than able bodied enough to do all kinds of volunteer landscaping, garbage clean up and other random chores MHI should be paying People to do, but planting their own garden at ground level is just too much!
Manon the Bulldog Bastien can sit down all day to plant flowers for Sahada the Satanic Alolo to save her some landscaping costs but is too old and feeble to manage a garden plot at ground level? Interesting how that works. The fact is, the Kinder-Gardening Gestapo are a clique that are only there to exert their privilege and dominance over others in the community. In the four years I’ve lived here, not once have they even been able to fill the available garden plots because no One wants them. Any ‘Peace’ and Serenity gardening may potentially offer a tenant is overshadowed by the darkness of the Kinder Garden Gestapo and their Nazi dictates determining what One must do with their garden if they are privileged enough to get one in the first place!
Here’s what the actual garden plots look like.
You can see two of the ground plots are still full of weeds and the other two haven’t been planted. That’s four available gardens in this photo alone, though I believe there are two more rows (eight more gardens) that look similar. Yet they Will try to tell People that don’t get a garden that it’s because they don’t have enough for every One in the community. No, it’s because it is for preferred People only and Mara the Wicked Watson likes to take any of the vacant plots for her Self, calling them ‘community plots’ that no One but Mara the Wicked Watson is able to touch or take from. She even had the audacity to say that they were ‘for the kids’ in the community when really she’s just letting the two plots become overgrown with strawberry vines – ‘for the kids’. Children that she hates and does not allow into the garden area without ‘adult supervision’. No ‘adults’ are allowed in the garden area unless they are ‘Registered’ gardeners, so only children of ‘Registered gardeners’ can take advantage of the so-called ‘community strawberries’ that Mara planted (neglected) for the children. Everything Mara does is for Mara the Wicked Watson. She’s a volunteer at the Barrhaven Bread Cupboard not because she Wishes to help every One in the community, but it’s really because it Gives her access to free food to fill her own cupboards. Just ask for a tour of Mara the Wicked Watson’s cupboards sometime, I hear she is preparing for the Apocalypse…
MHI Deprives Tenants of Hot Water for Seven Days!!!
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I just got off the phone with a maintenance Man for MHI who says that the hot water (which has been out all weekend since Saturday morning) Will not be fixed until Friday?!
This is so ridiculous. This is what the Law has to say on the Matter.
I’m going to be encouraging every One in My building to sue the hell out of Sahada Alolo and her Multi-Hustle Initiative money laundering scheme at the expense of Canada’s most marginalized minorities.
DO NOT DONATE A PENNY TO THE DEGENERATE SLUMLORD, MHI AND SAHADA THE SATANIC ALOLO
It’s worthy to note that the basement of the building flooded last year because of an issue with the air conditioning. This year, it’s the hot water heater. One of the main reasons for major plumbing issues is incorrect water pressure. MHI is such a degenerate, negligent and abusive landlord, they do not believe their tenants are entitled to the same water pressure every One else in the City of Ottawa is able to enjoy. Instead, (allegedly to save on waste water expenses), MHI provides roughly half the city of Ottawa water pressure standard. It takes over twelve seconds to fill up a one liter container with water on full – exactly twice as long as it should take with proper water pressure. Low water pressure causes all kinds of plumbing issues because the water is not moving fast enough to remove sediment and other debris, causing pipes to clog and other issues. I’m reciting from memory after looking it up some time ago. They don’t make water pressure standards ‘arbitrarily’ so that landlords can do whatever they Wish. But don’t try telling that to MHI, they don’t believe that Ottawa’s People are entitled to dignified housing (despite telling investors that is their main focus).
In fact, I have not even received a reply to My complaint to the manager about the hot water.
To the best of My knowledge, despite several tenants sending several emails over the weekend, none have yet received a reply from MHI. Tenants are now calling the City of Ottawa to complain about MHI but don’t expect anything to be done about it because the City of Ottawa are complicit with them and helping MHI to steal from tenants and deny them receipts in violation of the Residential Tenancies Act.
