Tribunal Tribulations: Social Benefits Tribunal Registrar LIES to Appellant to Obstruct Justice

Hello every One and welcome to the Sensei Sean al Saturday Edition where I Will be teaching You all about Caroline the Fascist Forget, Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker and corrupt clerks of the Social Benefits Tribunal who believe they can lie to unsuspecting Appellants before the Tribunal so long as they send their messages anonymously.

Look at how many messages I have sent as King of the Registrar which form they Wish for Me to use if not the Form 8 Summons to compel the Administrator to produce documents for the hearing.

To this day, no One has replied to this email. Why? Because the Registrar is lying to Me. Form 8 is absolutely the correct form to Summons a witness and require them to bring with them documents necessary for the hearing. It is clearly articulated in the description of the Form which is included in the Form it Self! One could not possibly even TRY to appear more stupid and incompetent than the Registrar for the Social Benefits Tribunal.

These clowns are nothing more than criminals helping Ontario Works cover over their exploitation of Beneficiaries while Giving Canada’s People the illusion of accountability and justice. I can guarantee You that no One at Ontario Works Will be disciplined, much less fired, suspended, or arrested and subject to Canada’s Criminal Code which is what would happen to any One else engaged in such egregious breaches of Trust. ‘State Actors’ in any capacity get a pass – above the Law. There is no justice in Canada, only the illusion of justice while the Courts launder dirty deeds of Trusted State Actors exploiting Canada’s People.

So I decided to advise the SBT that I am going to be reporting them to the Human Rights Tribunal. And if the Human Rights Tribunal suggests all this criminal conduct on the part of the Ontario Works Administrator is acceptable, We Will finally file with the Divisional Court. The only reason I haven’t applied to the Divisional Court yet is because I need to be able to Show that I have exhausted every other avenue for remedy and have no other recourse.

I have explicitly requested for the Registrar to provide a name and they continue to send anonymously because they KNOW their responses to Me are inappropriate and unprofessional – or professional ‘gaslighting’, maybe. No One Wishes to be accountable for these inappropriate emails! Wouldn’t You know, after advising that I Will be escalating to the Human Rights Tribunal and reporting Brian Killick as well for colluding with criminals in the last hearing, they chose to respond!? Amazing!

Sadly, it was not an appropriate response and still sent by an anonymous Registrar.

“I appreciate Your frustration, but I’m going to further antagonize by responding to You and not providing a name despite the fact You have just communicated to Me that You believe I am doing so to avoid criminal and civil liability for My negligence”

Passive Aggressive Anonyous Registrar for the Social Benefits Tribunal, Lying to Appellants

“The SBT does not have a form to request for production of documents”

I advise the Registrar that lying is unprofessional and not becoming of a Registrar who is refusing to provide Me with their name.

“Use THIS FORM to ask the Social Benefits Tribunal to issue a summons to require a witness to give oral evidence at a hearing and/or bring certain documents to a hearing…”

So first I prove to the Registrar that I know they are lying to Me and file another Form 8 Summons against Orsolya Vancsody who is the One responsible for Signing all the contracts they are now breaching.

We then make sure We attach the Summons in the proper form and format and send it to the Registrar, the Administrator and the Administrator’s incompetent clown posing as counsel, Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker.

If Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker continues to pretend like he doesn’t know how to respond to Me until he is compelled to do so by the Tribunal, I Will be filing a complaint against him with the Law Society of Ontario for aiding and abetting the criminal Trespasses of his clients rather than holding them accountable to the Rule of Law as an officer of the Court in violation of his Oath.

We also received confirmation that the Law Society of Ontario is now investigating Vinicious the Odious Oliveira for his gross Prosecutorial misconduct using the provincial Courts as a cloak for his fraud and theft of public money. I personally think the Law Society of Ontario is a criminal organization licensing liars to pervert the Rule of Law with their legal fictions – but what do I know?

Curious that the Registrar doesn’t provide a name, no? So professional from a representative of a Tribunal Trusted to hold State Actors accountable to the Rule of Law and their Fiduciary obligations to Canada’s People.
