Tribunal Tribulations: Rogue Registrar Sets Social Benefits Tribunal into Self Destruct Mode

Hello every One and welcome to the Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition, as there have been plenty of negligent Deeds done to Motivate Sean all Monday – and probably well into the rest of the week! As always, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, Your Moral Highness is a Gift in My House.

Yes, plenty of negligent Deeds to be tall King about today! Last week, We placed Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker, counsel for the Ministry of Children and Community Services on Notice, advising him that if he did not respond to My email, I Will be filing a complaint against him with the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. The whole reason I am compelled to involve the Social Benefits Tribunal in the first place is because every One war King for the City of Ottawa appears to be completely incompetent and incapable of answering simple questions or Honouring the contracts they have Signed.

As any Honourable Man would do, I sent a final email to Geoffrey this morning to remind him that if I don’t hear from him by five o’clock this afternoon, I Will be filing a complaint against him with the Law Society of Ontario. I’m as King two very simple Quest-Ions; does he understand that the Code violation is for breach of contract for suggesting I do not have the right to enforce the contracts Ontario Works have Signed with Me, and Will he ensure that the Administrator (Carolyn the Fascist Forget) brings those contracts with her to the pre-hearing conference? That should not take more than five minutes to answer if Geoffrey is very slow typing emails.

They are not really Quest-Ions because they are rhetorical and obvious unless Geoffrey is also an idiot. Breach of contract is a very clear and obvious tort or wrongdoing, and the Administrator is obliged to bring anything to the hearing I am as King for that is part of the Beneficiary’s case file or relevant to the pre-hearing conference. If all the inform a Sean is not available for the pre-hearing conference, it Will be impossible for any One to make an informed decision and the pre-hearing conference Will be invalid and require rescheduling as a result of the contempt of the Administrator refusing to produce copies of contracts they’ve agreed to Honour for the Beneficiary. It is clear and obvious gaslighting to any One but an idiot.

Of course, Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker doesn’t even care that he was placed on Notice and advised that a complaint Will be made to the Law Society of Ontario if he doesn’t get back to Me before five o’clock today, he’s on vacation for a week.

So I forwarded the email to both the emails provided. But of course, they bounce back, too…

And so yes, I did also forward to the new email suggested, though Cheryl the Elusive Ellison responded to Me in Writing.

Is it just Me, or does it seem like a conflict of interest for the Attorney General to be Cheryl’s ‘boss’ when she is allegedly also counsel for the Ministry of Community and Social Services? She’s getting paid by the same Courts that One would be filing a Claim to receive compensation for wrongdoing from by these criminal clowns posing as public Trustees? $230k per year she makes to work both sides of the fence! What are the chances of any One getting a fair and impartial trial when the criminals are the ones getting paid by the Courts?

Yup – she gets paid by the Attorney General and Acts as legal counsel for the Ministry of Community and Social Services who engage in malicious breach of Trust with impunity and all this time We were wondering how this could ever be possible and how they get away with it? Their legal counsel isn’t there to provide ‘counsel’ and advise managers like Clara the Freakshow Freier that breaching the public Trust with malicious intent is subject to serious jail time, not just termination, she’s there to make sure these criminals are never held accountable for their crimes.

We also advised the Social Benefits Tribunal Registrar that has been lying to Me about forms and procedures with respect to compelling the Administrator to produce documents for the hearing that I Will be escalating the complaint to the Human Rights Tribunal (last recourse before Divisional Court). I also gave One last courtesy Notice so that the lying Registrar has the opportunity to apologize and correct their behaviour. As expected, they doubled down and ghosted Me – the typical gas-lighter’s technique.

And that’s about all of the excitement for today, but it was plenty motive a Sean for Me!

I Will have plenty of things to be war King on this week with a new complaint to the Human Rights Tribunal about the Social Benefits Tribunal and its anonymous Registrar, plus a new complaint to the Liars Society of Ontario against Geoffrey the Bonehead Baker.
