Tribunal Tribulations: SBT’s Madelaine Mbuyi Burning Down the House!!!

Hello every One and welcome to the Witches, Wizards and Warlock’s Lucky Wednesday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence. Today did feel very much like a Magical day because We finally got Our Human Rights Code Complaint filed! That means that new, powerful Magic was Cast into Man’s Macrocosm that directly merges with My Microcosm. Here is a copy of the Spell that was Cast.

It doesn’t look like much, but the attached form is the official complaint and this is how the email is to be sent according to the direction of the Tribunal.

The most interesting thing about this, is that it Truly felt like a powerful Spell had been Cast because I received an email from the Social Benefits Tribunal’s Madeleine Mbuyi immediately after sending the complaint! In fact, the email came in immediately after I had completed the form and before I had sent the form to the Human Rights Tribunal by Way of email (which One can see was done just three minutes after the below email).

This is really infuriating because it’s just more gaslighting. She’s trying to imply that the Form 8 Summons form is irrelevant now and isn’t used for the pre-hearing conference. This is what they mean when they say ‘the devil is in the details’. They are trying to pretend like they can’t see what’s going on in the real world, they are pretending as though it is perfectly normal for the Adminstrator to ghost Me when I’m requesting to bring documents. Common courtesy means Giving Me what I am as King for without having to be compelled by some kind of administrative or judicial order to do so! If there were any ‘common courtesy’ at all, these criminals would be arrested and I would no longer be their victim! Madeleine the Mad Mbuyi Wishes for Me to forget about the fact that they are engaged in egregious breach of My Trust, violating contracts they have promised to Honour, and doing so with malicious intent to cause Me harm and aggravate the situation. Madeleine would not need to be a brain surgeon to figure this out, she is watching it happen in real time and pretending like all of this is ‘acceptable’ conduct and typical for parties before a Tribunal or judicial authority – it’s NOT! Not unless One is a State Actor exploiting Beneficiaries, then it is acceptable (apparently). So here is My reply.

Any One in a position Trusted to ensure the protection of the inherent rights of Canada’s People according to their constitution who deliberately enables the abuse of Beneficiaries by public Trustees is an enemy of the state engaged in obstruction of justice and treason as far as I’m concerned because it is also an attack upon the reputation of the Crown and His Majesty. Regardless what People may think of him, it is an attack upon the Crown’s reputation which is His Majesty’s legacy. Any Act directed at harming the reputation or undermining the function of the Crown is still an Act of treason in Canada…
