A Magical Monday for Putting New Plans in Motion?

Hello every One and welcome to the Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a Pleasure to have You in My House. Today is going to be a short Post because the Motive a Sean for Me this Monday is a Motion before the Court to hear an Application by Justis Danto-Clancy to be removed as counsel in Rex Verses Sahada the Satanic Alolo and the Kinder Garten Gestapo.

I am excited for the day because I’m sure it Will be a very interesting Motion. Lawyer Justis Danto-Clancy has included the following Post as ‘Appendix A’ in his Motion to be removed as counsel.

By far the most popular Post of the week! For that reason, I am going to say a few things about it. The first is that I mention in the Post that Justis Danto-Clancy was/is colluding with Crown. I don’t believe that to be True – at least not intentionally.

My belief, is that Justis Danto-Clancy did not believe the Crown was engaged in fraud and malicious prosecution. In fact, he was so sure that Crown was not engaged in Registry or Identity fraud that he was determined to prove it to Me just to shut Me up so We could get on with the rest of the details related to the case.

In Our phone conversation I was as King him if he really believed it was okay for the name on the Registry to be different from the name on the information before the Court, and how that’s not Registry or Identity fraud on its face. He said it isn’t a significant enough detail to have the case dismissed because a typo in the Registry doesn’t change the fact that I’m the One being charged – they’ll just amend the name on the Registry to correct it. It won’t change anything about the charges against Me. I said I was fine with that, but could he bring it up anyway so that We can at least make the correction? He said he would do that, but would not entertain any accusations of fraud or malicious prosecution.

Obviously, I don’t know what happened in the eight to ten mintues before I arrived for Court last Thursday, but My belief is that Justis Wished to answer My Quest-Ion related to the Registry fraud and requested for prosecution to amend the Registry to match the Title and file number of the information before the Court. Prosecution refused for whatever reason. That’s My guess. If that’s not what happened, then something else happened that caused Justis to Wish to have nothing further to do with this case. He was furious about something before I even showed up, I just ended up taking the brunt of whatever it was he was venting out. Something happened in the Courtroom with the prosecutor before I arrived. Maybe I’ll make a request for the transcript of what I missed that day.

At any rate, Justis did include the entire Blog Post in Quest-Ion which does raise My most serious issue with this case, so tomorrow may very well be an opportunity to address this Registry and identity fraud once and for all. I’ll Keep You Posted, puns always intended.

I don’t know about the rest of You, but when I have an important day ahead, I get everything prepared the night before. Everything! The goal is to not have to worry about rushing around to do anything last minute. My clothes are laid out, My briefcase and portfolio are ready with all the documents I Wish to take to Court, cell phone is charged, even coffee is prepped. I’m excited and ready to go!!!
