Canada’s Kangaroo Courts: Meet MOJAG’s Clown Attorney, Sean the Freakshow Fraser

Here is what he looks like when he’s not wearing the clown suit.

You know what they say, no such thing as bad publicity, right?

It’s taken Me a bit to get around to Writing this week but not for lack of having plenty to be Writing about. I’m still waiting for some One from the Ottawa Courthouse to get back to Me about a hearing for My Form 1 Application before a Superior Court of Justice. The whole reason they are proceeding against Me in fraud is because the province doesn’t Wish for there to be a paper trail that Will Show what the Courts are attempting to do to Me. If they use My real name, they can’t plead ignorance of all the other Matters I have before the Superior Court of Justice. The province tries to gaslight by pretending that they are a completely separate jurisdiction from the Superior Courts of Justice (which is technically True), but the provincial and Superior Courts operate concurrently and congruently to avoid a ‘multiplicity of suits’. The ‘master Registry’ Will Show all Court cases I have before any Courts in Canada… but only under My name!!!

So this is why Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti can’t tell Me why he’s using the name ‘VON-DEHN’ on the Registry and the fake birthday of May 6th, 1973 (because if they use the correct birthday, that Will also bring up My (correct) name in the system, bringing attention to the fraud or risk it being corrected by the Registrar). This trick was first used by Vinicius the Odious Oliveira and because he and Yvonne the Grifting Goebel got away with thier grift, Stephen the Lawless Liar Lichti decided to raise the stakes. Instead of a $6280 fine, now they Wish to put Me in jail under the fake name, ‘VON-DEHN’. Only those privy to the fraud would even know how to find Me. Are they taking lessons on how to ‘disappear’ journalists they don’t like from Israel?

The irony is, the whole point to journaling My adventures in Canada’s Courts was to demonstrate how Good Canada’s justice system is when State Actors Honour their Role on the world Stage! I had no Idea that every single one of Canada’s State Actors would be a criminal using Canada’s Courts as a cloak for fraud, I just happened to stumble on it by Matter of happenstance. I was pretty confident that I would expose a lot of corruption, I just didn’t legitimately believe it would be all of them on both sides of the House!

So I’m not going to lie, it is more than a little ‘nerve racking’. I don’t even remember what the last fraudulent hearing was about except that (as per usual) the justice, Belligerent Bougiose couldn’t answer any of My questions, nor could the prosecuting attorney. All they do is gaslight and tell Me they don’t have the jurisdiction to hear My complaints! That is NOT a legitimate Court!

Every Court has the jurisdiction to hear a Charter violation because that’s the only thing the Courts were Trusted to protect. The justice would have a duty and an obligation to ensure that a preliminary hearing is scheduled to address the Charter violations which would be heard by a Superior Court judge. The whole point to a Charter challenge is to complain to a Superior Court about the province violating One’s rights – the province can’t be Trusted to do that because they are liable!!! That’s also precisely why they Wish to make sure I never get to have a day in a real Court.

The evidence I have against the Crown is beyond damning. There was a time when thought that as King for a hundred million dollars in compensation for six years of criminal trespass upon a Trust Instrument was a little excessive. But now, when I consider everything ‘the Crown’ in Canada has done to both Me and My deceased father over the last six years (and trying to put Me in jail for complaining about it to boot!), I am thing King one hundred million seems somewhat conservative. I’ll have to make sure I am as King for every ounce of Gold I’m owed as well. One ounce of Gold for every hour unlawfully detained, which is every hour I’ve been detained by police – roughly seventy-two now, no convict-Sean’s, all previous charges withdrawn. Just pigs posing as policy officers.

But when I say the information is damning, it really is an understatement unless You have a front row seat from My microcosm where everyday I get to see what documents the world is downloading from My vast archive of Records. On the last Friday that I Writ Sean the Freakshow Fraser to complain about the criminals that have compromised his Ottawa Courthouse, I included a link to the top document downloads of the day which coincidentally happened to all be linked to the fraud perpetrated by My siblings in an Estate Application (and the whole reason they are now attacking Me for attempting to expose their fraud). If I were to ‘hand pick’ documents that might Give Sean the Freakshow Fraser a very Good Idea just how corrupt and criminally negligent (presuming it’s not by intent) some his clerks have been, these would probably be My three audio files of choice.

So this was all sent to Sean the Freakshow Fraser on Friday because it really is getting a little beyond ridiculous. To put each of the audio links into context, to this day there is no Record of any One having been appointed to Act as Estate Trustee for My father’s Estate, nor was any One appointed to protect his legal interests. The Toronto Courthouse allowed claims against the Estate to proceed against My father in the amount of $3 million without serving the documents on any of the Entitled defendants so that INTACT insurance senior legal counsel, Rohit the Sacrilegious Sethi could allow the claims to proceed against My deceased father in default. A fucking cunt is what he is!

Speaking of which, the most recent breaking Good News is that Hydro Ottawa have officially been Noted in Default for breach of Trust, breach of privacy, obstruction of justice, and uttering threats in retaliation for complaining about their criminal trespasses. Their narcissistic sociopaths more commonly known as ‘general legal counsel’ have responded with the usual contempt and belligerenc We have come to expect from the world’s most loved profession. The Law Society of Ontario should be listed as a criminal organization for using the Courts as a laundering facility for the dirty deeds of State Actors and their morally bankrupt liars posing as lawyers.

I’ll have more on Hydro Ottawa and what the disclosed audio files revealed to Me, not the least of which was discovering that City of Ottawa counsellor, Cathy the Colluding Curry was the One as King of Hydro Ottawa to leave the credit balance on the account. Why would City of Ottawa cousellors be discussing My Hydro account? How egregious a breach of Trust is that?

The fact that they are so laise et fair about the whole thing makes it evident to Me that this is not an uncommon communication – Hydro Ottawa regularly consults the City of Ottawa counsellors about whether or not credits on the account should be returned to their clients? Again, I’ll have more on this later in the week when I can post mugshots of all the People invited to share the disclosure with Me.
