MHI’s Continous Gaslighting and Contempt: Introducing Ottawa’s Slum Lord King, Ala’ a Shithead Shadid; Pigeons are Protected Vermin

Hello every One and welcome to the Fabulous Free Lance  Friday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a Pleasure to be Gifted with Your Presence.  Well, MHI’s ‘Community Town Hall’ was about as pointless as every One had expected it to be, and We now understand why every One war King for MHI are so incredibly incompetent and belligerent – they have learned from a Master who was kind enough to Give Us a full, two hour demonstrable example of his professional gaslighting techniques.  A complaint about the general manager, Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz was met by unanimous applaus only falling slightly short of a standing ovation in support of her being immediately terminated for her incompetence, belligerence and confrontational, abusive behaviour.  Evecry single tenant in attendance had the exact same complaint, ‘bully, belligerent, rude, negligent, ghosting emails and avoiding repairs, victimizing the one making the complaint, et cetera’.

Unfortunately, all of that was not enough to convince Al a Shithead Shadid that something should be done about it – in fact, he would not even commit to INVESTIGATING the complaint.  I think it was literally that moment that every tenant realized they are not victims of incompetent, well meaning property managers, this is an orchestrated, deliberate exploitation of tenants with no intent to ever treat any One with dignity or respect.  He’s such a belligerent, arrogant fuck, that he told every One to email him with their concerns, then refused to Give his email so that People could do so, insisting it is ‘public information and easy to find’.  He has no public email and management Will not provide his contact info!  Fucking cunts is what they are.

Al the Shithead Shadid is either one of the stupidest People on the planet or the most narcissistic – I’m opting for the latter.  He tried to tell a room filled with roughly thirty People that We’ve had vermin living in the building since its construction because they are a protected species in the City of Ottawa and the City Will not let them remove protected pigeons.  When I challenged him on this and told every One he is full of shit and making things up, he literally insisted it was a national policy and not even somethign the City of Ottawa could do anything about.  Fortunately, People really have had enough so while I was busy making My arguments, People were on their phones fact checking Me and didn’t take long before they took the search result to Al the Shithead Shadid who shifted gears and said they ‘must have changed the policy in the last two years’.

“As, so then You have no more excuse and We can expect to have the vermin evicted, You just finshed telling Us how dangerous the feces are up there, causing all kinds of long term respiratory problems and You’ve subject these People to those conditions for nine years?”

“Ah, well, We Will see what We can do to get that on the repair list for the next six months to a year…”

Fucking pointless, NOTHING is ever getting done because they are sociopathic narcissists who do not Give one fuck about the health and well being of their tenants. This was to shut every One up and Give them the illusion of accountability – same tricks City of Ottawa grifters are famous for….  Right Cathy the Colluding Curry?
