Hello every One and welcome to the Magical Monday Motive a Sean Editoin of the Good News Journal, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence.  The Multislum Hellish Initiative (otherwise known as Multifaith Housing Initiative) have been stealing from their tenants from day one and when they get caught, their strategy is to gaslight, tell the individual that their unit cost Way more than they were entittled to receive in beneffits and are ‘Lucky’ they are not as King of the tenant to repay what they stole.  No, instead, they Wish to tell My Friend who has been waiting over three and half years for MHI to complete a routine maintenance reuqest that her rent is increasing by almosst $200 because they’ve been charging My Friend a lot more than she is entitled to receive in City subsidies – but it’s been fine for the landlord to have inflated the rent prices so they can steal an extra couple hundred dollars every month.  Morally bankrupt,  sociopathic narcissistsa and globalist Nazis claiming to be philanthropic when they are in fact exploitive dictators taking advantage of marginalized minorities and conspiring with the LTB so that all tenant complaints fall on deaf ears.  Right  Jimmy Bill the Belligerent Campbell?

They are trying to constructively evict My Friend rather than complete her three and a half year maintenance Issue. In fact, a tenant can protest a rent increase and deposit their rent into a Trust until maintenance rquests are completed and that’s what People renting from MHI need to do – completely cut off all their funding until a full, forensic audit of their accounting has been done!!  They are stealing from Me, they are stealing from My Friend, they Will undoubtedly steal from You too if You were down on Your luck enough to be subject to this totalitarian community dictator without recourse.  People would Love to move and improve their Life but MHI Wishes to keep People dependent, broke, and above all, demoralized into submission. Multifaith Housing Initiative STILL hasn’t completed the work order request of Lucky which was filed three and a half years ago now!  During that time a plethora of irrefutable evidence has been uploaded to the LTB, accepted by the LTB, but not one finger has been lifted to compel the landlord to Act in compliance with the LTB, they enable and ‘launder’ their dirty deeds just like the City of Ottawa’s Courts and their clerks.  They are simply gatekeepers of Claims against the city of Ottawa so they can continue their criminal conduct with impunity.  \

Not only is it a violation of the Residential Tenancies Act to raise rent more than 2.1% in the City of Ottawa, the landlord MUST obtain permission from the Landlord Tenant Board to force such an increase.  My Friend, Lucky, has requested to deposit her rent into the LTB’s Trust until the repairs are completed which is one of the things she had a God Given RIGHT to do – but the LTB likes to pretend they can’t HEAR My Friend, and the Legal Aid Clinic and the legal aid complaints department are now ‘ghosting’ My Friend, too.  She is literally being denied her right to any kind of  liar posing as lawyer because the landlord’s offences against her are so incredible that no Honourable liar posing as lawyer Will Wish to involve their Self in this level of depravity and criminality.  Better to just pretend it isn’t happening at all and hope to God that no One ever reads these Words, right?

Now, they didn’t send Me an email about the community gardens again this year, I wonder why?  I don’t care, I have spies who tell Me about all their community emails so I made sure to Register for a garden in time this year.  Let’s see what excuse the Kinder Garten Gestapo comes up wiht this time.  There is also a ‘community town hall’ this Wednesday that I was curiously not invited to, either.  I wonder why?  I’ll be sure to attend and report on the ‘community town hall’ meeting because Multifaith Housing Initiative loves transparency and accountability.

My Friend has zero confidence in the LTB, it is as obvious to her as it is to Me that they have no intent on holding the landlord accountable, their Role is to enable, aid and abet.  So far, Lucky has Presented to the LTB on three separate occasions and not once had a chance to speak or be heard.  She was denied her right to counsel based on evidence presented to the LTB in violation of the Rules and Principles integral to Justice – like Giving Lucky  notice of the information they intended to Present to the LTB. The LTB encourages the ambush litigation in violation of the Rules by liar posing as lawyer Michael the Tyrannical Thiele, and she is as King of Me to help her draft a letter to the LTB for ‘zero confidence and constructive eviction’.  She believes the intent is to use the LTB to gaslight her Issues with such impunity she can no longer stand or afford to live there (otherwise known as ‘constructive eviction’).  They are tyring to make her living experience so miserable, she leaves on her own because it is intolerable and causing her serious pychological and emotional trauma.  Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz is one conteptuous, belligerent bitch.  Lucky has repeated requested to have no more contact unless it is to advise when the repair Will be completed.  Instead, they tell her they are increasing her rent by $200.00 because she was receiving too much in subsidy.  SHE was receiving too much in subsidy?  No, the landlord marked up the rent after the tenant had signed the lease, made the application for subsidy using the lease with the higher Value, allowing My Friend to believe the rent was $200 less than it actually was.  Her lease which shows $200 less is the WRONG lease and they have the correct one and ‘just realized the mistake’?  No, they’ve been caught inflating rent prices as part of the City of Ottawa’s ‘kickback scheme’ and Lucky was their latest victim and now they are trying to evict her.  Please help Me bring these sociopathic narcissists and slumlord mafia property mannagers to Justice.
