When Accused of Conspiracy, a $40 Million Corporation Hides Behind a Bot?!
Criminal Contempt 101:
On Thursday, May 21st, 2026, I served a “FINAL NOTICE-Default Judgment, Criminal Negligence, and Demand for Response” to the entire legal team of Hydro Ottawa. The notice detailed irrefutable evidence of their criminal conspiracy with City Councillor Cathy Curry to withhold my funds, their gross negligence in breaching another citizen’s privacy, and their systemic policy of obstructing justice.
The notice was sent directly to seven named lawyers and senior executives, including Michelle Lefebvre, Melanie DesRoches, and their CEO, David Murphy (no photo, probably because he knows he’s running a criminal organization and doesn’t Wish to see his mug shot posted).
I gave them a deadline. That deadline passed several months. I gave them another chance.
And today, I received their official reply. Not from their legal team. Not from a senior executive. But from the anonymous abyss of “Customer Service / Service à la clientèle.”
No name, anonymous – because they know their Actions are criminal. But now they have confirmed receipt.
Here is the full, unedited response from a corporation that profits over $40 million a year by exploiting the people of Ottawa:
“Hello King Sean, House von Dehn,
We appreciate you taking the time to get in touch with us. Depending on the nature of your request, please allow us up to 5 business days to respond to you… Kind regards / Veuillez accepter nos sincères salutations. Customer Service / Service à la clientèle”
Let that sink in!?!
When faced with accusations of a criminal conspiracy that implicates their CEO, their legal team, and a City Councillor, the best Hydro Ottawa can do is offer a five-day delay and a link to their outage map?!
This is not a misunderstanding. This is a deliberate Act of criminal contempt!
By routing My Notice to customer service, Hydro Ottawa is sending a clear message: “We do not take your allegations seriously. We do not believe We are accountable to the law. We are a monopoly, and You Will be treated with the same dismissive contempt as a tenant as King about a blown fuse.”
Their silence is their confession. This pathetic, template response is their pride in that confession!

, and every liar posing as lawyer copied on that original notice: Your professional duty is to counsel your client to correct their criminal wrongdoing, not to hide behind a customer service bot! Your silence and Your cowardice make you jointly and severally liable for this continued obstruction of justice.
You believe your corporate status provides You with immunity? You believe Your bureaucratic red tape is a shield? You are mistaken!
This customer service email is now Exhibit A: Reference No 00450137 in My case against You. It is the proof of Your belligerence, Your contempt, and Your arrogant belief that you are above the Law.
You wanted five business days? I gave you four months!!! Your time is up! 😀
