Carlton University Defaults on Notice of Claim, Given Ten Days Grace
Yes, Ladies and Gentle Men, Carleton University officially defaulted on the Claim that was served upon them in this Common Law Juris-Dict-Sean (and for this International Court of Record) on June 18th, 2026.
Carleton University Confirms Reciept with Retaliate-Sean – Starring Isaac the Barbaric Bayor
Sadly, rather than respond to the Claim and apologize for the conduct of their institution’s representatives Actions and (criminal) violate-Sean’s of their own University policy for threatening whistleblowers reporting the fraud and theft of public money by their slumlord client. Linda the Satanic Sumbo complained to Isaac the Barbaric Bayor that she doesn’t like the Way I’m ‘pour Trait’ (for traits) her Character in this Universal Product-Sean.
I think most People know the Artistic Product-Sean in Quest-Ion is My Creative interpret-a-Sean of Linda the Satanic Sumbo’s Character which is NOT a copyright violate-Sean. Unlike the University, I provided DreamHost and Isaac the Barbaric Bayor with a Counter-Notice to the takedown almost immediately (within hours).
Follow Up to Counter Notice
I don’t know if there is an Image I believe to be public that Isaac the Barbaric Bayor may rightfully be the copyright owner of, but if there IS, it is certainly not the digital portrait in Quest-Ion which I can absolutely prove was Created by Me and would Love to do so if Isaac the Barbaric Bayor were not too much of a coward to take it up in Court with Me, but his email bounced back when I served the Notice of My Counter-Notice expire a Sean date (at which time DreamHost has an obligation to repost the work in Quest-Ion unless Isaac the Barbaric Bayor has provided proof of a filing for the violate-Sean with the Court).
Service on Isaac the Barbaric Bayor for Linda the Satanic Sumbo
Isaac the Barbaric Bayor’s email did NOT bounce back when I sent the first Counter Notification, the email has either been blocked or deleted. So I sent a Notice to his current war King email at Western University.
The above email did not bounce back from any recipients, Isaac the Barbaric Bayor has been served.
Final Notice of Trust Obligate-Sean and Notice of Claim
Now, it’s not by any means perfect because I had intended to include the fact that the careless Act-Ions of Isaac the Barbaric Bayor’s retaliation against Me on behalf of Linda the Satanic Sumbo is costing Carleton University an extra one ounce of Gold for every day My intellectual property is unlawfully seized and not avialable to the public. However, I’m not too concerned about it because I did remember to include My Notice of the Trust Obligation and Notice of Claim (the original documents they were served with), the email I sent to Isaac the Barbaric Bayor for his retaliation against Me as evidence which includes what he is liable to Me for as ‘attachments’ so that every One is up to speed with what I’ve been dealing with as a result of their criminal collusion and obstruct-Sean attempts.
But otherwise, it’s pretty solid. The evidence is overwhelming and I don’t have to worry about DreamHost because it isn’t DreamHost that’s liable, it’s the criminal Act of Isaac the Barbaric Bayor’s that aggravates Carleton’s liability by a measure of one ounce of Gold per day.
