Yes, before We start tall King about the latest Act of criminal contempt for Standing Orders compounding the City of Ottawa’s liability, let’s first review what We were tall King about yesterday. Do We remember how the police were paying Me unwarranted and unwanted visits yesterday while demonstrating contempt for the email evidence I had provided? I had suggested that the unwarranted and unwanted visit was in retaliate-Sean for placing the Sergeant on Notice for breaking her Promise to Me and that such a stupid Act of contempt, doubling down on delinquency Will be the undoing of her department. It removes her of the protect-Sean’s typically afforded to an officer Acting in the line of Duty. This is not an officer Acting ‘in the line’ of Duty, this is using One’s position of office to threaten and intimidate a Key witness in a massive racketeering and money laundering scheme. Catherine the Wicked Wood has fallen out of Character and is the first falling Star of this Product-Sean for failing to Play the Role God Cast for her in Honour. I did Declare that she had Played the Tower Card for her entire department yesterday, and today We begin to see the first Signs of smoke!!!
I am thing King that what is catching the officers and potentially even the City of Ottawa’s legal counsel off guard, is that they probably believed I Will stop using all the official channels to report the crimes now that I know all of them are compromised. No.
I continue to file police reports because they can’t say no to taking a report, they can only decide it is not worth investigating. So the more reports I make, the more evidence I have of them not investigating. The Wonderful thing about the digital Age is that all of these digital filings create a permanent, unalterable Record. It’s True, they can be hard deleted forever but there is no Way to hide the fact that the files were deleted and deleting or altering Records is also a deadly serious offense. It allows One to presume the evidence they Will prove or disprove is in the favour of the One the Records Will have Benefit, essentially the ‘benefit of doubt’ must be Given.
So today I Created a new police report, but this time I was not reporting My criminal neighbours, George and Sonia, I was reporting the criminal conduct of Jailbird Jeffries launching a fraudulent investigate-Sean with a pre-determined outcome and trying to frame Me as the aggressor for being a victim of assault and theft of property. Surprise, surprise, the file was received and We received receipt of confirm a Sean.
But We’ve been here before, right? As You can see by the report above, just because I filed a report, doesn’t mean there is an actual investige-Sean taking place. Every report I have ever filed has only ever made it this far. Generally, I’m ghosted after this. But not today!!!
The next email I received is the below document from the Hero of today’s Scene, Megan the Heroin Herasimenko. This lets Me know that Megan did not just receive the complaint, she actually investigated to see what files I had uploaded as evidence. Now I know My evidence and complaint against the officer for Acting outside her professional capacity has been taken seriously and is now under review by the Professional Standards Division. We Will escalate to LECA, but We are going to see if the entire force and investigative team are compromised first. Either the OPS Will start weeding out bad apples or they Will double down on delinquency and resume retaliate-Sean.
Shortly after I receive Megan the Heroin Herasimenko’s email, I receive final confirm a Sean that the previously ‘not officially approved’ report has now been officially accepted and assigned a case file number of its own as well as an incident number!
We are so impressed to find an Honourable officer that We send her an email of Commend a Sean!!!
So that is encouraging!!!
But how do We really know if anything is happening behind the scenes? Well, more (foolish and professionally suicidal) attempts to intimidate and harass with another personal House Call and a number of harassing phone calls from a private number before the following message is finally left…
You have three saved wireless voice messages. First, new message..
"Hi Sean , this is constable Jeffries with the Ottawa Police . I'm receiving Your reports that You're submitting. You're requesting assistance . So I've knocked on Your door twice now . I am trying to get Your side of the Story but I'm unable to make contact with You . So I'm going to give You a call back in about 20 minutes. You can answer My call . That would be great and We can discuss anything You want to report . Thank You"
To erase this message press seven to reply to it. Message deleted. Bye.
So what the actual fuck?! Is she the stupidest fucking pig on the planet? Doesn’t One think that if One is a police officer they should know a few ‘evidence’ collecting tricks? She doesn’t know Me well enough yet to know I’m obviously going to save the call and audio of her contempt? I watched her and her partner jump out of the Way yesterday when they saw My face block the light of the peephole, but she doesn’t have enough sense to not leave an incriminating message on My machine? That’s how You know she’s a criminal because criminals panic and do stupid things when they get spooked. This was was Jailbird Jeffries duncer than dirt moment.
She has just Given Me a Record of her ‘Willfull Blindness’ in the Way of a confess-Sean and confessed to coming to My Door in person at least twice. ‘I’m receiving Your reports and pretending I have no Idea what they say becuase I’m a narcissistic sociopath trying to make You question Your sanity while pretending to be of service.’
A fucking cunt is what she is!!! [If You don’t know, Writing a stand up comedy routine is a bucket list goal of mine and I’m war King on a monologue that Will be Called ‘Fucking Cunts is what they are!!! I’m ‘branding’ for that in future. It won’t be what most Will expect from a Spirtual Man but that’s exactly why it Will work!!! And also why I Keep referring to these degenerates as ‘fucking cunts’ (and because they are)!
But, she did set Me up for the most massive slam dunk dossier of evidence against the City of Ottawa’s Claims department probably to date. This is a whopper of an indictment!!!
As King for War Rants to be Issued:
Not surprisingly, Jailbird Jeffries was Good to her Word and did follow up five minutes later (an anxious fraudster on damage control can’t realistically wait twenty minutes, but I’m sure to her five minutes felt like twenty) but once again I didn’t answer and she didn’t leave any more messages. I have not heard from her since I filed the final Notice as King for her arrest. Let’s see if they Will actually arrest some One or if Ottawa Police service are ‘above the Law’.
Maybe I’ll add My complaint to Ryan the Treasonous Treschner’s and the Inspectorate of Police who determined that the City of Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme is ‘not a Matter of public Interest’ and a ‘frivolous and vexatious’ investigate-Sean. Let’s hope the Professional Standards Division does better.
Will Megan the Heroin Herasimenko be the new Heroin in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean or the next falling Star?
