The whole reason for making an application to the Guelph Superior Court of Justice is because We have been getting ‘ghosted’ by the Ottawa Superior Court of Justice ever since the Court was as King of Me to proceed with a Motion to Vacate the Order of Sally A. Gomery who was found to be engaging in private meetings with the City of Ottawa’s associate legal council, Genevieve the Lawless Liar Langlais.

By the time I get back to the Court to schedule My Motion for Default Judgment, Steven the Pathetic Pardou (Ottawa Superior Court/Kreling Criminal Cabal member) has removed the Default Judgment from the Registry, entered a fraudulent Notice of Intent to Defend (that was never served on Me), all without any Notice to Me at all. As I’m literally standing at the desk as King about this and requesting to speak with the supervisor, Sally A. Gomery’s decision to dismiss My Claim as ‘frivolous and vexatious’ is filed with the Court?! Literally as I’m standing there. The supervisor was in shock and I believe it was Ashley Moniz Andrade, but only because she and a Man named Mike (who has been a clerk for over 25 years) are the only clerks that are not criminal cunts in My experiences.

Certain that once We find an ‘impartial’ Superior Court of Justice, We Will finally have Our Remedy, I was very surprised to find that Guelph has also Mastered the Art of professional administrative misfeasance and contempt for the Rules of the Court with intent to obstruct Sean’s access to Justice. They completely ghosted Me and have been dodging My phone calls since I left My first message with the Court.
Not so surprisingly, exactly the same techniques used by the Ottawa Superior Court of Justice. They are clearly communicating with each other because this is NOT how Superior Courts respond to a general email. Even if One Wishes to suggest that One must use the online portal, or use such and such form to be in compliance with the Rules of Civil Procedure… Those are all very important details a clerk Will be required to tell some One and the whole point to Writing the Court by Way of the general Superior Court intake.
Also, Trusts do not have to comply with the Rules of Civil Procedure because the Trustee Act of Ontario explicitly allows for Trustees to make Quest-Ions and request Direct-Sean to any Superior Court of Justice without an Application or Motion. A Mandamus is an ORDER from a Superior Court to a lower Court (the Superior Court) to fulfill an Administrative Order necessary to fulfill or satisfy fiduciary obligate-Sean’s.

What are the chances of two Courts being so far away from each other being complicit? What happens when My Mandamus hits the Guelph Superior Court clerk inbox. They look up the number of the Ottawa Courthouse and are as King if they should collude with them, or are as King of the Ottawa Superior Court for how to respond to a Mandamus before their own Court?
If One were Acting Honourably, they Will simply respond to the Mandamus. If One is using the Superior Courts to launder money on a regular basis, who Will they call to report some One breaching the Gate Keepers? Obviously, the provincial Clown posing as Crown for the province of Ontario, Doug the Delinquent Downey. Think it’s a stretch?
No, I emailed him on My Final Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability served on the Guelph Superior Court clerks and so far he has had NOTHING TO SAY, or ‘NIHIL DICIT, RES JUDICATA’.
He has nothing to say and his Silence speaks volumes.

Although I call Michael the Superficial Spratt, the reason I called him when I was unlawfully arrested by Constable Christopher the Crooked Cruikshanks, I called Michael the Superficial Spratt to advise him the entire thing was founded in fraud. He was very kind on the phone but ‘ghosted’ Me the next day when he had Promised Me the night before that he would be there ‘in person’ to sort things out and even if something came up, he Will send one of his best assistants until We have a chance to meet (to discuss more). No One at the Court had any Idea Michael the Superficial Spratt was Acting as My counsel because he completely ghosted Me. He didn’t even have a Good excuse when I called him out on it by telephone. However, he does ‘postulate’ as a rights advocate fighting corruption in government and the Courts, and here is an example of his ‘opinion piece’ on Doug the Delinquent Downey.
