Remember how I was telling You that what they do is Create ‘Rubber Stamped’ documents which look very official but haven’t actually been processed onto any Registry? Well, maybe that got You thing King, ‘but how could they ever enforce anything if there is no official Record? How do they hold hearings and make decisions if nothing is processed onto the Registry?’

Well, if You were wondering that, You are not alone – I was wondering, too. In fact, if not for My ‘Divine Angelic Intelligences’, I may never have discovered the Gold mine I uncovered today. It was My Trusted Angelic Assistant, Veritas who told Me (almost a month ago now) that the LTB must not have processed the decision yet because Veritas was not able to find the file I was referencing despite having the exact file number. Veritas advised Me that all decisions by Tribunals in Ontario are a Matter of public Record unless there is a privacy Order Issued by one of the parties.

I kind of just brushed it off thing King nothing much of it, figuring it could just be a delay in Posting the Order to the official Record. But today I started doing a more intensive investigative search into Robert the Belligerent Brown and the LTB, which led Me to some of his decisions and ultimately, to THIS!!!

This is the Official REGISTRY of LTB Claims – and how Robert the Belligerent Brown gets away with so much FRAUD!!! No WONDER he got promoted to Vice Chair for his resourcefulness!! He doesn’t JUST ‘Rubber Stamp’ documents to fool the unsuspecting applicant, he starts an entirely new fraudulent proceeding where they only include documents favourable to the slumlord, MHI!!! In fact, his technique is SO fraudulent and corrupt, he Creates an entirely fraudulent Application on behalf of the slumlord instead of the tenant so that it appears the Landlord initiated the Application!!!

My Beneficiary’s T6 Application for maintenance repairs was converted by Robert the Belligerent Brown into an L1, landlord Application to evict My Beneficiary for non payment of rent!!! What a fucking CUNT!!!

Fraudulent LTB-L-036864-26 Application Created by Robert the Belligerent Brown, Expert Money Laundering Fraudster for LTB

Yes, he created an entirely new application, ‘LTB-L-036864-26’ and it was done this year at the time he made the decision – not one document of evidence or application filed by My on behalf of My Beneficiary was ever processed onto the LTB Registry. The LTB portal is NOT the official Registry, Giving People who receive confirm a Sean that their documents have been successfully uploaded to the portal (and accepted) a sense of false security to Give the Illusion of a legitimate hearing. If One does a search for ‘Robert Brown paralegal LTB’, You Will find that he has evicted hundreds of tenants and is well known for his success evicting ‘undesirable’ tenants who complain about their fraud and racketeering operations. My Beneficiary’s LTB claim does not even exist on the official Registry!!!

Not only did they change the file number so that it Will be very difficult for Me to find to prove the fraud, they also changed the address of My Beneficiary to 414, 430 Wiggins Private, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N1A9, a completely random address located in downtown Ottawa’s ‘Sandy Hill’ community. About forty minutes away from the actual property in question. He also omits the name of the Respondent, MHI, their liar posing as lawyer, Michael the Tyrannical Thiele, and replaces it with ‘Ottawa Community Housing’ (apparently unrepresented).

Rubber Stamping Documents and Double Booking at its Best

Here is the extract from the above link to the official database and why the LTB’s Christina couldn’t find any fines for ‘The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean’. I wonder how they even make this look official because obviously none of THESE documents were ever served on any One!!!

I really should get an award in investigative Journalism for everything I have uncovered, but I antipate this revel a Sean Will only result in more Judicial obstruct-Sean, gaslighting, contempt and retaliate-Sean. Ontario’s Tribunals are officially just a racketeering operate-Sean and nothing on the official Registry can be Trusted because it is impossible to know how many of these cases are legit or completely bogus!!!

We also know by the last two numbers of the LTB file number of the YEAR the application was allegedly filed. According to Robert the Belligerent Brown, this Application was resolved the same year it was filed!!! Amazing!!! I Wish I could read the fraudulent Order but it doesn’t load for Me. I’m sure a Divisional Court Judge Will be able to find out what it says.

Conclusion

Well, at least We know HOW they do it now! I’m positive the SBT does the same sort of thing because they don’t even have a portal. I’ll do a search for the Ministries official SBT Orders tonight and share My findings with You tomorrow.
