Home for Good cuts off subsidy without Notice to Me every single year without fail, breaching My Trust when they allegedly required consent forms to ‘ensure the individual continues to qualify for the subsidy so that it is never unlawfully revoked’, but instead lied to Me about the Entitlements and Gave them to My slumlord while I continued to pay those additional expenses directly.

They would also falsely claim that they sent Me renewal packages to return to them and I simply ‘refused’ to comply. They just never sent them and expect the city of Ottawa to believe their lie because they simply presume People in receipt of subsidy are irresponsible by default. Sad, but True – that’s exactly the Way they Play their game.

The fact is, that argument is irrelevant because We all discussed these terms with the City of Ottawa when the subsidy was initially set up. It was agreed that I Will NOT be required to fill out renewal forms every year and that the subsidy Will continue unless the requirements change. The agreement to ensure My housing costs are paid for as long as I choose to Live in the city of Ottawa was also a term the agreement to withdraw My previous application to the Divisional Court was contingent upon. Basically, from the day those agreements were Signed, the City of Ottawa has been attempting to pretend they don’t exist so they can evict Me (in retaliation for obtaining the subsidy, or just malicious by nature? I really don’t know).

So obviously consent was revoked without My explicit oversight of what they were as King of consent for and We agreed that the best Way to ensure every One is on the same page, is in a three Way email converse a Sean thread with the relevant parties. That makes sense, right? Then We can all make sure We all have the inform a Sean We need and no One can plead ignorance or ‘Willful Blindness’, right?

Keep in Mind, the SBT’s Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby has a copy of this document on file after I learned the subsidy was revoked to Show that both the caseworker and his supervisor are ghosting My subsidy renewal and all the evidence I serve on them in compliance with SBT direction (which OW does not comply with EVER, sending private correspondence to Me off the email Registry so that it is not on Record and probably why Elizabeth the Colluding Kirby hasn’t said anything about the theft and redacted documents because she probably didn’t even get a copy – but that’s not My problem, My evidence is on Record).

Kelly the Criminal Kritsch concedes that I’m Entitled to compensation for the subsidies I did not receive and to be paid back for everything paid out from basic needs portion of Ontario Works. Instead, Ontario Works (My caseworker and his supervisor, Mathieu the Repulsive Regimbald and Lili the Malevolent Moron Mukalay) ‘ghost’ My emails and plead ignorance of them. Home for Good cuts Me off again this year, pleading ignorance of this converse a Sean thread.

They proved to be communicating without My consent to deprive Me of My Entitlements and Give them to My landlord in fraud, but they absolutely cannot contact Ontario Works to make sure they return the subsidy forms in a three Way converse a Sean and try to fault Me AGAIN for failing to complete the forms?
