It all started with the below email sent to Me on October 1st by Althea the Belligerent Barrett. It was a piece of evidence related to LTB-L-069155-26 (that had not yet been added as an exhibit to any other email or file). I was sending My replies to the extorsion demands from My slumlord to the landlord and the LTB together so that I can potentially add the email as evidence to a file if I Wish to or request to bring it up at the hearing. The relative hearing for this evidence has already passed on September 29th but no decision had been made. Now that You have that background context, One can probably understand why this email seems more than a little cryptic if not suspicious…

‘Why are You responding to this now (two days after the hearing has concluded) to tell Me that no further submissions can be received because the file is closed when the file in question is still open?’.

It doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. But let Me tell You what I believe.

I have a complaint with Service Ontario and because most of My evidence (or all) is categorically ignored by the LTB, I have been instructed to also send all My evidence to feedback Ontario so that they can ‘oversee’ the behaviour of the LTB email Registry to find out why My evidence is being ignored.

The hearing for this Matter was two days prior to this, so let’s presume that now Service Ontario has reviewed the hearing and is also reviewing the evidence I submit to the LTB. The ‘Balance on Account’ email was reviewed by Service Ontario (who also has access to the LTB at Ontario email), not the LTB and Althea Barrett thought the Matter was concluded because she had already heard the decision in the hearing (or was told about it), not knowing that no official (paper) Order has yet been Issued!!!

Althea the Belligerent Barrett is essentially trying to pose as an LTB customer service agent rather than their supervisory board, Service Ontario to pre-emptively explain why this piece of evidence was not considered or mentioned at the hearing!

I’ll tell You exactly how I believe this error happened and the only explain a Sean that makes any sense to Me.

Service Ontario is investigating My complaint of the LTB using the Tribunal to launder the criminal Acts of slumlords in Ottawa exploiting tenants in concert with the City of Ottawa in their ‘Kickback Scheme’ which targets vulnerable minorities, usually without any legal aid or counsel. That is not a supposition, that part is a fact. What they are doing to investigate is the part I am presuming.

After hearing My testimony to Fotoula the Hustler Hatzantonis, Althea the Belligerent Barrett did an email filter search using My email address and found the ‘BALANCE ON ACCOUNT’ as the last of several emails sent to the Tribunal before the hearing and decided to read the email. In fact, the only reason it was not added as evidence is because it was filed on the 27th of September which is two days too late to be in compliance with the Rules. I can still request to Present at the hearing, but it does not have to be accepted if the opposing party protests (and of course I knew she would).

Think about what Will ‘naturally’ happen to some One who is reading the email for the first time. It is an incredibly damning piece of evidence against the slumlord and demonstrates serious breaches of the RTA. This would set off all kinds of alarm bells for any investigator, complicit or otherwise simply because it is such a damning piece of evidence to plead ‘willful blindness’ of in a hearing and infers massive liability for the Tribunal!!!

In the Mind of an anxious criminal, logic and reason do not work the same because One’s adrenalin Will place them in a mental ‘fight or flight’ state. This single piece of evidence being on Record with the LTB (even two days late) is positively damning for the LTB as an administrative body allegedly representing Justice and fairness. It is such an egregious abuse of process and example of Willful Blindness, that it must immediately be refuted. And so the confused, irrational Mind of the criminal only knows a decision was made, the hearing is over, it is too late for this evidence to be considered now!!!

It’s perfect – the absolutely immaculate concept-Sean of an administrative excuse! Without another thought, Althea the Belligerent Barrett believes she’s seen the Light and quickly composes an email using the LTB’s pre-formatted reply to a file that is already closed, copies it into a reply and makes sure to send from the LTB@ontario.ca email to mask her position as a Service Ontario investigator of the fraud. So genius!!!

Except any One war King for the LTB at Ontario dot ca email address Will not respond to an email unless One is as King of them to specifically or the subject line of the email is correctly formatted.

If I send a random email (like this one) that is clearly just a reply to the Applicant I am sharing with the LTB, they Will not even try to look up a file number to connect with the email because I’m not as King of them to and it would be a little ridiculous for Me to expect them to know what I Wish for them to do without any specific instruct-Sean’s. Also, if they do decided to read the email directly, they Will know absolutely that it is not intended for them except as an impartial observer because they are not addressed in the body of the email, either.

All the evidence I do Wish to have considered at My hearing is formatted in the subject line of the email in accordance with the Rules and practice direction – including four others that are (or should be) directly behind the email Althea the Belligerent Barrett is responding to.

Althea the Belligerent Barrett is saying the Matter is closed but if it IS, I have not recieved a copy of the Order yet, I only know that We just had a hearing related to this matter two days prior.

So I responded to Althea Barrett to let her know that the LTB Directory does not have any members named Althea B. listed? I was as King of Althea Barrett directly if she is a service agent for Service Ontario as per the public Record seach provided by My investigate-Sean (meaning that she Truly represents Service Ontario, the agency I am reporting the LTB fraud and collusion with criminal slumlords to).

Introducing: Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan

I am also as King of Althea the Belligerent Barrett how she was able to connect this to a file without any file number in the subject line of My email while simultaneously pleading ignorance to all the other emails I have sent related to this file in accordance with the LTB practice direct-Sean?

It is also Note-worthy to point out that at this point We are presuming she is tall King about the file this evidence relates to which is still awaiting for an Order to officially be Issued at this point in time, which is LTB-L-069155-26.

Deflect-Sean and Redirect-Sean

Althea the Belligerent Barrett concedes to every point I make in My email which was not only sent as a reply to LTB at ontario dot ca, but also to Althea Barrett’s official email address as a Trustee for the Beneficiaries of the province of Ontario, or her general ‘Service Ontario’ professional email address. I don’t provide those to You because they are not a Secret, One can find the email address of any public servant. One of the concessions a public servant makes when taking their position of office is that they lose their privacy rights and are subject to [public] scrutiny. Part of the reason for this is so that You can email or phone these public servants, too and be as King of them what is going on here.

Because My last few Notices were served upon the LTB at ontario dot ca to have on the official Record and on Althea Barrett’s official email address with Service Ontario, We now know that Althea the Belligerent Barrett is in Deed one of the investigating officers at Feedback Ontario (because she is not listed as a member of the LTB but is listed as a ‘Service Delivery Agent’ for Service Ontario).

This also makes sense because when she discovered the evidence of the fraud, she was Acting as the delivery agent to explain why (make excuse) it was not considered at the hearing. She was trying to Give the LTB an explanation for ignoring the evidence before the crime had actually been committed!!!

Now, an Order has come out for LTB-L-069155-26, making it Will be impossible for the LTB to now say that the reason the evidence was not considered was because the file was closed! The file was still open when Althea the Belligerent Barrett first emailed Me, now it is closed and they have ignored the inform a Sean, but it can’t be for the reasons the Althea told Me because the Order hadn’t been Issued yet!

This is such a bloody shitshow, that there is nothing Belligerent Barrett can say, she has been caught red handed and hands the baton back to the LTB where the Case Processing Officer, Samar the Fascist Fraudster takes over attempting to cover the fraud of Althea the Belligerent Brown and find a new explanation for the evidence I Presented to have not been considered for the hearing. Now We have proof My evidence was ignored and that the LTB had received it in time.

Gaslighting is the Only Way

There is no Way to explain such a gargantuan gross abuse of process except to deflect and pretend We were tall King about a file that was concluded three years ago and that the file in question, LTB-L-069155-26 doesn’t exist. Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan apparently has no Idea what this is about even though her name is also on the email containing the Order that was Issued.

I shit You not, she is literally pleading complete ignorance of LTB-L-069155-26 in one email thread, attempting to gaslight Me into thing King that Althea the Belligerent Barrett was referring to a file from three and a half years ago?! She is telling Me in the ‘BALANCE ON ACCOUNT’ thread that there are no other file numbers or Matters related to My email at this time in the online portal, the most recent is from February, 2025?! I literally had two active Matters before the LTB at the time of Althea the Belligernt Barrett’s first email and allegedly another one right now that should most certainly be Showing on the online portal?!

Placing Samar the Fascist Fraudstar Farhan on Notice

I was so furious when I received this email!!! Their incompetence is like Mr. Bean comedy insane. It’s hard to say what is more insane and pathetic – the fact that they Will engage in this sort of criminal activity and comtempt in the first place, or that they are so hopelessly pathetic about covering it up? It’s like every time they try to cover their tracks they just Give Me more breadcrumbs to track their crimes with and identify new Players in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean!!!

Making Sure We are Providing Direct-Sean to the Correct State Actor

My method here was a little unorthodox but as I said previously, nothing could be more profane than using the Tribunals as a cloak for fraud and exploit a Sean of vulnerable minorities, so My rage felt justified and I did have an ulterior motive.

Public Declare a Sean and Dis-Claimer

I do not randomly assign State Actors names when I Cast them into this Product-Sean, every State Actor who is Playing a Role in this Product-Sean was Cast there by God and have been Given an opportunity to Play their Role in Honour.

Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan’s explanation is so ridiculous and unbelievable it is insulting. It is hard to believe that any One would buy the Story Samar’s trying to sell Me. For that reason, I found it especially personally insulting and decided I Will be holding Samar the Fascist Fraudster personally accountable in her private capacity because she is the Case Processing Officer making all of this fraud and Willful Blindness of My evidence possible for the LTB.

Private, Off Record Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability for Collusion in Kickback Scheme

Please take the time to read the below email, though do be advised it contains some course language.

I Wish for every One to take Special Notice that this email was really just to vent and only sent to Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan so that it Will not be on the (official) LTB Record. The intent was for the Notice to serve as a warning while letting off some steam, knowing that she can’t reply to complain about My language and choice of Words without tacitly conceding to every accuse a Sean I’m making that she fails to rebut. My belief is that she cannot protest any of My accuse a Sean’s, so she Will simply not respond at all and pretend like the Notice doesn’t exist rather than tacitly concede to My charges against her and provide Me with proof of service.

Twist of Fate: Samar the Fascist Fraudster Adds Notice of Liability to LTB Email Registry!!!

In a surprising Twist of Fate, Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan announces to the LTB that she has officially been placed on Notice for being complicit in Ottawa’s Kickback Scheme by placing all unopposed accuse a Sean’s on the LTB’s official email Registry by responding to My email sent to her personal inbox from the LTB’s official email Registry!!!

This accomplishes two things (at least) simultaneously; We have now connected the personal email address for Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan to her professional Role as the File Processing Officer for the LTB, and We have now successfully added this as a new exhibit for Our upcoming hearing on November 10th which includes confirm a Sean of service of the Notice of Liability served upon Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan in her personal, private capacity.

Furthermore, she is responding with more fraud and mis-direct-Sean by trying to convince Me that Althea the Belligerent Barrett’s email is related to Matter LTB-T-024798-23 that was concluded over three years ago!?!

The below email is the first of a few more in an exchange I have already shared, advising Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan of what she has just tacitly conceded to and what she is now telling Me (that according to her, there are no other files related to this email in the system when there should be at least one and a total of three more archives if she is Truly checking the portal).

What We are really doing is just exposing how ludicrous her explanation is. After a few more exchanges, I sent the final email to Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan on October 9th after she responds again in the ‘BALANCE ON ACCOUNT’ email thread while simultaneously serving Me with a copy of the Order awarded in LTB-L-069155-26!!! This entire ‘BALANCE ON ACCOUNT’ email thread is evidence that was relative to LTB-L-069155-26, a file that she pleads ignorance of throughout the entire thread (and continues to do so) as if I don’t know the very same person just sent Me an Order for the file I am as King about?!

Order LTB-L-069155-26 Vacated for Fraud

Now consider that Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan is now the only individual sending Me all emails from the LTB (and that kind of makes sense because she is the Case Processing Officer) and in two separate emails threads less than two hours apart, she is sending Me an Order for LTB-L-069155-26 in one email thread, while continuing to suggest that file does not exist and has no Idea what I am tall King about in the below email exchange.

I sent the very same reply in a formal letter of protest because the same time the Order is coming out, Samar the Fascist Fraudster says there is nothing else in the system from Me since LTB-T-024798-23?!

She has just provided Me with all the evidence I require to prove the fraud and abuse of process!!! Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan is specifically the One who is supposed to make sure My evidence and submissions are received by the LTB in time for My hearing and added to the Record. That is why she is responding to Me directly because there is no One else who is directly responsible!!! Some One has been as King of Samar the Fascist Fraudster to explain her Self to Me directly and she is failing miserably.

This time, I don’t just send a screenshot of the emails I sent to the LTB in time for the hearing that were patently ignored, I include them as attachments (see either of the previous Notices served on the LTB). Now there is no explanation for Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan to say she didn’t receive them because she is sending from the very same email address. Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan is finally out of tricks of decept-Sean and has Nothing to Say – Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata.

Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan Lawyers Up?

The below email is even more auspicious because Brendan O’neill doesn’t appear to be a member of the LTB, either!!!

Just to be clear, when I say they are not ‘members’ of the LTB, I mean that they are not adjudicators and have not been appointed to the LTB by an Order in Council. Adjudicators, Chairs, and Vice-Chairs are all appointed by an Order in Council and have direct interactions with the files related to a case. Allegedly (I am still trying to confirm this from the LTB directly), customer service agents do not have access to the LTB intake email, only the documents that have been officially uploaded to the portal.

That is the reason I Keep pointing out that these individuals are not ‘members’ – they do not have an Oath on Record for the LTB, members do (they swear an oath as public servants anyway but not specifically as administrators of justice for a tribunal). If what the customer service agents on the phone at the LTB are telling Me is True, then they do not have access to the email intake. So no One ‘identifying’ as a ‘customer service’ rep can see what I’m sending the LTB by email? But Samar the Fascist Fraudster Farhan clearly has access to email and so does Brendan the Odious O’Neill – so are they ‘special’ customer service reps or is it a lie that customer service reps don’t have access to the email intake?
