Today We have more incredible antics by the absolutely insane, slumlord mafia manager, Sarah the Lawless Lorenz attempts to tell Me that a landlord is not required to advise tenants that fire alarm testing Will be taking place in the building. I guess every One is supposed to vacate the building and presume the fire is real until they actually run into the maintenance team war King on the alarm! I am thing King We need to be as King of Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz to yell fire in a crowded theatre to see how well that Will be received. What would happen to Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz did that? But she can falsely sound the fire alarm in a building full of People without Notice because there is no requirement to Give Notice according to the RTA, says Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz!
I’ll tell You what. I’m not even going to look up the RTA to see what it says because it is such a deficiency of Common sense, the moral bankruptcy does not require legislation or investigate-Sean. I am thing King most People Will know that sounding an alarm without Giving People Notice is it not an emergency is probably going to upset a few People.
Now, I say in My email that the alarm sounded before they emailed the Notice which is not precisely True. I received the email at 1:05 PM and the alarm had sounded roughly five minutes previously – so it was probably at exactly 13:00 with the Notice going out by Way of email only fourteen minutes beforehand. The RTA requires a minimum twenty-four hour Notice and that’s to ensure that every One has time to make alternate arrangements if they Wish. Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz believes the RTA are suggestions and courtesy reminders, not requirements. I couldn’t Imagine a stupider slumlord to Play the Villain in this Product-Sean. Satanists Sarah the Lawless Liar Lorenz and Sahada the Satanic Alolo are becoming two of My greatest Stars – at least for this Scene of My Play.
The Notice IS twenty-three hours and fourteen minutes too late according to the RTA. And consider that according to the RTA, email service is fine for Me because I have insisted on service by Way of email, but otherwise, Notice must be served on the individual unit and they must have proof of service to Show it was done. These People have only ever once Given Me proper Notice of entry and that was for a maintenance request I made that they actually fulfilled almost immediately – definitely within reasonable time and I was complaining of a loose faucet and they replaced the entire unit with a much better one and did a very Good job in general. I’m really not hard to get along with when People Play by the Rules.
But the fact is, a lot of People who live here don’t even have email or internet, so what about those People? Did they run from their apartment because they thought it was real? Or has their contempt conditioned tenants so much that if the alarm ever IS the real thing, People Will just burn with the building, presuming it is just the slumlord’s false alarm again.
