Hello every One. Today is the last day for evidence submissions before the Hearing date on November 10th, 2026 and I was ambushed with all of the slumlord’s materials at 3:24 this afternoon, courtesy of Michaela the Lawless Liar Leeds of Quinn Thiele Mineault Grodzki LLP. No big deal, really – they are only expecting Me to respond to their two hundred and five page evidence brief (wtf is brief about two hundred plus pages, isn’t that what they call an oxy-moron – or just a moron?) in one hour and thirty-six minutes to be in compliance with the Rules.

This is what a liar posing as lawyer does to try and be as belligerent and difficult as possible, hoping to overwhelm their respondent who is expected to have their materials filed by the close of the same day. This is ambush litigation and any competent judicial body Will see that immediately, but this Matter Will be heard by the LTB!

I’m sort of adopting SBT practice direction on this one because they at least operate on fundamental principles of Justice (whether they are enforced or not is an entirely different Story), requiring the Applicant to have all materials served and filed seven days before the date of any hearing and the Respondent then has up to five days before the date of the hearing to respond. This Gives the respondent an additional two days to prepare materials just in case their opposing counsel proves to be a belligerent You know what. Frankly, it is actually eight hours more Honourable than what they did to Me in another Matter, which was serve Me at 11:30 in the evening on the last day for filing (Michael the Tyrannical Thiele). I don’t even generally read emails that come in at that time until the next day.

Anyway, I’ll have the Motion I’m filing in response to the slumlord’s evidence submission Posted later today and separately from this Post.
