Forthcoming today for sure Will be the latest decision from Vice Stool (what We Call a chair who has abdicated their proverbial throne to dump on some One) Robert the Belligerent Brown who is such an incompetent ass and so entirely unqualified to be Acting as piece of shit posing as ‘chair’ that he doesn’t even have a Law degree, he is a freaking paralegal!!!
Seriously what kind of incompetence is it to have a ‘Vice Chair’ who is outranked by every liar posing as lawyer who comes before him? That is deliberate, gross incompetence absolutely indistinguishable from malice, they are literally setting up the Tribunals with the most inept, incompetent asses they can possibly find to dump on self Presented litigants from their proverbial ‘throne’. A fucking cunt is what he is!!!
But, the Good News is, I do not think I have ever seen any One make such a fatal, career ending Decision as Robert the Belligerent Brown did today. I’m not going to tell You too much more about the Decision because that would be a spoiler and One might not be so inclined to read the full Story!!! But I Will say it IS beyond any shadow of doubt the stupidest, most brainless, Self defeating Decision I have ever seen – and We have watched Michael the Tyrannical Thiele send Me a ledger he intended to redact but sent Me the wrong one by mistake, exposing a ledger that clearly showed Benefits being unlawfully revoked more than once AND that the landlord was also stealing My utility subsidy! Yup, it’s even worse than that!!!
But it does absolutely prove that the LTB is 100% complicit in MHI’s ‘Kickback Scheme’ and adjudicators are bribed to rule in favour of the slumlord in favour of Ottawa’s slumlord mafia cartel conspiring with the City, Ontario Works, and the SBT to launder their fraudulent activities and contempt for the Rule of Law, the RTA and Ottawa’s Property Standards – never Mind their absolute contempt for due process and the rights of tenants before the board to freely choose their own counsel and a public, transparent hearing. Private hearings before any Judicial authority is a violation of One’s Charter right to a public hearing. Private meetings allow for dubious Acts by State Actors and the Statutory Powers Act was Created to help the LTB and other Tribunals ‘railroad’ Self Presented Litigants who Will not know their rights in a private hearing where there is zero accountability to the People of Canada. Fucking cunts is what they are!!!
Okay, I think that’s enough of a rant, I’ll save the rest for the actual Post when I Will be hammering down the final nails in Robert the Belligerent Brown’s coffin!!!
